A Framework to Develop Cloud Service Business Model in Aging Society (고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 프레임워크)

  • 디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 더욱 더 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 클라우드 서비스 비즈니즈 모델을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 고령화 사회를 정의하고 변화를 분석하고 클라우드 산업 비즈니스 모델 구성요소를 찾기 위한 시장 다이나믹스 분석을 통해 클라우드 비즈니스 모델에 영향을 주는 시니어 마켓 변화 동인을 확인하고 시니어 마켓을 활성화하기 위해 고령층의 니즈를 분류한다. 그리고 고객니즈 변화 분석과 가치사슬분석을 하여 나온 고객니즈와 제공하는 기능을 축으로 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 또한 시니어 마켓 변화 동인에 따른 환경변화 속에서 성장을 지속 가능하게 하는 비즈니스 모델 진화를 분석한다. 마지막으로 변화하는 비즈니스 모델을 평가하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하여 기업 상황에 맞는 비즈니스 모델을 선택하는데 도움을 두고자 한다.

  • In the last few years, cloud computing has grown from being a promising business concept to one of the fast growing segments of the IT industry. However, as more and more information on individuals and companies are placed in the cloud, concerns on just how safe the computing environment is have gradually increased. In this study, it will be explored if key characteristics of cloud computing services would affect the behavioral intention to use public cloud computing services. A conceptual model is developed and seven research hypotheses are proposed for empirical testing. The proposed model is examined through structural equation analysis. The results show that perceived risk has statistically significant effect on the privacy concern of users and the privacy concern has a negative influence on the trust. Finally, the trust has a positive effect on the attitude and the attitude has statistically significant effect on use intention. Implications of these findings are discussed for both researchers and practitioners and future research issues are raised as well.

  • According to the enforcement of the Cloud Computing Development and User Protection Act, a new paradigm called as Cloud Computing is coming to the fore among public and private domestic enterprises. Therefore, domestic companies should develop SaaS products specialized for the domestic market and try to preempt the IaaS market ahead of global companies. Now we are facing a necessity to combine all the cloud systems in Korean government to operate seamlessly in a harmony. In this paper, we will look at the prospect of future development of related industry through cloud computing concept and G-cloud's cloud management system (G-CMS). G-CMS can be seen as the first system to comprehensively manage heterogeneous Unix virtualization systems. G-CMS can also save costs by managing heterogeneous virtualization systems in data centers.

  • The evolution of cloud computing service over the recent years is potentially one of the major advances in information and communication technology. However, if cloud computing service is to achieve its potential, there needs to be a clear understanding of the various issues such as service security, performance and availability and so on, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the cloud service. As more and more information on individuals, companies and public sectors are placed in the cloud service, concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. In order to overcome these situations, the Korea cloud service certification system and U.S. FedRAMP were performed in each country. This paper aims at comparing and analyzing between Korean cloud service certification systems and U.S. FedRAMP and describing the difference between them. Eventually, we propose the improvement strategy of Korea cloud service certification systems based on the comparison results between them.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the innovation resistance of cloud computing services and to suggest policy alternatives to increase the use of domestic cloud computing services. For this, a survey was conducted on 178 SMEs that introduced cloud computing services with government support. As a result, technostress, CEO informatization leadership and organizational structure concentration had a significant influence on innovation resistance. Therefore, in the future, first, it is necessary to provide user-centered cloud computing services in the direction of reducing technostress. Second, it is necessary to apply cloud computing services through a deeper understanding of the organizational characteristics of each small and medium enterprise. Third, there is a need for advanced security authentication and a compensation system. In order to promote the use of cloud computing services, an environment in which users can safely use should be prepared first.

  • 최근 태블릿PC, 스마트폰, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 등 유비쿼터스 기기 등의 스마트 디바이스가 급속하게 보급되고 이에 따른 서비스 이용이 일반화 되면서 기업과 공공부분에서 스마트워크의 운영과 구축에 관심이 많아졌다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워크 환경을 구축 운영하는데 있어 외부 근무에서 발생되는 보안과 관련한 정보와, 기업의 내부정보를 저장하고 이용함에 있어 발생하는 정보유출의 위험 등 보안에 대한 다양한 이슈를 알아보았다. 그리고 이슈 중 보안의 취약점을 최소화하기 위한 방안으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 활용한 스마트워크 환경 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Case Study on the Application of AI-OCR for Data Transformation of Paper Records (종이기록 데이터화를 위한 AI-OCR 적용 사례연구)

  • It can be said that digital technology is at the center of the change in the modern work environment. In particular, in general public institutions that prove their work with records produced by business management systems and document production systems, the record management system is also the work environment itself. Gimpo City applied for the 2021 public cloud leading project of the National Information Society Agency (NIA) to proactively respond to the 4th industrial revolution technology era and implemented a public cloud-based AI-OCR technology enhancement project with 330 million won in support of 330 million won. Through this, it was converted into data beyond the limitations of non-electronic records limited to search and image viewing that depend on standardized index values. In addition, a 98% recognition rate was realized by applying a new technology called AI-OCR. Since digital technology has been used to improve work efficiency, productivity, development cost, and record management service levels of internal and external users, we would like to share the direction of enhancing expertise in the record management and implementation of work environment innovation.

  • Based on the 'Government 3.0', the government opens the public data and encourages the active use in the private sector. Recently, the spatial and statistical information that is one of the public data is being widely used in the various web business as a high value-added information. In this study, we propose an architecture of high-availability, high-reliability and high-performance open platform which can provide a variety of services such as searching, analysis, data mining, and thematic mapping. In particular, we present two different system architectures for the government and the public services, by reflecting the importance of the information security and the respective utilization in the private and public sectors. We also compared a variety of server architecture configurations such as a clustered server configuration, a cloud-based virtual server configuration, and a CDN server configuration, in order to design a cost- and performance-effective spatial-statistical information open platform.

  • Recently, various industrial sectors have introduced cloud service actively in their business because cloud computing technology enables storage·management and analysis·utilization of data easily in anytime, anywhere. Especially in financial sector, the business provocatively adopted the service and creates various innovative cases; furthermore, already in abroad, the sector has been accelerating digitization of analysis in cases of credit risk, financial fraud data, stock trading etc. On the contrary, in the domestic financial industry, not only the cloud service introduction and innovation cases are underperformed, but most of them are focused on the back-office service. Most Korean financial corporations are burdened with the adoption of cloud service due to various conservative regulatory requirements, such as regulations on data storage and management, regulations on privacy, and other tasks such as developing decision models and establishing responsibility standard for security incidents and service failures. In this study, it would be aimed to contribute to promote the introduction of the cloud in the domestic financial sector by drawing up preemptive challenges and inspecting priorities.
