Supplier relationship management (SRM) is an important contributor to a company's efficiency and credibility. Although several ways are used to provide SRM functionality, these are often not easily integrated with existing procurement systems. We designed and implemented a practical SRM system called BestChoice SRM and present its design and architecture. It has the core functionality of SRM with the simple adaptability of BestChoice which is a decision support system for evaluating suppliers with the aid of visualized analysis It allows seamless integration with existing systems and permits flexible strategy changes as market conditions shift. The key to this flexibility is template-based segmentation. Ease of integration was demonstrated through the installation of BestChoice SRM at a major Korean commercial e-procurement agency.

이 연구는 상선 해기사 인력의 수요를 단순평균법과 추세분석 및 시계열분석을 통혜 예측하고, 예측치와 실적치들을 비교하여 수요 예측방법들의 예측 정확도를 평가하였으며, 마이코프 분석을 활용하여 직급별로 인력구성의 변화요인을 고려하여 공급을 예측하고 인력부족을 진단하였다. 그리고 자율운항선 도입과 현실적인 공급확대 방안 실행이 부족인력 감소에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 해기사 인력 수급 대책의 타당성과 효과를 평가하였다.

Recently, interests for SRM have been increasing rapidly to automate the whole processes of supply chain from sourcing to procurement and improve the whole efficiency of supply chain by strategically managing the relationship with external partners (suppliers). The national procurement service of Korea is trying to build new paradigms by introducing SRM for improving the competitiveness of national public procurement service. For this, a new assessment model for evaluating and selecting suppliers with fairness and objectivity should be developed. In this paper, we propose a new SRM solution including a model that evaluates and grades of suppliers' capabilities of performing the contracts. We also explain the innovation of national public procurement system through this SRM solution.

As e-Commerce and national public procurement have been enabled, needs of supplier management and evaluation system for national public procurement has been growing. Enterprises have constructed and operated supplier relationship management system, in order to automate and increase their supply chain processes by managing the strategic assessment of relationships with external partners. Recently, PPS(Public Procurement Service) in Korea is introducing the concept of SRM to ensure the fairness of public procurement and to strengthen the competitiveness of the national public procurement and public procurement. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish supplier evaluation management and decision support process to allow a transparent supplier selection. In this paper, we present an evaluation method for transparent and objective public procurement. We also present a method for purchase decision support.

본 연구에서는 용수공급의 효율화를 최대화하고 비상시 수자원시스템의 최적운영을 위하여 다목적댐의 용수공급능력 평가지표를 산정하였다. 분석대상 유역으로는 비교적 자료구축이 잘되어있다고 판단된 안동댐을 선정하였으며 용수공급량을 -10~10%까지 증가시켜가면서 댐 모의운영을 실시하였다. 저수지 모의운영에 의해 용수부족사상수, 부족량, 부족기간 등을 산정하였으며, 이를 토대로 다목적댐의 용수공급능력 평가지표인 신뢰도(시간기준, 빈도기준, 양적기준), 복원도 및 취약도를 산정하고 계획용수공급량의 증감에 따른 이들 지표들의 영향성에 관하여 분석하였다.

우리나라의 최대 철강회사인 포스코는 2005년부터 품질개선을 위해서 포스코 자체의 혁신방법론인 QSS+(Quick Six Sigma)을 개발하여 실시하고 있다. QSS+는 회사 전체 직원이 개선 실천 학습을 하고, 지속적인 낭비제거를 통해 부가가치를 창출하는 활동으로 '일상개선 활동, 과제 활동, 솔선/격려활동, 인재양성' 4개의 축으로 운영되고 있다. 또한 QSS+는 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 정착되어 정부 기관, 기업, 그룹사, 외주파트너사, 공급사 및 다양한 분야에서 우수 혁신 활동 사례로 벤치마킹을 실시하고 있다. 매년 현장에서 활동하는 포스코 QSS+ 현 수준을 정확히 판단하고 향후 방향성을 제시하는 QSS+ 충실도 평가 기준을 개선하기 위하여 AHP 분석 방법을 통해 평가 항목을 분석하고 현장이 반영된 'QSS+ 평가 기준'을 제시하고자 한다.

IT에 대한 의존도와 그에 따른 투자 비용이 증가함에 따라 IT거버넌스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 또한 IT아웃소싱 시장의 확대, 계약 규모의 증가로 인해 IT 아웃소싱의 효과적인 운영에 대한 관심도 또한 높아지게 되면서 IT 서비스 제공을 위한 표준 등 프로세스를 기반으로 한 IT 서비스 관리가 주요 이슈로 떠올랐다. 본 연구는 국내 SI업체 V공급사와 그의 4개의 고객사를 대상으로 고객사와 공급사의 IT거버넌스 및 IT 서비스 관리에 대한 인식에 따른 IT아웃소싱 성공을 평가하였다. 자료의 수집은 IT거버넌스와 IT서비스 관리 프로세스 부문에 대해서는 관련 전문가(key informant)들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문을 통해 이루어졌고, IT아웃소싱 성공 평가는 고객사의 사용자(end user)를 대상으로 설문하여 약 200개의 데이터를 확보하였다. 그 결과 IT거버넌스와 IT 서비스 관리 성숙도가 IT아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, IT 아웃소싱 성과를 평가하는 차원들끼리도 전체 만족도에 대해 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 IT거버넌스와 IT서비스 관리 프로세스 성숙도가 IT아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 영향을 제시함으로써 IT거버넌스의 중요성을 인식시키고 IT서비스 관리 프로세스 시스템 도입을 고려하는 기업에 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is a strategic partnership activity for an enterprise and is expected to be a significant performance element in the current enterprise environment where uncertainty is growing. Despite the effective SRM allows companies to manage quality and inventory throughout their logistics procurement process with their suppliers and increase the profitability of the company, there is a scarce of theory about supplier relationship management (SRM) and many companies are not aware of the importance of SRM and depend only on simple electronic purchasing methods. Therefore, I analyze the H Company as a case company, which is a large domestic company and has reached 2,500 domestic and overseas suppliers. SRM process and its effects are evaluated as (1) Purchasing strategy division 2) Process division (3) IT infrastructure division. By analyzing SRM as one of the management strategies that bring the overall value of enterprise performance up, and by looking at how domestic large corporations manage their suppliers, I hope that manufacturers with many suppliers will recognize the importance of SRM and build an SRM tailored to their business.

중소기업진흥공단에서는 중소기업이 생산하는 소비재 뿐 아니라 중간재와 부품류도 판매하며, 공장과 소비자를 직접 연결함으로써 싸고 질 좋은 물건을 공급하게 될 전용백화점 건립을 위한 설계경기를 실시, 이미지가 독창적이고 내부공간의 기능성을 잘 살린 점을 평가받은 범건축(강기세)안을 지난 3월 31일 당선작으로 선정, 발표했다. 지명설계로 치뤄진 이번 설계경기에는 총5개 사무소가 참여했으며, 우수작으로 예건축(박춘명)안이 선정됐다.

최근 다국적 제약사의 유통업체 진출 및 시장점유율 증가로 인하여 국내 의약품 유통체계가 변화하게 되었다. 본 논문은 현재 한국 의약품 산업의 유통 현황을 공급 사슬 측면에서 조사 평가하고 문제점을 분석하여 국내 도매 유통업체가 고유한 경쟁력을 보유하기 위하여 필요한 요소 및 능력을 연구하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 기반으로 의약품 유통시장을 선진화하는데 필요한 유통 체계를 분석하여 공급 사슬 관점에서 새로운 모형을 제시하고자 한다.
