A Survey on the Demands of Land Use Information for Spatial Planning (공간계획을 위한 토지이용정보 수요 조사)

  • For reasonable planning and decisions, spatial Planners should gather and analyse land use information which includes lots, zoning, population, households, buildings, usage, and etc. This study aims to define the demands of land use information for spatial planning. From literature reviews, case studies, and survey, this study shows those findings as following. First most spatial planners suffer from the difficulty of gathering land use information. Second, the priority order of the information could be shown by survey. Third, the unit and renewal period of the spatial information could be defined. Those findings could be a base of information systems for spatial planning.

  • The Land Suitability Assessment(LSA) that was introduced to prevent the unplanned development was viewed from it has applied the same assessment factor on inland and island that has a many different spatial and physical properties, it have many problems. To study the efficient LSA in island that has an totally different spatial, local properties, assessment unit(AU) which the zone of life was considered and on this based, assessment factor was developed. In the AU, middle sized life zone was the best AU to present the regional land properties. In the distance analysis, distance analysis that considered sea was suggested and use it, we ran present the assessment method that was considered the access between islands.

A Spatial Error Concealment Using Pixelwise Fine Directional Interpolation (픽셀 단위의 정밀한 방향성 보간을 이용한 공간적 에러 은닉 기법)

  • This paper presents a block loss recovery technique for the image block data corrupted by transmission losses through the employment of fine directional interpolation (FDI). The proposed algorithm introduces a spatial direction vector (SDV). The SDVs are extracted from the edge information of the neighboring image data. Subsequently, the SDVs are adaptively applied to interpolate lost pixels on a pixel-by-pixel basis. This approach improves the capability to more reliably recover high-detailed contents in the corrupted block. Experimental results demonstrate that the FDI method performs better as compared to previous techniques.

  • 하천정보는 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현, 분석단위가 관리 주체에 따라 다르다. 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 및 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수, 치수, 하천환경 등의 국가수자원종합계획 수립의 어려움이 있다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화 하고 유역정보와 수문정보 등에 대하여 공동활용 기반을 마련하여 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구할 필요가 있다. 다수의 물관련 기관 시스템들이 독립된 정보체계에서 개발되고 개별적인 진화를 하고 있다. 이로 인하여 시스템 연계의 어려움이 발생하고 있으며 이들 문제점을 완화하기 위하여 하천관련 간편한 Keyword 검색으로 사용자 맞춤형 하천정보(수위 및 유량 등 수문자료, 하천지형자료 등) 제공이 가능한 네이버 및 구글형 하천포털 시스템을 개발해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보자료 제공 기관별 자료를 공유하기 위한 HydroG-Server는 공간정보 데이터 모델(GDM)의 형태로 구축된 하천 공간 정보의 저장 및 공간정보 검색 및 제공을 위한 웹서비스인 HydroG-OneFlow를 공간정보 제공 프로토콜(HydroGML)을 통한 정보 게시 기능을 갖도록 구축하였다.

  • 유역 내 발생하는 강우의 공간적인 분포는 인접성 및 거리에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 공간자기상관 분석은 공간단위(유역 또는 행정구역)의 변수(강수 등)가 주변지역과 갖는 관계를 통해 얼마나 분산되어 있는지 혹은 군집되어 있는지를 판별하는 기법으로 최근 많은 연구에서 활성화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강유역을 대상으로 1980~2000년까지 20개년의 기상청을 통해 수집한 강우자료와 CMIP5(Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5)에서 제공하는 기후변화 자료 중 가용할 수 있는 20개 모델의 강우를 수집하였다. 기후변화 자료는 정상성 분위사상법으로 지역오차보정을 실시하고 불확실성을 저감하고자 베이지안 모델 평균기법을 통해 새로운 시계열을 생성하였다. 생성된 시계열의 공간적인 분포를 정량적으로 평가하고자 중권역별 공간자기상관 분석을 수행하였다. 대부분의 연구에서는 GIS를 활용하여 정성적으로 강우의 분포를 나타내고 있지만 본 연구에서는 공간단위의 인접성 또는 거리에 따른 척도를 기반으로 공간자기상관을 탐색할 수 있는 Moran's I와 LISA(Local Indicators of Spatial Association)기법을 적용하였다. Moran's I는 전체 연구지역에 대한 관계를 하나의 값으로 보여주는 전역적인 기법이며, LISA는 상대적으로 넓은 지역을 국지적으로 구분하여 특정지역에 대한 Hot spot 및 Cold spot을 통해 공간자기상관 정도를 나타내는 국지적인 기법이다. 두 기법을 적용하기 위하여 인접성 기반의 공간매트릭스를 산정하고 계절별 관측값과 베이지안 앙상블 강우의 Moran's I 및 LISA 분석을 실시하였다. 관측자료와 베이지안 앙상블 강우의 분석결과가 매우 유사하게 나타남으로써 베이지안 앙상블 강우의 공간적인 분포가 관측강우를 충분히 재현하고 있다고 판단된다.

