  • 프리텐션방식 원심력 고강도콘크리트 말뚝(KS F4306) 콘크리트의 압축강도가 800kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$이상인 고강도콘크리트를 요구하고 있으나 국내에서는 500kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 이상의 콘크리트 말뚝제조가 불가한 실정이므로 본 연구에서는 고황산염시멘트를 이용한 고강도콘크리트 말뚝제조에 관한 공학적 특성 연구의 일환으로써 고황산염시멘트의 수화특성 및 고강도 발현기구 구명과 공학적 특성중에서 압축.휨강도의 내동해성, 건조수축 특성 및 화학저항성등을 비교 고찰하여 보통 시멘트보다 품질 특성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 또한 고강도 콘크리트 말뚝의 시제품 제조를 위하여 2개 공장에서 현장 실험한 결과 94.7kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$의 양호한고강도콘크리트를 얻었다. 향후 고강도콘크리트 말뚝 제조의 공업화 및 양산회가 기대된다.

  • In this study, the high qualify recycled fine aggregate manufacturing system by the drying specific gravity separation method was evaluated. For the evaluation of the performance of the recycled aggregate, the engineering properties and durability of recycled aggregate has been tested. From the test results, the quality of recycled fing aggregates was improved by high quality recycled fine aggregate manufacturing system and satisfied with the quality standards of KS and JASS 5. Also, compressive and tensile strengths of recycled concrete show no critical difference caused by recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio. However, durability such as carbonation depth chloride ion penetration depth and drying shrinkage shows more deterioration than the concrete without recycled fine aggregate

  • 고려인삼(Panax Ginseng C. A. Meyer)은 오갈피나무과(Araliaceae) 인삼속(Panax)에 속하며 4-6년 동안 그늘진 곳에서 재배되는 다년생 초본식물이다. 인삼은 현재 우리나라뿐만 아니라 중국, 일본, 미국, 캐나다, 소련 등지에서 재배되고 있으나 우리나라 인삼은 "고려인삼"이라는 별칭으로 유통되고 있다. 이것은 고려인삼이 다른 인삼보다 월등히 품질이 우수하기 때문으로 판단하고 있다(고 등,1994). 인삼제품중 원형을 유지하는 건조제품으로는 홍삼, 백삼, 태극삼 등이 있으며 그동안 홍삼류는 국가 전매사업 대상으로서 한국담배인삼공사에서 조제, 가공 판매를 하였으나 1998년부터는 일반인도 취급이 가능하게 되었다. 홍삼은 원료수삼을 약 9$0^{\circ}C$ 이상의 증기로 증삼하기 때문에 이 과정에서 매우 유용한 약용 물질이 생성되는 것으로 알려져 있어 백삼보다 가공비는 높으나 가격이 매우 높기 때문에 일반 인삼가공업자들이 홍삼제조를 선호하고 있다 또한 동남아나 중국 등지에서 고려 홍삼을 선호하기 때문에 더욱 그러한 경향이 나타나고 있다. Physicochemical Characteristics of Sangju Traditional Dried Persimmons during Drying Process (상주 전통곶감의 제조과정 중 이화학적 품질특성)

  • This study was performed to investigate change of quality characteristics on traditional dried Persimmons from Sangju varity regions (sun-dried, Namjang and Bokryong). Moisture contents on drying were decreased and constant at from 7th to 14th days drying periods and its periods were recognized to constructing second peel of dried persimmons. Constructed second peel were affected on quality characteristics of traditional dried Persimmons. Also, in case of semi-dried persimmons were processed at 45∼55% level of moisture content. Final products of semi -dried persimmons were estimated in 25th from initial drying periods. Changes of water activity were increased reducing speed at time of water content decreased, second feel constructing during drying persimmons were introduced to decreasing of water activity. Weights of dried Persimmons were quickly decreased in 21th drying periods and slowly decreased after that time. Weight changing and water evaporation of dried persimmons at the Namjang and Bokryong were slowy decreased and controled after 7∼14th in periods of constructing second feel of dried persimmons. Change of brix in dried persimmons have had in 18∼27% value at initial drying periods and quickly increased after 7∼14th in drying periods and have in high value of 40∼50% at 21th drying periods. At the texture of dried persimmons, hardness were decresed after 7∼14th in periods and effected on decreasing of water content, increasing of drying times. Sensory score of dried persimmons were highest score of color, sweetness and texture at dried persimmons of Namjang. Score of astringency, sourness and mold smell were highest at dried persimmons of Bokryong. Value of highest overall acceptance score was at dried Persimmons of Namjang.

