Weatherability Comparison with Changing Mixing Ratios of Mill-Base and Let-Down Silicone/Acrylic Resins (안료분산 및 희석용 실리콘/아크릴수지의 배합비에 따른 고내후성 물성비교)

  • Three different weather-resistant coatings were fabricated with the various weight ratios of a mill-base silicone/acrylic resin to let-down silicone /acrylic resin at 2:8, 3:7, and 4:6 respectively. The prepared coatings were tested to investigate the effect of composition of weather-resistant coatings on the physical properties. The thermal stability, salt spray exposure, and weather-resistance were improved with the increased silicone content. It was concluded that the optimum retio of mill-base silicone/acrylic resin to let-down silicone/acrylic resin would be 2:8 and the coating with 30 wt% of silicone content would have high weather-resistance.

Calibration of CR-39 for Hadron Radiotherapy using 400 MeV/u C ions (400 MeV/u 탄소 이온에 대한 방사선치료 선량 측정용 고체비적검출기의 교정)

  • In this study, equivalent dose and LET (Linear Energy Transfer) calibration of CR-39 SSNTD (Solid State Nuclear Track Detector) were performed using 400 MeV/u C heavy ions in HIMAC (Heavy Ion Medical Accelerator in Chiba) for high LET radiation therapy. The irradiated CR-39 SSNDTs were etched according the etching condition of JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency). And the etched SSNTDs were analyzed by using Image J. Determined frequency mean dose (${\bar{y_D}}$)and dose-mean lineal energy (${\bar{y_F}}$)of 400 MeV/u C are about 8.5keV/mm and 10.1 keV/mm, respectively by using the CR-39 SSNTD. This value is very similar to the results calculated by GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulation and measured with TEPC (Tissue Equivalent Proportional Counter) active radiation detector. We could determine the equivalent dose and LET calibration factors of CR-39. And we confirmed that the CR-39 SSNTD was useful for high LET radiation dosimetry in hadron radiotherapy.

  • In order to investigate the effect of the composition of weather-resistant coatings on physical properties, three different weather-resistant coatings were prepared by varying the ratio of a mill-base silicone/acrylic resin and let-down silicone/acrylic resin in weight ratios of 2 : 8, 3 : 7, and 4 : 6. The physical properties and weather-resistance of the prepared coatings were tested. It was found that the thermal stability, salt spray exposure, and weather-resistance were improved with increasing the amount of silicone. The optimum mixing ratio of mill-base silicone/acrylic resin to the let-down silicone/acrylic resin was 2 : 8. The coating containing silicone component of 30 wt% was found to be suitable as high weather-resistant coatings.

우주방사선폭풍탐사선 탑재체 PD (Proton Detector, 양성자 검출기)의 개념 설계

  • 우주방사선폭풍탐사선 (Space Radiation Storm probe: SRSP)에 탑재할 과학측정 장비들 중의 하나로 추진 중인 PD는 우주방사선 환경에서의 태양활동에 따른 고에너지 하전입자들 특히 proton의 에너지와 flux에 대한 정보를 획득하고 더불어 다른 고에너지 입자의 효과까지 포함하는 Linear Energy Transfer (LET)을 측정하기 위한 탑재체이다. 본 연구팀은 PD의 사양을 결정하기 위해서 GEANT4를 사용하여 전산모사를 수행하였으며, proton의 경우 우주 방사선 환경에서의 태양활동에 따른 고에너지 영역을 고려하여 0.1 ~ 1000 MeV 범위에서 전산 모사를 수행하였다. 본 연구팀은 특히 PD의 에너지 범위를 0 MeV ~ 5 MeV, 5 MeV ~ 10 MeV, 10 MeV ~ 20 MeV, 20 MeV ~ 35 MeV, 35 MeV ~ 52 MeV, 52 MeV ~ 72 MeV, 72 MeV 이상으로 총 7개의 channel를 결정하고 Al의 blocking material을 사용하여 검출하려는 에너지 범위를 조절한다. 또한 최적의 채널을 결정하여 silicon detector를 사용한 탑재체의 개념 설계를 실시하였다. 설계된 PD로부터 방사선대에서의 proton를 측정함으로써 태양기원 고에너지 입자에 대한 포획 및 쇠퇴에 대한 이해를 도울 것이다.

