  • This paper searches for programs for creating increased employment in local society in important occupation sectors such as education and training services, insurance and social welfare services, culture and arts, housing and environmental service fields. As part of an improvement plan, while strengthening investment in education training infrastructure for the suppliers of social services, cooperation and coordination by the public and private sectors is necessary. Also necessary are identifying model social enterprises that are based upon joint efforts for success of social enterprises and publicity efforts necessary.

  • Mobile industry has been progressed rapidly with new mobile technique develpment. The mobile is a communication device for the young generation and give great additional images through animations and characters. It is expected that the mobile industry would elevate greatly in means of the animation characters that is connected directly, closely, and amicably to the sense of humane beings. Of those animations, 3D animation is a high communication technique that rinks to directly the expression of person in way of a sense of space, three dimension, and reality. Surely the new 3D animation will be developed constantly and in various way. It is consideralbe that the manufacture of 3D mobile animation links closely to cartoon that forms concerns of people.

  • FTA is the key post in international trade policy together with WTO. This paper studies the appraisal of bilateral Free Trade Association among Korea and Chile which has been started from April of last year. After FTA our actual results of export to Chile has been increased as forecasted but import from Chile hasn't increased as anxiety. Also Korea $\cdot$ Chile FTA gives us a political suggestion for propulsion of FTA with another countries hereafter.

  • UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is increasingly used in diverse fields such as disaster, distributi on, and logistics, but it is pointed out that the inadequacy of related laws and invasion of privacy is an obstacle to industrial growth. The regulatory framework for UAV convergence services is pr oposed based on the regulatory framework. From the technical point of view, regulation on archite ctural design, from the market point of view, concurrent operation of services in a limited area, a l egal evaluation based on post-evaluation rather than a pre-regulation under the legislation of visua l information protection law and a social consensus will contribute to the early settlement of UAV -based convergence services.

  • Customer delight is critical to firm's success in today's competitive environment. This importance has led marketing scholars and practitioners to recommend that firms improve their customers' delight because it is a key to customer loyalty. However, researchers and practitioners have also begun to express concern on the process that underlies customers' delight-loyalty relationship. The purpose of this paper is to investigate this question: 'Does it really matter that firms delight to their customers to achieve greater customer loyalty?' The results from one experiment using a scenario method and the data collected by questionnaire real that delighted customers(offered an unexpected gift) were significantly more warmth, joy and loyalty than satisfied respondents(offered a free gift). The warmth dimension of delight influenced positively on loyalty in satisfied customer group. In delighted customer group, both warmth and joy influenced positively on loyalty.

  • 컴퓨터 게임은 이미 전세계적으로 가장 영향력 있는 엔터테인먼트 장르로서 자리잡아가고 있고, 우리나라에서도 차세대 성장동력산업의 핵심으로 간주하여 막대한 투자가 이루어지고 있지만, 어느 산업보다도 정책적 일관성을 유지하기 어렵고 일반인들의 정서적 공감대를 얻어내기 어려운 실정이다. 그 이유는 아직 게임행위와 그로 인한 결과물들에 대한 견실한 가치론이 구축되지 못했기 때문인데, 더 근원적으로는 제반 디지털 문화현상과 양립 가능한 세계관과 인간관의 기초개념이 정립되지 못했기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 바야흐로 게임의 철학이 요청되는 시점이다. 본 논문은 이러한 상황인식하에, 우리나라 디지털문화에 내재된 이중규범과 존재론적 전제의 오류들을 검토하고, 계산주의(Computationalism)와 가상실재론(Virtual Realism)이라는 이론적 맥락을 토대로 온라인 게임, 가상현실 그리고 현실이 일관되게 상호작용하는 구조를 밝히고자 한다. 그러한 과정에서 게임 폐인과 스타 게이머의 간극, 아이템 현금거래의 정당성, 인기있는 게임의 철학적 이유, 게임 심의규정의 현실 적합성 등에 대한 논의가 이루어질 것이며, 궁극적으로 게임은 단순한 엔터테인먼트 매체가 아니라 그 자체로서 '생활양식(form of life)'이기 때문에 어느 관공서의 표어처럼 말 그대로 "게임으로 하나되는 세상"이 가능하다는 결론에 이르게 될 것이다.

  • The purpose of this research is to compare and , analyze the structure of an original fairy tale and a parody, and find out the features of a parody. , the original fairy tale, published in Woongjinthinkbig and , the parody, issued in Borim are chosen as research materials. After analysing the structure of the original fairy tale and the parody, they have many differences such as plot, theme lesson, characters, a point of view style and setting. The features of the parody is to break literacy custom, come to open ending and help readers to sympathize with characters.

  • In general, food depicted in animated films symbolically conveys cultural emotions. And yet, as diverse studies have shown, even from the perspective of cultural semiotics, there are different ways to interpret food symbolism. This study focuses on food depicted in American and Japanese animation, through a comparative analysis of scenes from "The Simpsons" (1989-present), the longest-running American animated program, and "Atashin'chi" (2002-2009), a much-beloved animated sitcom that follows the daily experiences of a Japanese family. It is hoped that the research presented here may be applied as a criterion in the production stage for understanding the cognitive function of cultural underpinnings and symbolic expression in animated works.

  • 일반산업 분야의 프로젝트에 비해 소프트웨어 개발 분야에서의 프로젝트는 그 자체 특성상 가시적이고 계량적으로 평가하기 어려웠고 이로 인해 그 동안 국내 업계 및 정부기관에서는 프로젝트 규모 및 비용 산정에 있어서 많은 어려움이 있었다. 다행히도 최근 국제적으로 소프트웨어 프로젝트 측정기준으로 자리잡고 있는 기능점수에 관해서 국내 학계 및 업계에서도 관심을 가지게 되었고 관련된 연구결과도 계속 나오고 있다. 또한, 정부기관을 비롯하여 업계에서도 이러한 연구 결과를 기반으로 소프트웨어 개발비, 유지보수 및 재 개발비의 산정 기준으로 기능점수를 활용하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 기능점수의 산정에 있어서 프로젝트의 주요 개발 요소인 하드웨어 플랫폼, 개발언어 유형, 대상업무 유형, 개발 납기 등에 따라 보정계수가 다르게 적용되고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 기능점수로 프로젝트 비용을 산정하기 위한 공감대 및 신뢰도에 대한 확산이 안된 상태이고 이에 따른 분쟁의 소지도 여전히 가지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문은 ISBSG(International Software Benchmarking Standards Group)에서 제공하는 그 동안 축적된 해외 프로젝트 개발 결과 데이터를 기초로 기능점수와 프로젝트 개발에 투입되는 주요 개발요소간 관련성 및 프로젝트 개발 요소간의 상관관계를 분석 및 검증하여, 프로젝트 내에서의 기능점수와 관련된 개발요소간의 관련 정도에 대한 통계적 근거를 제시하여 향후 기능점수와 관련해서 이와 유사한 국내 프로젝트 수행 시 벤치마킹 자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • Knowledge management has been spread rapidly since Knowledge is regarded as a crucial asset in future. Once, Knowledge had been obtained freely but hard to be shared. Studies on importance and share of knowledge have been taking place and it leads to development of knowledge management systems. However, decision makers still have problems even though they are using knowledge management systems. Eventually, for the decision makers are needed concentrated knowledge which is unconscious and embodied, when they make a decision. This is wisdom. Thus, wisdom is superior to knowledge for the decision makers. There are some researches on wisdom but wisdom management were overlooked. This study presents differences between knowledge and wisdom with theoretical research and empirical analysis on the wisdom management.
