The Act of Disability Discrimination and Rights Restriction was enacted in 2008 states that all services including cultural and artistic activities should be fair and easily accessible for disabled. The aim of this study was to determine how to improve the facilities and services for the disabled in Theater and provide complementary guidelines for amenities designed for people with disabled. The conclusions identified through this study are as follows: 1) It should be installed pedestrian safe passage so that visitors could access from the entrance of the ground to the seat in the theater. 2) Disabled seats install in a position to Emergency evacuation for people with disabilities, and it is recommended that general seats are placed side by side with Disabled seats. 3) It is analyzed services for the visually impaired and hearing impaired are very poor. Therefore assistive devices and human services should be provided to the visually impaired and hearing impaired. 4) People with disabilities can participate in the show as the performers, so it should be provided reasonable accommodations such as access to the stage.

Due to the recent Law on facilities Improvement in public performance facilities, equal access to the need of cultural satisfaction and the standards of facilities for people with disabilities are to be assessed. The aim of this study was to determine how to improve the facilities for disabled individuals and provide complementary guidelines for amenities designed for people with disabilities based on a comparative analysis of the disability codes in Korea, Japan, USA, Australia and Canada as well as a field observation. The results suggest the need for improved guidelines in terms of accessibility and accessible seating, which are summarized as follows: (1) The facility standards need to be complemented and clarified in terms of a detailed description, (2) regarding facilities for accessible seating, fall prevention handrails should be lowered to a height within the range of vision of the individual (3) The purpose and user's manual for theater and cultural facilities as well as detailed dimensional requirements need to be restated, and (4) an improvement in accessible seating in theaters and cultural facilities is needed. The purpose of the this study is to show an arrangement of a fundamental judgement and a ground data which can be complemented in planning a public performance facilities for the people with disabilities.

문화, 예술에 대한 소비가 늘어나면서 많은 사람들이 공연장을 방문하고 있다. 더욱이 한류열풍으로 인해 문화, 예술 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 문화콘텐츠 관련 분석은 많이 진행되었지만 문화콘텐츠를 즐길 수 있는 공연장 만족도나 재방문 의도에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한국과 일본의 공연관람객을 대상으로 공연 만족도와 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과 한국과 일본의 공연장 만족도와 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났는데 한국은 공연 시설물이나 고객응대서비스가 공연장 만족도를 통해서만 공연장 재방문 의도에 영향을 미친 반면, 일본은 고객응대서비스가 재방문의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하고, 공연만족을 통해 간접적으로 공연장 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서는 이런 차이가 나타나는 구체적인 이유에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

현대의 문화시설은 건축물과 도시 환경을 근거로 한 디자인 접근과 관련 공연 프로그램의 다양화 및 세계화를 지향한다. 이러한 문화시설은 지역 문화 홍보와 국가의 특징적 문화형태를 보존 발전시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 도시 및 지역 환경과 문화적 특성을 반영하는 문화공간의 제공은 현대 도시 환경에서 필수적 조건이다. 또한 현대의 문화시설은 관객의 능동적이고 자발적인 문화 참여와 관객과 공연인의 상호교류의 기회와 공간을 제공하여야 한다. 이러한 기능 제공을 위해서는 문화시설을 형성하는 공간 기능의 차별화 정책이 필요하다. 간 공간들의 철저한 기능 분리, 차별화 된 문화 컨텐츠와 프로그램의 기획으로 자체적 관객층을 형성하며 기능성과 환경 조건을 반영한 시각적으로 특색 있는 건물디자인 계획의 실행이 요구된다. 이러한 디자인 계획은 결과적으로 대중들에게 중복되지 않는 내용의 문화프로그램을 접촉할 수 있는 기회론 증진시키며 단순한 집객 기능을 넘어선, 다양한 문화의 광범위한 공유를 위한 문화공간의 역할의 수행이라는 디자인 원리와 철학이 문화시설의 디자인에 실질적으로 반영됨을 의미한다. 즉, 문화시설의 디자인 과정에서는 무엇보다 도시 환경에 대한 적극적인 반영 및 문화시설 디자인에 대한 전문적인 검토과정이 요구된다. 실내 광장이나 야외 광장을 축으로 각기 다른 기능의 문화공간들이 자체적 기능을 수행함과 동시에 갈 공간의 상호교류, 무대시설, 조명, 및 음향 등 각 분야의 전문가들과의 자문을 거침으로써 공연 공간 및 무대시설의 다양하고 복잡한 기능성이 보다 효과적으로 구현될 것이다.

본 연구는 공연시설 내 공연장 무대공간에서 위기상황에서 피난 시 공연예술종사자가 반입구 및 공연자통로를 적극적으로 활용하는 것을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 먼저 공연장 안전과 관련된 제도를 분석하고 무대피난 유형을 건축법 내 객석 피난 기준을 적용하여 A, B, C, D 형태로 분류하였다. 둘째, 측정자료를 바탕으로 통계자료를 정리하고 각 형태의 특징을 정리하였다. 셋째, 무대공간에서 피난 경로의 피난 안전성을 평가하기 위해 네트워크 신뢰도 측정방법을 차용하였다. 그리고 무대중심에서 반입구 방향, 공연자 출입문 방향이 피난에 유리함을 정량적으로 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 피난형태에 따른 피난의 유리함(A(0.1274)>B(0.1228)>C(0.0487))을 구분할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 무대피난 안전성을 향상과 무대피난의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

Most of the unused facility in urban areas is perceived as an unreasonable space that damages cityscapes. However, unused space has the advantage of having historical value and potential for new development. In consideration of this, various plans have recently been made in terms of cultural use of unused space. The core is the performing arts culture space where various expressions can be expressed. Changes in the educational space that meet the various conditions required in future societies are also one of the topics to be discussed. In this study, we analyze the performance facilities utilizing the unused space and study the direction of educational facilities based on performance.

본 연구는 문화예술 공연에 있어 관람객의 동기가 공연 만족에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. 지금까지 공연예술에 대한 연구는 대부분 공연의 마케팅 요소에 초점을 맞추어 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 공연 관람객을 중심으로 공연 기획 과정에서 관람객의 만족을 높이기 위하여 고려되어야 할 점이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 그리고 관람객의 만족이 구성원의 심리적 안정에 기여하는가를 탐색하기 위하여 스트레스에 미치는 영향력을 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 감성적 동기와 이성적 동기는 정서적 만족을 높이는 것으로 나타났으며, 시설 만족에는 감성적 동기의 영향력만이 확인되었다. 그리고 정서적 만족은 관람객의 스트레스를 낮추는 것으로 분석되어 공연 관람을 통한 만족은 관람객의 심리적 안정에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다.