Film Properties of Weather-Resistant Silicon/Acrylic Coating Resins of Different Compositions (고내후성 도료용 실리콘/아크릴수지의 배합비에 따른 도막물성)

  • Weather-resistant coatings were prepared by mixing a synthesized mill-base and let-down silicone/acrylic resin in weight ratios of 4 : 6, 3 : 7, and 2 : 8. The weatherability of the prepared coatings was tested. The thermal stability, general physical properties, and weatherability of the films of the coatings were improved with silicone content. Among the three mixing ratios mentioned, the ratio of 2 : 8 was the most suitable for the preparation of weather-resistant Coatings. The coatings containing 30 wt% of silicone proved to be a high weather-resistant coating.

  • This study aims to analyze the film "Never Let Me" by human value which is to be realized in the social structure suppressed by the power of life and the power of discipline in Foucault 's power theory. After 18century having changed monarch power holding the power of life-and-death that enforced corporal punishment, bio-power that corrected body and granted ability suitable discipline to people makes people worked like machine. In control of the bio-power, human achieved safe desire that cure disease and prolong life-span and worked as producer goods. School controls body and make people internalized rule using discipline for working bio-power efficiently. There is differentiation between this movie and the other about human clone. The clones adapt role as organ donator without resistance and there is no conflict between original and copy. Instead of preexistence novel and movie that is set in future, it is a form of past retrospect from the 1970s to 1990s. having emotions, They find independence ego and realize value of life in finite living by depending relation or undergoing loss.

  • It is difficult to let computer express feelings because of the ambiguity and nonlinearity. But it is said that expressing emotions is very important for high quality data processing and improvement of interactivity in WBI. In this paper, I surveyed emotion models from the view point of psychology. Next, I proposed WBI(Web Based Instruction) based on character agent considering emotional experience. By experimental result, the proposed model shows that has more user's preference than other existing WBI.

수성잉크용 분산제와 바인더의 합성 및 응용

  • 환경문제에 대해 오래 전부터 관심을 가져온 선진국은 잉크의 수성화에 주력하여 왔으며, 그 결과 이미 수용성 소재의 양산체재에 들어가 수성 원료 사업을 대형화하는 추세에 있다. 이에 한화석유화학 중앙연구소에선 스티렌/아크릴계 수용성 High Solid 수지를 개발하여, 수성 잉크용 분산제, Resin Fortified Emulsion (RFE), UV Resist 잉크, 수성코팅제, 바닥광택제 등에 적요하기 위한 응용기술을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 수성 잉크의 주요 구성 성분인 grinding vehicle. let-down vehicle로 사용되는 수용성 High Solid 수지 (SAA 수지) 및 이를 이용한 에멀젼 수지의 합성과 수성 잉크로의 응용에 대한 것이다. SAA(HCC Soluryl Resin) 수지는 구조적으로 Styrene, Alpha-methyl Styrene, crylic Acid의 삼원공중합체이며 약 70%의 소수성 물질과 30%의 친수성 물질이 Random 하게 중합되어 있으며 약 5000∼15000정도의 낮은 분자량을 가진 물질로, 고고형분에서도 낮은 점도를 유지하기 위하여 분자량과 좁은 분자량과 좁은 분자량을 가지는 수지를 연속벌크중합방법으로 합성하였다. 또한 이를 고분자 유화제로서 사용하여 수지보강 에멀젼수지 (RFE 수지, HCC Soluryl Emulsion) 를 제조하는데 사용하였으며, SAA수지 및 RFE수지를 수성잉크용 분산제, 잉크 바인더용으로 적용하였다.

And, for making the stable confinement, pinch pl-asma produced by reversed field has been mainly studied yet. Magnetic field has been used to hold plasma at high temperature for a long time. Reverse field has shown unstable process. Using ratio frequency, the author could control the instability of the process and formed a stable erversed field. Inthe experiment let a reversed field configuration from by adding-Bias field in advance.
