Nowadays. risk management in the enterprise is considered as the important activity. Risk management ran be defined as the activity which is the analysis of risk factors related to damages, the estimation of the magnitude of risk, and the determination of investment to protect damage in a company. Initially, risk management was originated in financial areas. But the concept of risk has been expanded in the enterprise. Most companies have extended their activities in various areas. In this tendency, most activities must be considered in supply chain So, risk management must be ronsidered as the concept in the viewpoint of supply chain. The framework of risk management in supply chain and the related mathematical model are represented in this paper. Risk management in supply chain ran provide a positive opportunity not only to protect various damages, but also to improve the relationship between partners.

Cross-border supply chains undergone complexity in the global trade process, unpredictability and continually evolving regulations and information requirements. Under these circumstances, longer lead time inhibiting quick response to market demands, unanticipated supply chain costs eroding product cost savings, compliance and documentation errors causing delays and fines are challenging global trade companies when they execute global business. These problems are mainly caused by unautomated, unintegrated process which lead to longer and more unpredictable lead times, slower cash flow, cost overruns, and ultimately lower profits and less satisfied customers. Complex and unpredictable global trade environment requires global trade companies of global trade management functions to automate and control this complex environment for driving out cost, time and risk from their business. Global trade management allows cost savings, supply chain efficiencies and improved compliance through improving global supply chain visibility, facilitating cash flow by supply chain financing, enhancing supply chain security and risk management.

We aim to explain the role of corporate's 'long-term orientation' and 'asset specificity' in the process of SCM(Supply Chain Management) practices' effect on SCM performances, with empirical study about 167 manufacturing companies ail over the country. With confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model using AMOS program, we conclude long-term orientation and asset specificity act as 'infra-structural role', rather than 'Intermediate role', in the process of SCM practice's effect on SCM performances.

In this paper, effects of information sharing in multi-level supply chain management have been studied through simulation. The simulation model consists of a manufacturing company as a center, three suppliers, two logistic centers, and three different retail supply lines of each logistics centers. The mathematical model and the simulation were developed when real-time information sharing occurs and does not occur in supply chain under the assumption that each company applies (s, S) inventory policies. In addition, this paper analyzed the effects of the change of variables related to total costs, which compose of total ordering cost, total transportation cost, total carrying cost and shortage cost that are caused by the change of demand of three different patterns with the way of information sharing.

Considering the supply system and operating cost of enterprises which are in the supply chain as the main index, this paper establishes a supply chain evaluation model, and utilizes Arena building stimulation model of the supply chain which considers manufacturing enterprises as the core of supply chain. This model designs a generic simulation model of the supply chain including multi-level distributors and suppliers. And the model analyzes a representative example of business process, one of the enterprises in Shandong.

The progress of information technology triggered the rapid progress of tourism industry and the industry has now grown to be the biggest and the highest value added producing industry. Tourism industry is characterized by its high information dependency and is subject to the frequent changes of schedule. Therefore, dynamic cooperations between the service provider and the service agent is essential. One of the latest trend in information technology is the popular adoption of XML as the standard means of document exchange in the internet environment. This paper proposes a supply chain management system which enhances the productivity and customer satisfaction in the tourism industry by exploiting the exchange of information in XML among the tourism society, which consists of the producer, the agents, and the consumer. This Paper is especially addressed to the applicability of e-SCM for the productivity enhancement in the tourism industry, which is known as the leading service industry in the internet environment.

Today, the form of competition among companies quickly changes in new paradigm. In the past company activity was performed independently, but now dependently. It is very important the collaboration and risk management of supply chain between the parent company and its partners in the supply chain risk management(SCRM). It was known that the SCRM approach is very different between a large enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper deals with the suggestion about SCRM structure for a small and medium-sized enterprise. This SCRM structure consist of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation. We expect that this SCRM structure promote the collaboration between a parent company and its partners to alleviate the supply chain risk.

A safe working environment is an important and crucial factor in the operation of a firm, and is also essential for logistics companies in supply chain management. This study confirmed that the safety climate and safety prevention activities have a positive relationship with safety behavior from the perspective of domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies that continue their business relationships by signing contracts with large logistics companies. In addition, the moderating role of regulatory uncertainty and competition uncertainty in the previous positive relationship was empirically examined.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine what expectations and mediating factors are needed as variables necessary for the intention to use logistics hollowing out, and at the same time, what factors strengthen medical SCM competitiveness. In order to develop competitive competency variables for medical institutions that affect the intention to use logistics cavitation, we would like to examine the key success factors applying AHP model analysis. Design/methodology/approach For AMOS analysis, we conducted an online survey of four universities and analyzed 212 samples. The analysis method used SPSS, and AMOS. We proposed several factors categorized as reliability, SCM advance, and scalability. Findings The results showed that all proposed variables (competitive competencies for HSCM, expected performance) had a significant impact on intention of physical distribution cooperation. According to the measurement methods proposed in this study, key success factors for strengthening the capacity of HSCM can increase the need for physical distribution cooperation through expected performance.
