Health literacy is the degree to which individuals have the capacity to obtain, process, and understand basic health information and services needed to make appropriate health decisions. Librarians should improve their health literacy as well as that of their users' in order to help library users make well-informed decisions. In this study, we developed educational programs related to CHI (Consumer Health Information) suitable for Korean public librarians' professional development. We measured the effectiveness of the training after its administration and found areas in which improvement was necessary. As a result, this study found the following effects on public librarians after they completed the training: improved the public librarians' familiarity with CHI-related terms; increased education for users and diversification of resources; diversification and specialization of information sources which librarians used to perform CHI-related services; reduced time for reference services; increased professional knowledge in this area. However, this research represented the first time CHI-related education for public librarians was performed in Korea, and therefore many limitations were present in the education instructor, the diversity of subjects, and the methodology. Development of more advanced CHI-related education programs is required.

최근 정보량의 급격한 증가로 데이터센터는 점차 대형화되고 있으며, 통합적으로 관리/운영되기 위해서는 전산실내 적절한 온도와 습도의 유지가 필수적이므로, 전산실내 에너지의 사용 효율을 극대화하기 위한 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 국내 공공부문의 대형 전산실을 모델로 선정하여 전산실 내 서버의 위치, 용량 그리고 냉각시스템 등을 고려하여 전산실내 열/유동특성을 수치적으로 규명함으로써, 에너지 효율 극대화를 추구하고 전력을 절감하여 저탄소 녹색성장과 그린IT 환경을 구축 하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 실제 측정한 환경 데이터를 바탕으로 전산유체역학(CFD)을 이용하여 3차원 비압축성, 정상상태의 열/유동특성을 예측한다. 또한 기존 및 개선된 전산실에 대한 비교결과를 바탕으로 새로운 열/유동조건을 도출하며, 이를 통하여 전산실 운영에 필요한 에너지 효율향상 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 전산실 천장의 냉기유입부분과 열기배출부분으로 나뉘어 냉복도와 온복도를 형성하며, 내부 서버와 기타 각종 장비들의 발열 등으로 부분적인 열섬(Thermal island)현상이 나타났다. 이러한 열섬현상을 줄이고, 전산실내 환경을 최적화하기 위하여 찬공기 유입부분의 속도, 배출구의 유량, 그리고 냉/온 복도의 역할 변경 등 여러 가지 가능한 매개변수에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 또한, 서버에서 발생한 고온의 공기를 배출하는 것이 전산실 내 적절한 온도구현에 효과적이며, 열섬현상을 방지하기 위해서는 이 부분에 차가운 공기의 유입이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

In most countries, public libraries have played a role as a hub of knowledge and information, complex culture of local communities, and a third place for meeting and communication. And recent public libraries are focusing on enhancing their core competencies and expanding services using digital technologies to meet the era of digital transformation and the 4th industrial revolution. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, all public libraries are repeatedly closed, reopened, and partially closed, and all resources are devoted to providing non-contact, digital and online alternative services, and are expected to continue in the future. As a result, future public libraries are bound to face a trilemma in which digital expandability, complex cultural space, and importance as a place of knowledge and information service are conflicting. This study discoursed on the public library trilemma in the post-COVID-19 era and suggested ways to overcome it. The orientation of the future public library is the fusion and harmony of multiplicity and multipurpose, place and space, knowledge & information and complex culture, face-to-face service and remote service. The main body of a public library is not the finger (digital and non-contact), but the moon (knowledge information center).

지난 3월 결핵예방의 날 기념식에서 전영준 동산병원 호흡기내과 교수이자 협회 대구 경북지회장이 국무총리 표창을 받았다. 정부는 매년 결핵예방의 날 우리나라 결핵사업에 기여도가 큰 인물을 선정하여 시상을 하고 있는데, 전영준 지회장은 공공과 민간 부분의 협력에 기여한 부분을 인정받아 이번 표창을 받게 됐다. 학교 일선에서 학생을 가르치는 교수이자, 학자로서의 지식을 국가결핵퇴치사업에 풀어내며, 협회 지회장으로서 지역 결핵사업 발전에도 큰 역할을 하고 있는 전영준 지회장을 만나보았다.

