수 십년 전 경제 불황을 극복하기 위한 공유 경제 개념이 생겨났으며 수 년 전부터 에어비엔비나 우버와 같은 공유 경제를 위한 플랫폼이 등장하였다. 공유 경제 플랫폼은 잘 쓰이지 않는 자신의 물건을 공유함으로써 물건을 사용하고자 하는 사람이 비싸게 물건을 구매하지 않고 물건을 사용할 수 있다는 것이 특징이다. 본 논문에서는 에어비엔비나 우버 등과 같은 플랫폼과 유사한 공유 경제를 위한 컴퓨터 자원 공유 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 잘 사용하지 않는 컴퓨터 자원을 공유하게 함으로써 사용자가 원격으로 제공자의 컴퓨터 자원을 저렴하게 활용하게 하며, 제공자는 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

The development of ICT technology centered on mobile smart platforms have been emerging as a shared economic platform based on collaborative consumption. In this study, we analyze what factors affect success and failure in commercialized shared economic platforms from 2008 to 2016, and present what policy factors are needed to activate shared economic platform. To do this, we analyze successful cases of shared economic platforms and failed cases, derive key variables that affect success and failure, and conduct inductive analysis based on ID 3 algorithm based on them. Through this, we present the policy factors for the commercial success of the shared economic platform by deriving the rules for the success and failure of the shared economic platform.

The sharing economy has emerged as a new form of consumption pattern along with the advancement of information technology and the changes in the consumers' desires for economic spending. In a C2C-sharing economy platform, the user side and supplier side share the same assets, thereby making both sides of the market closely related. However, an information asymmetry exists within the platform that makes the players from one side reluctant to participate. This information asymmetry warrants a strategic approach for solving the fundamental "chicken and egg" problem for platform development. Motivated by this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze how the participation intentions from both sides of the platform are influenced by certain anteceding factors, such as trust, perceived risk, and perceived economic profit. Our findings show that the anteceding factors affect the participation intentions in different paths for both sides of the platform. As a managerial implication, these findings highlight the necessity of employing different approaches for each side of market development.

We analyzed research trends of 288 Korean academic dissertations and articles regarding platform work, using topic modeling and keyword network analysis method. Research disciplines of many studies were laws, business administration, and economics fields. Thigh frequent themes were platform labor protection measures and direct or indirect effects of the sharing economy. The main keywords were digital, value, industry, and labor in terms of infrastructure and structural change. Besides, the main topics were the protection of platform workers, the values of sharing services, digital paradigm, and platform regulations. Based on the results of the analysis, we derived four implications and suggestions such as researching structural frames in macroscopic contexts, generalizing case analysis, and technology supplementation by applying average and quantitative analysis methods, researching individual competency development to realize the essential symbiotic value of sustainability, and developing customized vocational education and training programs.

Because of the increasing necessity on sharing economy, numerous number of commercial platform based on sharing has been on the rise: car sharing, bike sharing, house sharing, book sharing, etc. And most of all, share house which aimed at dwelling problem, showed the greatest growth than the other economic models. But during the growth period, unforeseen problems also revealed its traces; the vacancy and reliability problem on the mutual platform. However, there is no way to resolve this situation now. Due to this reason, we will offer some keys to unlock existing problems on current share house platform here.

본 연구는 현재 중국인들이 자동차 공유 플랫폼에 있어서 사용하고자 하는 의도에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 그 전에 오늘날 공유경제와 자동차공유경제에 대한 전반적인 상황을 알아보고 중국시장에서의 공유경제와 자동차공유경제에 대해 파악하기 위하여 디디추싱 회사와 관련한 데이터를 웹으로부터 수집하여 진행하고자 한다. 또한 수집된 데이터를 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하고 이를 통해 발견된 결과는 추후 차량 공유 서비스를 촉진하기 위한 개선 방안을 개발하는 데 전략적 함의를 제공 할 수 있다.

This paper proposes a desirable regulatory measure for the rapidly growing shared economic platform. The development and innovation of digital technology is expected to create new services and new economic and industrial values, but it also raises concerns, challenges about social trust issues arising from conflicts of interest with existing industries. Although sharing economies also creates new forms of supply and demand and grows rapidly around the world with innovative trading methods, institutional limitations are still being exposed in the major cities in terms of conflicts with existing industrial values. In order to reduce the social costs associated with the regulatory process and reach the appropriate regulatory policy goal, this paper proposes a co-regulation approach considering the sharing economic characteristics.

Recently, many global companies are making efforts to realize the sharing economy based on the establishment of a global supply chain and the established global supply chain. There are various methods for realizing the sharing economy, but among them, a lot of effort is being made to promote the sharing economy of companies through the shared logistics system, especially logistics efficiency. In order to realize the corporate sharing economy, companies are required to find ways to apply ICT-based shared logistics systems. Therefore, this study aims to improve the logistics efficiency of logistics companies in order to increase the efficiency of ICT-based sharing economy in logistics companies. To this end, we would like to present the current status and operation of the domestic shared logistics system for the application of the ICT-based shared logistics system, and suggest the operation plan of the shared logistics system through ICT linkage with the domestic shared logistics system. It is judged that various needs required in the global supply chain can be satisfied by presenting an efficiency plan for ICT-based shared logistics.

People can easily use a shared economic service system based on ICT technology. Most of the shared economic services are provided by private companies, and discussion on public goods is insufficient. If we look at the current shared economic service from the point of view of courier service, $\ddot{U}ber^{\prime}s$ system can be an alternative. The post office courier service uses ICT technology but differs from the service of the shared economy. This study uses Delphi analyzer method and AHP methodology to derive important factors in introducing shared economic system. As a result, socioeconomic characteristics were found to be the most important in the upper tier, and the shared economic platform, sharing of idle resources, popularization of smartphone, and increase of e - commerce were the four important factors in the lower tier. In order to maximize efficiency, which is the essence of the shared economy, the necessity of introduction into the shared economic system and important factors in the introduction of public goods are presented.
