This study examines the effects of supplier dependence on supply chain relationships, communication practices, and relationship performance in manufacturing-part companies. The structural equation modeling technique with AMOS 23.0 was used to test hypotheses using data collected in the research model. The results show that supplier dependence positively affects supply chain relationships and communication practices. In addition, the results confirm the effect of supply chain relationships and communication practices on relationship performance. It is also demonstrated that supply chain relationships and communication practices through supplier dependence play a key role in improving relationship performance for supply chain management. Furthermore, it contributes to the practice of supply chain management as well as to efficiency through collaborative activities of supplier-buyer in the supply chain processes.

본 연구는 공급사슬관리하에서 부품 및 원재료 공급기업에서 고객기업인 제조기업의 주문 사항과 공급기업내 생산관련 제약사항을 동시에 고려하여 최적의 생산 체제를 구축할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 수주 및 비용 데이터베이스로부터 주문 및 생산관련 데이터를 SOM 신경망분석을 통해 그룹핑하고 고객기업군별로 특성분석을 통해 이에 맞는 생산체제를 구축할 것을 제안하였다. 공급사슬관리 환경하에서 원재료/부품 공급기업이 고객기업의 주문 요구와 내부 생산상의 제약을 동시에 고려함으로써 SCM 적용 성과를 극대화할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의미가 있다.

SCEM is the concept of reducing environmental effect on the outside of purchasing and manufacturing process, delivery, and distribution process. An ultimate aim of SCEM are obtaining environmental stability and energy/materials operational efficiency. Although the importance of greening supply chain was highlighted, former researches were often based on case studies of specific industry and didn't provide clear definition of environmental supply chain management which includes fundamental notions for business practitioners. This study focuses on findings how the SCEM system practically run and what the characteristics of SCEM is in Korean firms through case studies. It is suggested that SCEM is more effective for environmental management rather than by making limited eco-innovation. Korean firms have considered that an international environmental regulation is more important than customers' needs for environmental goods for implementing SCEM.

본 연구에서는 SCM를 통해 기업이 추진하는 목표들이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해서 파트너십이 실시간기업의 특성요인인 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급사슬 기업의 파트너십 (몰입, 신뢰, 상호의존성)이 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성을 매개하여 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 민첩성과 기업내부 가시성이 BSC 네 가지 관점인 학습 및 성장관점, 내부 프로세스관점, 고객관점, 재무관점에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, BSC 네 가지 관점간의 인과관계를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증연구에서는 공급사슬관리를 실행하고 있는 실시간 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 82개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 이러한 실증결과는 SCM과 RTE를 추구하는 기업의 실무자들과 연구자들에게 많은 시사점을 제공하리라 여겨진다.

제조 기업의 가치사슬 최적화를 위한 전략적, 운영상 의사결정 문제는 수리적 모델을 이용한 DSS의 효과적인 활용을 통하여 해결 될 수 있다. 의사결정 프로세스는 필연적으로 공급사슬의 여러 성과 목표와 관련 조직간의 Trade-off 및 연계관계(Interaction)가 고려되므로 복수의 DSS 활용이 필요하게 된다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 공급 사슬 전체의 최적화를 위한 다수의 전략적 목표 및 의사결정 프로세스, 연계된 수리적 모델들을 정의하고, 관련 조직 및 성과 지표 별 부분적 최적화(Local Optimality)를 지양하고 전체최적화 (Global Optimality)를 달성하기 위한 DSS Logic을 철강산업 프로세스를 대상으로 수리적 모델들의 분할(Decomposition) 및 통합개념을 통하여 제시하였다.

Supply Chain Management drawing attention of business management all over the world. This study has simulated OPT(Optimized Production Technology) to verify the Supply Chain Management's effectiveness The OPT system develops a detailed operating Philosophy, not just an operating procedure, and it includes many of the features of the JIT system and additional benefits as well The important OPT concepts such as. transfer batch. manufacturing process batch and batch it self served as a Pivotal role in increasing the productivity in manufacturing when they were altered. In this respect, this study develop the OPT simulation model, and this OPT model are evaluated by using a simulation study. It has proved that the performances of OPT model are excellent.

This study reviews previous studies about the effects of RFID capabilities on strategic supply chain competence and business performance in the Chinese context. This study introduces a new perspective that measures the degree to which RFID capability levels contribute to business performance. Such an assumption is based on the fact that companies build their own capabilities through RFID capabilities and that these capabilities provide a competitive advantage for enterprises. Data on all sorts of logistics, distribution, and manufacturing companies that introduced RFID system in China were collected for data analysis. This study analyzes the structural equation modeling using Smart-PLS 2.0 program. This study confirms that internal reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity are satisfied. The hypothesis test result on the relationship between RFID capacity and strategic supply chain competence and strategic supply chain competence and company results is partially adopted. This study aids in establishing a RFID system construction strategy to enhance supply chain competence by suggesting guidelines for the successful introduction of RFID system through identifying the causal relationship between RFID capacity and strategic supply chain competence. This study also suggests the influence of RFID competency on visibility, agility, flexibility, and collaborations.

본 연구는 제조자(공급자)와 중간분배자로 구성된 공급사슬에서 시간에 따라 일정률로 퇴화하는 퇴화성 제품을 다루는 중간분배자의 신뢰성있는 재고보충정책을 분석하였다. 문제 분석을 위하여 제조자는 고객의 수요를 증대시키기 위한 수단으로 중간분배자로부터의 제품대금에 대하여 일정기간 동안 신용거래를 허용한다는 가정과 함께 수송량에 따라 할인되는 수송비를 고려하여 모형을 수립하였고, 중간분배자의 경제적 재고보충정책을 결정하기 위한 해법을 개발하였다.

The goal of enterprises is to make a profit. They should change and evolve themselves according to various customers' demand and developing information technology. The construction industry has not been used to such a change of business environment, although it has a long history. So it needs a new management system that accepts the various demands of construction participants and keeps pace with the evolving environment where is replaced by high-valued one. In this point, this research's objective is to apply SCM which shows visible outcome in the manufacturing industry, to the construction industry. This study regards the concept of SCM not as a simple management method, but as a comprehensive one. In other words, SCM is composed of three viewpoints; control, organization and information technology. SCM is to improve process by new management method, to benefit each other by strategical cooperation among participants, and to make information delivery and saving system for maintaining the relationship.

제조업의 e-Transformation을 통한 경쟁력 향상 방안은 닷컴 기업의 수익성 향상 등과 함께 e-비즈니스 모델 설계의 주요 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 제조기업의 e-Business화라는 포괄적인 주제에 대하여 철강산업을 대상으로 변화에 대한 주요 요소와 관련된 실증적 사례를 제시하는데 초점을 두었다. 주요 변화관리(Change Management) 요소로는 기업의 내,외부 공급사슬 최적화, 고객관계관리, 구매 및 판매 관련 전자상거래와 정보시스템 활용 등을 정의하고, 이와 관련된 AS-IS 대비 TO-BE의 성과 향상을 위한 개선가능요인(Improvement Potential)과 달성방안을 전개하였다. 본 논문의 특징은 재고 등 내부 효율성 관련 성과 및 고객과 관련된 서비스 수준 향상을 위한 공급사슬 상에서의 Electronic 가치사슬의 재구성과 Logic 개선요소를 철강산업의 실증적 사례를 통하여 제시한데 있다.