사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 열악한 환경의 중소기업들이 제품개발에 있어서 쉽게 접근, 활용할 수 있는 중소기업 기술지원 서비스로써 소셜매뉴팩처링플랫폼 구축을 위한 공공 서비스디자인에 관한 내용이다. 중소기업들이 안심하고 편리하게 구축된 각종 인프라들을 활용하여 글로벌 시장을 선도할 수 있는 혁신제품을 개발할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 중소기업이 가장 어려워하는 부분인 상용화 아이템 발굴, 제품디자인 및 시제품제작, 시험 검증 등을 지원하는 크라우드소싱 기반의 소셜매뉴팩처링플랫폼 등을 활용한 토털솔루션으로 기업기술지원용 공공 서비스 디자인 모델을 제시한다. 본 논문은 고객의 관점에서 사용자 친화적인 경쟁력을 갖도록 고객의 요구사항이나 행동패턴을 관찰, 분석하여 미래에 일어날 수 있는 서비스 형태와 기능을 디자인하여 고객 및 제공자에게 효율적이고 매력적인 서비스를 제공하도록 하였다.

정부와 공공기관은 전자정부 및 정보화사업 등을 통해 구축한 시스템을 통해 각종 정보와 인터넷 지원서비스를 기업에 제공하고 있다. 공공부분의 정보시스템 구축과 웹을 통한 서비스는 일반화 되어 있으며, 이제 정보시스템의 효율성과 고객 활용도 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 다양한 IT 기술의 적용을 고민하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 지원시스템에서 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 활용한 기업중심의 On-Off Line 통합 기업지원 모델을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 지속되던 코로나-19 바이러스로 인한 일상의 제약이 점차 완화되는 추세 속에서 이전에 영위하지 못하던 개개인의 여가생활을 지원하기 위해 개발하였다. 제약이 완화되면서 많은 사람들이 국내 여행의사가 점차 증가된다고 분석된다. 지금 우리의 일상 속에는 인간이 직접 의사결정을 하는 부분들이 많이 줄어들었다. 공공데이터를 이용한 자동화된 경로 추천 시스템을 통해 사용자들은 의사결정의 단계 없이 제공되는 경로를 지도 API를 통해 시각적으로 이용하며 나들이 준비 과정을 간소화 시킬 것으로 예상된다.

2002 년 미국의 회계부정 문제에 기인해 감사조서의 작성 및 수정, 보관에 관한 규정이 강화되었다. 따라서, 회계감사의 일부로 수행되는 전산감사도 이 규정에 따라 전산 감사조서의 작성이 강화되었다. 최근 정부는 공공기관에서 발주하는 일정규모 이상의 정보화 프로젝트에 대한 감리를 의무화하였으며, 공공부분의 정보시스템 감리는 점차 확대되어 감리시장이 성숙단계에 이르는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 감리수행 결과를 평가하기 위한 감리조서의 구성방안을 제안한다. 기존 감리보고서의 불분명한 감리전략과 감리 결과를 지지하는 증거가 불충분한 문제점을 보완하여 감리전략에 기반한 감리조서의 구성을 제안한다. 이는 기존의 감리절차 진행과정에 감리조서 작성을 추가/보완함으로써 기존의 감리절차를 유지하면서도 감리보고서의 신뢰성을 증진한다.

Despite much recent researches on career development or career movement, research on domestic librarians' career development are rarely conducted. Therefore this study examined the career movement of directors of public libraries as one aspect of research for librarian workforce. This study surveyed directors of public libraries and analyzed the following points; age of first job, initial type of career, age when they became the director. Factors affecting career move, career paths, working years by career steps, the number of changing department before director, training opportunities for manager, and so on. This study also analyzed what kinds of efforts they exerted to become a director. The result showed 45.1% of respondents made an effort to increase knowledge and skills, 23.6% undertook an effort to improve their honesty and gain their integrity, 12.8% underwent an effort to increase competence and self-management efforts in about the library. Through analyzing the career development process of public library directors, we can find the ideal path for career development to become a director of public libraries.
