The purpose of this study is to identify the drivers of supply chain vulnerability and internal/external disruptive events and to verify the moderating effect of SCRM to mitigate negative disruption impacts. The analysis results of 182 SMEs are as follows. First, SC vulnerability proceeded from excessive efficiency. Second, the probability and severity of internal factors were higher than that of external factors. In particular, the priority of responding to risks arising from the supply chain process was higher than the value chain within the firm. Finally, the higher the level of risk management in the supply chain, the more positively the negative disruption impact was mitigated. This study is valuable in providing practical clues to the decision-making of a firm's managers and policymakers responding to supply chain risks.

With globalization and the development of information and communication technology, the supply chain is becoming more widespread and complex, which increases the occurrence and damage caused by supply chain risks. Supply chain risk management has a great impact on corporate performance through the analysis of risk factors and proactive and strategic approaches. This study aims to analyze the effects of supply chain risk factors on risk management strategies and corporate performance empirically. In the research model for empirical analysis, supply chain risk factors were classified into supply, demand, operation, network, and external environment, while the risk management strategies were divided into active and passive strategies, as well as financial and operational performance for corporate performance. The data obtained via the questionnaire were analyzed for the path of the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, companies are actively pursuing risk management for internal risk factors, rather than external factors, in terms of internal and external risk factors, and it was found that these strategies have a significant effect on corporate performance. Therefore, in the future, companies should conduct risk management strategies more proactively and preemptively through a thorough analysis of various risk factors affecting business operations.

This study is to analyze the relationship between supply chain resilience antecedent factors, supply chain resilience and business performance. Supply chain integration, risk management activity, and visibility were selected as the preceding factors of supply chain resilience, and the effect of these factors on agility and robustness as supply chain resilience, and the effects of agility and robustness factors on corporate management performance are studied. To this end, a survey was conducted on Korean manufacturing companies, and a total of 124 questionnaires were used for the study. As a result of the testing of the research hypothesis, supply chain integration, risk management activity, and visibility have a positive (+) significant effect on agility and robustness. In addition, agility had a positive (+) effect on corporate management performance. But robustness had a positive (+) effect on corporate management performance, but not significant. In order for manufacturing companies to secure supply chain resilience through such research hypothesis testing, it is necessary to secure supply chain integration, risk management activity, and visibility capabilities. It was confirmed that agility and visibility capability can be linked to corporate management performance. In addition, the overall relationship structure between the preceding factors of supply chain resilience, supply chain resilience, and business performance was presented.

Supply chain management (SCM) became a critical success factor for firms. As a result, researchers have carried out related research on SCM. This study aims to explore the research trends in SCM in Korea using network text analysis. We collected the information of 586 articles published in Korean journals using the RISS database, and analyzed the network generated by keywords proposed in the articles. The results showed that there are five research keyword clusters such as logistics, information systems, partnership, risk management, and sustainability.

It is general that the impact of supply chain risk spread out to the whole network along the connected structure. Due to the risk propagation the probability to exposure a certain risk is affected by not only the characteristics of each risk factor but also network structure. It means that the structural connectivity among vertices should be considered while designing supply chain network in order to minimize disruption cost. In this research, the betweenness centrality has been utilized to quantitatively assess the structural vulnerability. The betweenness centrality is interpreted as the index which can express both the probability of risk occurrence and propagation of risk impact. With the structural vulnerability index, it is possible to compare the stability of each alternative supply chain structure and choose the better one.

This study is to investigate the impact of information technology implementation on supply chain risk and performance. It focuses on how information technology adoption affects supply risk as well as performance. It collected one hundred fifty nine responses from supply executives and supply and purchasing managers of U.S manufacturing firms by applying a survey methodology. The research results provide empirical evidence that the use of information technology in the supply chain mitigates supply risk and improves performance. More importantly, information technology adoption involves three aspects: inbound and outbound communications, internal communications and administration and finally, mitigation of supply risks and improved performance via order taking and procurement. This research emphasizes the importance of IT implementation in supply risk management. It also points out how information technology adoption facilitates the impact of information technology in risk mitigation in the supply chain and in performance. Thus, supply and purchasing managers need to consider IT implementation and adoption when establishing their risk mitigating strategies within the supply chains.

This study gathered the factor of supply chain risk through literature review, and measured the importance of risk factors which have been recognized by domestic companies. This study has purposes and necessities as follows. First, supply risk factors were classified and explored through positive studies about supply chain risk. Most of previous studies helps grasping the meaning of supply chain risk but limited in conceptual side. Second, this study used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which makes decision-making problem classified, simplicated and systematized to evaluate the importance of supply-chain risk recognized by the companies. Finally, this study suggests registration-point in companies's efficient supply activity would be great by measuring the importance of supply-chain through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

This study outlines possible risk factors in the SCM of a company and correlates risk assessment, the strategy of risk management, and the supply chain performance. The data is surveyed from an international Korean company and is analyzed by the structure equation model of actual proof. The research model verifies the correlation between the risk assessment, the strategy of risk management, and the supply chain performance as dependent variables after the risk factors of the SCM are defined as independent variables. The research shows that there are consecutive links among the risk factors of the SCM, the risk assessment, and the strategy of risk management. The strategy of risk management was conclusively determined to have an effect on supply chain performance. Therefore, improving the supply chain performance of a company requires the constructive process for risk management based on a correlation between risk assessment and the strategy of risk management.

Over the past 30 years, China has maintained an annual growth rate of approximately 10%. But now China is confronted by an energy shortage and environmental pollution problems. In order to solve these environmental problems, China is not only making environmental laws and regulations to strengthen supervision, but also increasing the relevant budget. Environmental Management of Supply Chain is one of the most important tasks so that Chinese companies may effectively reduce environmental pollutions. Therefore, many empirical researches on environmental management of Chinese companies are very necessary. This study tested the actual effects on SCEM(Supply Chain Environmental Management) variables of Chinese enterprises in Shanghai and Shenyang. The results show that green design, green procurement, and extended producer responsibility have positive impacts on environmental outcomes.

It is very important the collaboration and risk management of supply chain between the parent company and its partners in the supply chain risk management(SCRM). It was known that the SCRM approach is very different between a large enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper deals with the suggestion about SCRM structure for a small and medium-sized enterprise. This SCRM structure consist of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation. We expect that this SCRM structure promote the collaboration between a parent company and its partners to alleviate the supply chain risk.