Analyzing Spatial Pattern by moving Factors of out-migration people Related moving to the Provinces of Capital Region Firms (수도권 유출인구의 공간적 패턴분석 및 이동영향 요인 분석 - 수도권 기업의 지방이전과 관련하여 -)

  • This study targets to recognize needs of spatial pattern analysis and to draw the relationship between relocation of Capital Region firms and population outflow in Capital Region through the regression analysis. The population outflow in Capital Region has moved to and around Yesan-gun and Asan-si. Also, such outflow is found to compose mostly one or two household members for their jobs. In addition to this study has analyzed to find effect factors through the Geographically Weighted Regression. The results of the analysis has confirmed that the most decisive factors affecting population flow from Capital Region to Chungcheongnam-do were population factors and transportation factors and others. Thus, the below policy implications could be derived and also may be applied toward Sejong City which are currently experiencing the relocating of Public sectors and new constructions. Firstly, the effect of Capital Region firms movement on population inflows could be better observed in small-scale towns like "kun" than larger-scale towns like "si.". On the other hand, people in Capital Region moved to larger-scale towns like "si" unlike the Capital Region firms. This difference implicates that people select their residence according to not only their jobs but also residential environment. Secondly, moving people from Capital Region to another region for their jobs are expected to appear more in a form of family units rather than individual units. Sejong city, where public organizations are being relocated, should recognize this particular Chungcheonnam-do phenomenon and be prepared to be more effectively used in perspectives of land use as well as urban planning.

Multivariate Region Growing Method with Image Segments (영상분할단위 기반의 다변량 영역확장기법)

  • Feature identification is one of the largest issue in high spatial resolution satellite imagery. A popular method associated with this feature identification is image segmentation to produce image segments that are more likely to features interested. Here, it is, proposed that combination of edge extraction and region growing methods for image segments were used to improve the result of image segmentation. At the intial step, an image was segmented by edge detection method. The segments were assigned IDs, and polygon topology of segments were built. Based on the topology, the segments were tested their similarities with adjacent segments using multivariate analysis. The segments that have similar spectral characteristics were merged into a region. The test application shows that the segments composed of individual large, spectrally homogeneous structures, such as buildings and roads, were merged into more similar shape of structures.

A Study on the Spatial Units Adequacy for the Regional Pricing of Electricity: Based on Electricity Self-sufficiency Rates by Si·Gun·Gu (지역별 차등 전기요금제 적용을 위한 공간 단위 검토: 시·군·구별 전력 자급률을 기준으로)

  • Recently, there has been a lot of discussion about the regional pricing of electricity and electricity self-sufficiency. In Korea, power generation facilities are highly ubiquitous and there is an imbalance between electricity production and consumption regions. So it is proposed to charge different price by region, instead of the current nationwide uniform price, and the regional electricity self-sufficiency rate is proposed as a criterion for identifying electricity production and consumption regions. However, many discussions set the spatial unit for measuring electricity self-sufficiency by 17 Si·Do, which needs to be analyzed for its appropriateness. In this study, we analyzed the electricity self-sufficiency rate using 17 provinces and 229 Si·Gun·Gu as the spatial unit. As a result of the analysis, there are 7 and 10 electricity producing and consuming regions at Si·Do level, but 38 and 191 at Si·Gun·Gu level. In addition, although the electricity self-sufficiency rate measurement has the advantage of identifying electricity production and consumption areas in a simple and intuitive way, we points out that it has some problems with the criteria for regional pricing of electricity.

  • 공간권은 3차원적으로 정의된 공간에 대한 지배권 또는 공간을 분할하여 공간의 일정범위를 공학적으로 이용하는 권리로 정의할 수 있다. 공간권은 입체적 토지이용을 촉진하는 제도적 수단이 될 뿐만 아니라 토지의 이용가치를 최대로 발휘할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그러기 위해서는 먼저 새로운 패러다임에 맞는 지적에 대한 법률관계의 형성, 공간권에 대한 정확한 개념정리 등이 필요하다. 현행 2차원 평면지적에서의 기본단위인 필지(筆地)도 공간상에 존재하는 토지에 대한 인위적이며 기하학적인 구획선으로 관리하고 있으므로, 토지를 기반으로 공간상에 존재하는 모든 객체를 3차원으로 정의하여 관리할 수 있으리라 판단된다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 적용 가능한 3차원 지적모형을 찾기 위한 기본연구로 먼저, 공간권에 대한 개념을 정의한 후 공간권의 적용가능성에 대하여 법률적인 부분에서 심층적으로 검토하고, 궁극적으로는 3차원 지적의 도입을 위한 기반을 다지고자 한다.

Land Value Analysis Using Space Syntax and GWR (공간구문론 및 지리적 가중회귀 기법을 이용한 지가분석)

  • Existing studies on land values tend to show the use of simple euclidean distances as the accessibility variable and OLS as the analysis method. However, applying such euclidean distance-based accessibility to dense CBD areas has limitations in the incorporating the characteristics of network structure whereas using OLS, the typical method for non-spatial data, tends to exclude spatial effects of spatial data. In this study, we analyzed land values focusing on the revised accessibility variables and the analytical technique that can include spatial effects. First, we adopted space syntax theory in order to consider not simple shortest distances along the streets but distances based on street network structure. Second, we compared OLS with GWR that includes spatial effects. Third, we used different size grid-cells for the spatial units considering MAUP theory and applied them to Gangnam-gu area. Each cell was analyzed for overall influence of independent variables using OLS, and coefficients were presented by GWR which enables local analysis and visualization. As a result, we found that suggested accessibility variables have a meaningful effects for land value analyses, and we were able to verify that GWR produces improved results compared to OLS. Also, we observed that the resulting values vary depending on the sizes of spatial units.
