This study investigates the impact of supply chain collaboration on performance in social economy in Korea. Collaboration is an effective method to overcome the disadvantages of newness and smallness of domestic social economy organizations. Nevertheless, most research on social economy examined conceptual relationship between collaboration and performance. Hence, this study focuses on empirically demonstrating the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance in social economy. We identify two steps of supply chain collaboration structure, i.e., collaboration culture and collaboration implementation, and establish a research model to analyze the impact of collaboration of social economy organization on performance. Based on responses to a survey of 99 social economy organizations, we test the hypotheses in the theoretical model using PLS structural equation modeling. The result shows that both the effect of collaboration culture on collaboration implementation and the effect of collaboration implementation on performance are significant. This study contributes to the social economy literature by empirically investigating the impact of collaboration in social economy organizations on performance based on supply chain theories, and by expanding the application scope of supply chain theories to social economy organizations.

The rapid trends toward outsourcing have created more complex and fragmented multi-tier supply chains for Engineering, Procurement & Construction(EPC) industry. Working with suppliers and sub-suppliers requires continuous integration activities during project execution. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the performances and relationship satisfaction of second-tier suppliers participating in the project-based supply chain. This study proposes the network embeddedness, collaboration, information-sharing and flexibility as antecedents variables, and collected the survey responses from the second-tier suppliers having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the collaboration with supply chain leading firm and first-tier supplier has significant impact on the performances and relationship satisfaction of second-tier suppliers. It was also found that the information-sharing and flexibility influence the network embeddedness as well as collaboration, and that the embeddedness have significant impact on the collaboration.

The supply chain without digitization is just a series of discrete, siloed steps taken through marketing, product development, manufacturing, and logistics, and finally into the hands of the customer. Digitization brings down those walls, and the chain becomes a completely integrated network fully transparent to all the parties involved. The ulitimate goals of digitizatized supply chain management are velocity and visibility. This network will depend on a number of key technologies including integrated planning and execution systems, supply chain analytics, autonomous logistics, smart warehousing and factory, etc, enabling companies to react to disruptions in the supply chain, and even anticipate them, by fully modeling the network, creating "what-if" scenarios, and adjusting the supply chain in real time as conditions change. This paper presents a number of studies on digitalization of supply chains and provides a discussion on issues raised in the process of technology adoption. Implications of the study findings are also provided.

RFID 기술을 이용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 많은 장점으로 인하여, 공급망에서 발생하는 실시간 제품 정보를 수집하고 관리하기 위하여 RFID 기술이 도입되고 있다. 기존의 RFID 기반의 공급망 관리 시스템은 제품의 위치에 따른 가시성은 확보할 수 있지만, 제품의 모든 상태에 따른 가시성은 확보하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 공급망 상의 제품 이동을 계획하고, 제품이 계획에 따라 이동할 때 발생하는 정보를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 통제할 수 있는 제품 상태 기반의 물류 통제 시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째, 공급망에서 발생하는 제품 상태의 정의와 상태 변화의 흐름을 state chart로 표현하고, 둘째, 공급망에서의 폐쇄형관리 패러다임을 통한 제품 통제(감시 및 예외처리)를 정의하였으며, 셋째, Temporal data modeling을 통해 RFID 데이터 기반의 Database를 설계하고, 마지막으로, Publish/Subscribe 모델을 통해 효율적인 제품 상태 기반의 물류 통제 시스템 아키텍처를 설계하였다.

An era of smart manufacturing is coming through the rapid development of information and communication technology. As a result, many companies have begun to utilize a variety of hardware and software for the efficient business of the manufacturing process. At this time, the hardware and software used are supplied through manufacturing and distribution processes. These supply processes are exposed to a variety of security threats. As the recent cases of supply chain attacks have increased, foreign countries are establishing supply chain management systems and managing supply chain risks. In Korea, on the other hand, there was research on supply chain risk management in some fields. In this paper, we emphasizes the necessity of supply chain risk management through supply chain attack cases. In addition, we analyze trends of foreign supply chain management system and explains the necessity of domestic supply chain security strategy.

Small and medium-sized firms are increasingly dependent on the knowledge and expertise of the supply chain as a whole to innovate and improve supply chain performance. This research examines the capabilities that enable firms to collaborate successfully, and aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers participating in supply chains managed by Global Korean companies. This study proposes the technology support, the collaboration with tier two companies, incentives and information sharing as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from 58 domestics suppliers. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, technology support and the collaboration with tier two firms influence the level of co-work with the firm leading supply chain, and that information sharing has some impact on SCM performance of the suppliers. But on the contrary to our expectation, the co-work with the firm leading supply chain has only moderate impact on SCM performance with p value just over 5%. We conclude this paper with some suggestions for future research.

인터넷의 발달로 전자 상거래는 오늘날 일상생활의 한 부분이 되었다. 그러나, 수많은 쇼핑몰들과 그 쇼핑몰들이 제공하는 다양한 제품들 속에서 소비자가 원하는 물건을 찾아내는 것은 점점 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 시스템을 이용해 공급망(Supply Chain)에서 구매자의 요구에 부합하는 제품을 제공할 수 있는 생산자를 보다 쉽게 연결시켜주는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 멀티 에이전트 기반 공급망에서 주로 사용되는 협동 전략인 Joint Intention Theory와 SharedPlan Theory, 이 논문에서 제안하는 신경망을 이용한 방법을 비교해, 신경망을 이용한 방법이 갖는 효율성을 알아보고, 신경망을 이용한 멀티에이전트 기반의 협등 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델은 구매자가 제품을 선택할 때 사용하는 소비평가 기준의 가중치를 소비자로부터 받아들여 그 기준에 가장 부합하는 판매자를 신경망을 이용한 분류(classification)방법을 통해 찾아내고, 이렇게 선택된 생산자를 소비자에게 연결시켜준다.

2021년에 발생한 일련의 소프트웨어 공급망 공격으로 미국 연방 정부의 사이버보안 개선 정책이 가속됐다. 이중 소프트웨어 구성 정보를 유통하는 SBOM 정책은 SW 구성요소의 투명성을 강화하여, 이를 활용하는 공급자와 수요자의 보안 인식 개선에도 도움을 줄 것이 기대된다. 다만 SBOM으로 공급망 보안 위협을 완화하려면 해결해야 할 기술적 이슈가 있고, SBOM 수집자를 위한 구체적인 가이드도 마련되지 않아 제도 정착에는 시간이 걸린다. SW 공급망 문제는 SW 개발 관행에 대한 지속적인 개선이 요구되며, 글로벌 연쇄 위험으로 결코 혼자서는 해결할 수 없다. 따라서 우리는 실태조사, 실증사업 등을 시작으로 현실에 맞는 정책을 먼저 적용하고, 제도적 조화를 위한 국제협력에도 힘써야 한다.

A empirical study investigating firms' attitudes and behaviors regarding of RFID technology within supply chain is very limited. Thus, this study examines the determinants influencing firms' adoption and performance of RFID within the supply chain. Particularly, this study focus on the impacts of the companies' relationship characteristics, including strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and long-term orientation affection RFID adoption and performance within the supply chain. Furthermore, the study includes environment uncertainty as a moderating effect between relationship characteristics and RFID adoption. The proposed research model was tested using structural equation modeling from 227 employees. Results of this study support the proposed hypotheses. The implication of this study suggest a new theoretical framework explaining RFID adoption and performance with the supply chain.
