The purpose of this study is to identify the risk factors, analyze the risk factors and make a risk check list of survey in road construction. Generally. the risk management is consisted of 3 steps: risk identification, Risk analysis, Risk hedge. This study is focused on the identification of risk and analysis of risk. To identify the risk factors of survey, we used the specifications of road construction, law of survey, and check list of road construction. This study provides the risk check list of survey for road construction. This research was undertaken to analyze risk factors being determine by the FGI(Focus Group Interview) method with survey specialists.

국가 경제규모의 성장과 더불어 하수관거 공사의 규모도, 영세업체들에 의해 소규모 지역별로 시공되던 것에서 벗어나 최근에는 효율적 공사관리와 소요품질의 확보를 위하여 광역화되는 추세에 있다. 광역화의 규모는 2-3개 지자체와 산하의 40-50여개의 마을이 포함될 정도에 이르고 있다. 이러한 하수관거 공사의 규모 확대에 따른 변화에 대응하기 위하여는 적기, 적소에서의 제반 자원의 효율적 활용이 무엇보다 중요한 것으로 분석되었으며 이러한 문제점의 해결방안으로서 IT 기술을 활용한 공사관리시스템을 개발 사용하였다.

건설공사의 공종 중 거푸집공사는 전체공사기간의 대략 25％를 차지하고 있으며 공사비 비율은 일반적으로 전체공사비의 10～15％, 철근콘크리트공사비의 20～30％를 차지하고 있어 구조물의 안전성, 경제성 및 작업성과 품질관리에 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 거푸집은 콘크리트가 양생되면 곧 해체되는 가설구조물로써 작업상에서 많은 위험요소를 포함하고 있으며 특히, 아파트공사의 경우 전체 재해발생의 17％로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 이와 같이 거푸집공사는 가장 우선적으로 관리하여야 할 위험공종이며 전체공기를 좌우하는 주공정으로서 이를 재해발생의 측면에서 제어하는 것이 안전관리에 있어서 가장 효율적이며 큰 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 것으로 생각된다.(중략)

"앞으로 폐기물관리 정책은 폐기물 시설, 운영관리, 감리, 진단 등을 종합적으로 관리하는 시스템을 적용해야 합니다." 환경환경자원공사 고재영 사장은 공사가 환경자원의 종합관리기관으로 거듭나야 한다고 역설했다. 그는 또 수십년 동안 근무해 오던 환경부의 관료직을 떠나 공사의 CEO로서의 새로운 각오와 향후 계획도 피력했다. 본지는 구랍 19일 한국환경자원공사 사장실에서 고재영 사장으로부터 공사의 추진정책과 향후 비전을 들어봤다.

BIM(Building Information Modeling) technologies should be applied for the construction life cycle to maximize its efficiency, but the utilization for the construction phase has been significantly lower than that for the planning and design phase. Recently, some of BIM techniques such as 3D design review, 4D schedule management and so on are being introduced for efficient managing to the big national construction projects. In this study, the utilization plans of BIM are presented for the construction phase of civil engineering facilities. The methods of utilization of BIM are discussed for each type of construction, and the techniques applied to the Seoul Subway Lot No. 919 are analyzed for checking the applicability and usability. In particular, a web construction management system based on BIM can help field engineers, headquarters and contractors to use BIM more effectively, and it can be extended to maintenance phase for more efficiencies.

This research has been Initiated to provide an effective management tool for budget control of the public projects using EVMS. Barriers to implementing the tool for the domestic public projects are identified : no PMB (Performance Measurement Baseline) for budget control, management by BOQ(bill of quantity), no systematic planning and control. To eliminate these barriers, an integrated cost and schedule management process model using EVMS is proposed. This model is composed of six sub processes : organizing, scheduling, budget allocating, establishing PMB, managerial analysis, change incorporation.

For construction projects, it is required to estimate the Environmental Management Cost(EMC) for pollution prevention, using the calculation standards prescribed in the Construction Technology Management Law(CTML). However, the EMC standards are difficult to utilize without definite site information. Therefore, it is needed a new calculation method reflecting project site information. According to the definition of EMC in the CTML, this study identifies the EMC items and classifies them into the pollution types such as air, water, noise, waste and others. With this EMC classification, the stud:』 analyzes using the SPSS the EMC for the 78 new multi-housing projects, which were executed during the past three years, 2000-2002. And then an EMC estimating matrix is developed with simple information such as site location and size of area from historical data. The proposed matrix can be effectively used to check and control budgeting and estimating the EMC of the multi-housing projects. In addition, the proposed EMC matrix are validated through a case study.

도로는 교통기능 외에 여러 시설물을 수용할 수 있는 사회 인프라구축의 공간으로 활용될 수 있기 때문에 서울시뿐만 아니라 각 지방자치단체에서는 이러한 공간을 활용하기 위한 도로점용공사는 매년 전국적으로 수만 건에 달하고 있다. 따라서. 매년 발생하는 도로점용공사의 차로과다 점용, 교통시설물 설치 부적절, 보행자 안전무시, 공사안내표지 부적절, 공사구간에서의 불법 주.정차 등의 문제점이 계속하여 발생.지적되고 있으나 이에 따른 관련 규정이 미흡하여 도로점용공사 시행자의 불법을 초래하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 서울시의 경우 시스템적 접근방법인 관련조례에 의해서 수행되기보다는, 교통자문회의로 운영되고 있으며, 관련 인원 및 법적 제재조치가 미약하여 도로점용공사의 효과적인 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 서울시 및 각 지방자치단체에서는 도로점용공사로 인한 보행자와 운전자의 통행권 확보와 안전상의 문제 등을 하루빨리 인식하여 도로점용공사에 따른 도로공사장 교통관리 규정을 법규화 하여 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 도로점용공사에 따른 관련법 및 적용대상, 관련보고서 검토, 서울시를 사례로 한 공사중 교통처리방안 운영실태 및 문제점의 진단을 통하여 향후 도로공사장 교통관리 규정의 운영적 및 제도적 측면의 개선방안과 향후 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Generally speaking, it is important to know the activities itself exactly and to control the activities correctly so as to assure timely progress and the quality of any project. In order to progress smoothly in accordance with construction schedule, it is important to systematize the preliminary arrangements necessary for each process and then manage them. In this study, in order to progress smoothly the quality and schedule management of the construction, we can be made systematically pre-works in accordance with construction schedule by the civil construction items of the apartment house construction. we suggested pre-construction control item by the workers through experiential method of construction engineers in accordance with network schedule.
