In the context of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, emergency alert text messages can violate the privacy of confirmed corona positive cases. This study used conjoint analysis to identify the essential information factors and the privacy invasion information factors of local government initiated safety notices. As a result of this study, we found eight essential information factors, including all routes of the confirmed case and ten privacy invasion factors of safety notices. In addition, we found that there is a similarity between the combinations of information perceived to be the most essential and perceived as the most significant privacy invasion; both combinations include the confirmed case's personal and route information. This study ultimately tried to suggest a way to lower the concern about privacy invasion of the confirmed cases without damaging the emergency alert text messages' essential information. We expect that this study will provide researchers and policymakers interested in disaster communication with valuable theoretical and practical implications.

기업공개(Initial Public Offering, IPO)는 기업의 중요한 전략 중 하나로 IPO를 통해 가치를 평가받고 보상받으며 다음 단계로의 성장을 위한 자본을 조달할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CEO의 개인적 특성이 IPO까지의 소요기간에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. CEO의 나이, 관련 전공 여부, 최종학력, 이전 업무경험이 IPO까지의 소요기간을 단축할 것이라고 가설을 제시하였다. 코스닥 벤처기업부, 신성장기업부에 상장한 318개 기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 기업 공개까지의 소요기간에는 CEO의 나이, 전공(의학계열), 최종 학력 등이 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study analyzed the profile of a Facebook account to examine how personal information is revealed and what kinds of factors influence personal information revelation. Categories of user's profile on Facebook were analyzed and two dimensions were developed; the degree that how much personal information is revealed and the network limits that personal information is accessed. Main variables to determine personal information revelation are Facebook privacy concern and uses for social relationships along with gender, the duration of Facebook use, and average time of use. Data were collected from college students. Factor analysis produced two factors of Facebook privacy concern, Facebook privacy concern with users and Facebook privacy concern with the Facebook system. Regression analyses were performed to identify significant determinants of the degree of information revelation and the network limits of personal information. The results found out that the degree of personal information revelation is explained by gender, the duration of use, and use for social relationships while the network limit is explained by the duration of use and Facebook privacy concern with users. Worthy of notice is that use for social relationships and Facebook privacy concern with the Facebook system offset each other. The implications of the results are discussed. Additionally and finally the categories of profiles are graphically re-grouped to show how personal information revelation is associated with social relationship generation and maintenance.

This study used the Unpaywall API, one of the open tools to track the OA version, to empirically identify the OA of 3,905 papers that have been published by Korean corresponding authors since 2015 in international journals. As a result, the following facts were found. First, less than 30% of papers have been open accessed, and more than half of them were bronze OA. Secondly, the archiving site of the Green OA papers was found not to be domestic but mainly subject repositories or institutional repositories of overseas universities to which co-authors belong. Third, only 19.6% of research fund granted papers were open accessed and half of them were in the medical field. In contrast to the international trends in which the OA papers showed higher citations, the analyzed OA papers showed no higher citations than the non-OA papers.

공개키 기반 구조에서 가장 비용이 많이 드는 부분이 인증서가 유효한지 여부를 검증하는 것이다. 특히 고액의 주식 거래나 전자상거래에서 실시간 인증서 상태 검증은 반드시 필요하다. 그동안 연구되어 왔던 인증서 폐지 여부를 확인하는 방법으로 CRL, delta-CRL, OCSP, CRTs, CRSL 등의 방법들이 제안되었다. 하지만, 이들 방법들은 즉시성과 네트워크 비용간의 trade-off가 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Simple skip lists를 사용하여 인증서 사용 용도에 따라 알맞게 서비스를 제공하는 방안인 OCRS를 제안한다.

우리나라는 최초의 우주탐사선이자 달탐사선인 KPLO를 2022년 8월에 발사할 예정이다. KPLO에는 6기의 임무탑재체가 실리게 되며, 이중 4개의 탑재체는 국내의 대학과 정부출연연구소에서 개발하여 달 표면과 주변 우주환경에 대한 과학임무를 수행하게 된다. 이들 국내에서 개발된 과학탑재체가 달 궤도에서 획득한 Data, 즉 과학자료는 지상국에서 수신하여 이를 처리하여 과학연구 혹은 교육 목적으로 활용될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 태양계 탐사 과학임무로 부터 획득된 과학자료는 과학의 공익성과 연구교류 활성화를 위해서 국제적으로 대중에게 공개하고 있다. 이에 KPDS도 일반 사용자들이 인터넷으로 이들 과학자료를 쉽게 검색하고 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 한국항공우주연구원에서는 KARI Planetary Data System(KPDS)를 구축하고 있으며, 일반에게 공개할 예정이다. KPDS는 단순히 과학자료를 제공하는 것에서 그치지 않고, 이들 과학자료가 NASA에서 개발한 PDS4 표준을 준수하고 있는지 검증함으로써 세계 각국의 타 우주관련 기관과 상호활용이 용이하도록 하여 활용성을 높은 과학자료로 관리하게 된다. 또한 이러한 PDS4 표준 준수여부를 검증함으로써 KPLO 이후 우리나라에서 수행하게 될 미래의 우주탐사 과학임무로부터 획득될 과학자료도 저장, 공개를 할 수 있도록 KPDS는 범용성을 고려하여 개발하고 있다.

The development of public-key-based technique that enables a variety of services(E-government, e-banking, e-payment, etc.) evaluated as having complete safety. On the other hand, vulnerabilities(e.g, heartbleed bug, etc.) are constantly being discovered. In this paper, a public key infrastructure to verify the safety and reliability, the collision rate using OpenSSL key pair was analyzed. the experiment was performed using the following procedure. Openssl was used to create five private certification agencies, and each of the private certificate authority certificates to create 2 million, generating a total of 10 million by the certificate of the key pair conflicts analysis. The results revealed 35,000 in 1 million, 0.35% chance of a public key, a private key conflict occurred. This is sufficient in various fields(E-payment, Security Server, etc.). A future public-key-based technique to remove the threat of a random number generator, large minority issues, in-depth study of selection will be needed.

인천공항 웹사이트에 공개되어 있는 여객운항 데이터를 수집하여 공항정시운항분석을 위한 데이터마트를 두 가지 구축하였다. 이를 바탕으로 항공사별, 국가별, 출항지별, 목적지별 출도착 패턴분석을 실시하였다. 각 데이터마트는 요일, 시간 등과 같은 시간차원, 운항도시, 경도좌표, 위도좌표등과 같은 공간차원, 항공사, 공항게이트, 지연여부, 경유여부, 출도착여부 등과 같은 일반차원으로 구성되며, 예정시간, 실제시간, 지연시간, 지연율 등과 같은 측정지표를 가지고 있다. 특히 데이터전처리 과정을 통해 각 운항도시의 경. 위도 좌표값을 추가하였고, 이에 따라 세계지도 위에 정보를 디스플레이하는 시각화 분석도 실현 가능하게 되었다.
