We have studied the problems associated with increasing number of ophthalmic optics students every year. The main problems are surplus supply of the optometrist and poor working condition. Thus all parties concerned who aim to solve the numerical unbalance of optometrist must have the common policy in sight. And we have to make a long-term plan and permanent organization for medical technician to establish supply and demand of medical technician with exact policy. To solve this unbalance of optometrist numbers, we have to establish an exact job category, reform the specialized education course, estimate the practical technique of national licensing examination for Korean optometrist, and innovate the contents and methods of reeducation.

This study explores the effects of standardized management processes such as COBIT and ITIL on the success of IT outsourcing by utilizing an exploratory case study. The exploratory model includes the maturity of ITIL and COBIT process and success of IT outsourcing. For each construct of the model, several measures are developed from preceding researches and confirmed in the context of the cases utilized for this study. It is found that the maturity of the processes supported by ITIL and COBIT is critical for the success of IT outsourcing in this study. This results confirm the current popularity of the standardized process adopted in practice and also require further research endeavors in this control or management process in the future. It should include any other processes and related activities to the control process in the relationship of IT outsourcing.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 도선 서비스 현황과 운영제도 및 구조적인 문제점을 살펴보고 현행 도선 서비스가 가지고 있는 문제점을 계층적으로 분석하여 최우선적으로 개선해야 할 우선 순위를 도출하고자 한다. 우리나라의 도선 서비스 개선에 관한 주요 요인들 중에서, 첫번째로 도선사의 서비스 마인드가 가장 중요한 항목으로 나왔으며, 세부평가 속성들 중에서도 도선 서비스의 재평가가 최고우선 평가항목으로 도출되었다.

97년 IMF와 함께 침체된 경기가 좀처럼 살아나지 않고 있는데 이러한 경향은 OPP,CPP,PET필름 업계에서도 예외는 아니다. 이러한 이유로 지난 해 한정된 시장 나눠먹기에 불과했던 필름 업계는 올해는 경기가 호전 될것으로 긍정적으로 기대하고 있으나 상반기를 지낸 현재 이를 기대할 수 있는 큰 변수는 없는 것으로 잠정 평가되고 있다.

This study was conducted to investigate the purchasing status and to compare supplier performance evaluations between competitive bidding and negotiated contracts in school foodservice in Changwon, Korea. A total of 190 questionnaires were distributed and 167 (return rate 87.9%) were collected from June 29 to September 28, 2010, and then a total of 151 (analysis rate 79.5%) were used for the final analysis. First, 91.4% of food product purchases for school meals were contracted through competitive bidding, especially limited competitive bidding. It mainly consisted of agricultural products, processed food, and eco-friendly agricultural products (fruit). Second, 78.8% of schools purchased food products by negotiated contracts, while single negotiation accounted for 59.7%. Food products by negotiated contract consisted of meat, kimchi, and fish. Third, the purchase status of competitive bidding and negotiated contracts showed a significant difference in agricultural products (p<0.001), fish (p<0.001), meats (p<0.001), poultry (p<0.001), antibiotic-free poultry (p<0.001), eco-friendly grain (p<0.001), eco-friendly agricultural products (fruit) (p<0.001), eco-friendly processed food (p<0.001), processed products (p<0.001), milk (p<0.001) and general grain (p<0.001) except for kimchi. Fourth, comparative analysis of supplier performance evaluation (on a 5-point Likert scale) of school foodservice showed that price of product of competitive bidding (3.73) was significantly higher than that of negotiated contract (2.95) (p<0.001), and the overall performance level of the negotiated contract (3.85) was significantly higher than that of competitive bidding (3.61) (p<0.01). The supplier performance evaluation levels of product packaging (p<0.01), product quality at the time of delivery (p<0.001), hygiene of products (p<0.001), consistency to specification (p<0.001), swiftness of return and exchange (p<0.001), emergency delivery (p<0.001), service of delivery staff (p<0.05), and handling of complaints (p<0.001) of negotiated contracts were significantly higher than those of competitive bidding of school foodservice. In conclusion, school foodservice selected food suppliers both by adopting competitive bidding and negotiated contracts. And there was a significant difference of school foodservice supplier performance between competitive bidding and negotiated contracts in Changwon, Korea.

생활수준이 향상되면서 물의 양과 질에 대한 국민의 요구수준은 높아지고 있으나, 우리의 하천유지유량은 일본의 1/3에 불과하며, 평갈수기의 하천유량 증대가 물관리의 주요 관심사로 떠오르고 있다. 댐 저수지의 저류와 생공용수의 회귀수에 의해 평갈수기의 하천유량을 크게 개선시킬 수 있는 바, 본 연구에서는 수계별로 그 현황과 향후 개선방안 도출을 위해 무수한 하천지점에서 용수수급 현황을 쉽게 분석, 평가할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 용수수요 추정 모듈, 일 유출 모의 및 하천 유황분석 모듈, 기존댐 저수량 변화 모의 모듈, 신규 댐 규모 모의 모듈 등으로 구성되어 있다(그림 1). 분석 대상 하천 지점 유역의 논 용수, 생활 용수, 공업 용수의 수요량을 일별로 추정할 수 있으며, 이들의 회귀수를 고려한 하천유량을 일별로 모의하여 유황을 분석할 수 있고, 상류에 기존 댐 및 저수지가 있는 경우 이의 저수량을 모의하여 하류 방류량을 고려한 하천유량을 분석할 수 있고, 하천유황이 목표 값에 미치지 못하는 경우 신규 댐 및 저수지를 계획하여 이로부터 유량을 공급받아 하천유황을 유기적으로 아주 쉽게 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 저수량 변화 모의의 필수 자료인 저수지 표고별 저수면적, 저수량 자료를 신속하게 수집, 정리할 수 있도록 DEM을 활용하는 모듈을 장착하였다(그림 2). 수계별로 수많은 하천 지점의 유지유량 확보를 위한 다양한 용수공급 시나리오를 신속하게 분석, 평가하는데 편리한 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 개발된 시스템은 금강 유역의 하천유지유량 확보 방안 수립에 활용하고 있으며, 향후 전 수계에 적용될 수 있도록 보완할 것이다.

ISO 26262 is applied to vehicle and electrical/electronic component manufacturers for minimizing car accidents and life damage by the extended use of electronic control equipments and their malfunctions. In this standard, safety requirements are required to be applied from the early stage of development upto manufacture and disposal stages throughout the total lifecycle of the full vehicular system, and electromagnetic compatibility must be also managed as an important consideration factor. Therefore, it is nowadays very necessary to research and develop EFS(EMC for Functional Safety) to be applied in each stage of the design, manufacture, accreditation, use, maintenance stages of cars. In this paper, how EFS can be applied for the application of ISO 26262 is described. By the enforcement of this suggestions into the legal requirement or New Car Assessment Program(NCAP) test items, it is necessary that car manufacturer have to perform some procedures for ensuring car safety by themselves.

국내에 선진낙농기술을 도입하며 최상의 통합 착유 시스템을 제공해 온 (주)금성축산(대표 이우형)으로부터 지난 2010년 분리독립해 이스라엘 'ENGS'사에서 '발정탐지기'를 수입 판매하기 시작한 (주)파우스(대표 이재용)는 우리 축산농가들이 실질적으로 필요로 하는 신제품을 보급하는 데에 선도적 역할을 해오고 있다. 단적인 예로 무선 발정탐지 기능은 물론 분만알림까지 가능한 시스템 공급은 농장운영의 편의성을 고려한 혁신적인 제품으로 평가받고 있다. 어느덧 6년차를 맞이하며, 대한민국 축산농가의 든든한 동반자로 성장한 (주)파우스를 찾았다.

전력수요의 증대로 발전기 전압제어를 통해 전력계통의 안정과 양질의 전력공급의 중요한 역할을 하는 여자시스템의 중요성이 한층 더 증대되었다. 본 논문은 선진 외국 제작사 기술에 전적으로 의존하고 있는 발전기 제어시스템을 순수 국내기술로 개발하여 교체하기 위해 제어시스템의 개발내용과 모의시험 및 현장 적용을 통한 시험 및 성능을 평가한 내용을 기술하였다.