  • Effects of different soil water conditions on fruit characteristics were investigated in 5-year-old 'Nero' black chokeberry trees (Aronia melanocarpa). Three kinds of drought stresses, including low water deficit, severe water deficit, and very severe water deficit, due to decline of soil water decreased the fruit quality of weight of 10 berries, soluble solid content, and anthocyanin, compared with the control (consistent water supply) during the harvest period. After longer drought stress, supply of soil water could induce berry cracking because cell size of epidermis of fruits contracted, whereas cell size of sub-epidermis and flesh expanded. Thus periodic water supply using water supply facility is needed for yield and quality of 'Nero' black chokeberry fruits.

  • Recycled fine aggregate has low quality because it contains large amount of old mortar. So, its usage is limited to a lower value-add, such as the roadbed material etc. Also, alkaline water occurred from treatment process of the waste concrete is becoming the cause of environmental problem. Accordingly, this study is to develop on the high quality recycled fine aggregate produced by low speed wet abraser using sulphuric. We investigated the properties of compressive strength of the mortar which was manufactured using recycled fine aggregate containing calcined gypsum produced by earlier mentioned process. Test results indicate that concrete using recycled fine aggregate containing calcined gypsum is higher compressive strength than concrete using other sands.

  • Because of the supply-demand problem of aggregate, recently, the construction sites using 100% crushed sand are increasing and the use of low quality aggregate such as farmland sand is increasing too. When the low quality aggregate is used, the various quality defect of concrete such as the strength reduction, the increase of shrinkage and bleeding can be occurred. Therefore, in this study, the performance improvement PC admixture was developed to minimize the quality defect of plain concrete of basement parking area, when the low quality aggregate was used at the plain concrete of basement parking area. The slump loss to elapsed time test, the compressive strength test, the bleeding test and the drying shrinkage test were carried out.

The Far-infrared Drying Characteristics of Steamed Sweet Potato (증자 호박고구마의 원적외선 건조특성)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the drying characteristics of steamed sweet potato and to establish optimal drying conditions for far-infrared drying of steamed sweet potato. 4 kg of steamed sweet potato was sliced to thicknesses of 8 and 10 mm, and dried by a far-infrared dryer until a final moisture content of $25{\pm}0.5%$. The far-infrared dryer conditions were an air velocity of 0.6, 0.8 m/s and drying temperature of 60, 70, and $80^{\circ}C$. The results can be summarized as follows. The drying time tended to be reduced as temperature and air velocity for drying increased. The Lewis and Modified Wang and Singh models were found to be suitable for drying of steamed sweet potato by a far-infrared dryer. The color difference was 35.09 on the following conditions: Thickness of 8 mm, temperature of $80^{\circ}C$, and air velocity of 0.8 m/s. The highest sugar content ($59.11^{\circ}Brix$) was observed on the conditions of a thickness of 8 mm, temperature of 80, and air velocity of 0.8 m/s. Energy consumption decreased on the conditions of higher temperature, slower air velocity, and thinner steamed sweet potato.

자색옥수수 수술 제거에 따른 속대의 안토시아닌 함량 비교

  • 자색옥수수 색소 1호와색소 5호는 강원도농업기술원에서 육성한 옥수수 품종으로 색소 1호는2014년에 품종 등록되었고 색소 5호는 2021 년 품종 출원되었다. 색소 1호와 색소 5호는 알곡은 노란색, 포엽과 속대에 짙은 자색을 띄는 색소 옥수수이며 포엽과 속대에는 안토시아닌이 고함량으로 집적되는 특징이 있다. 색소 1호 및 5호 종실용 옥수수는 포엽과 속대의 안토시아닌 함량이 알곡보다 풍부하고 영양성분이 적어 유효성분을 활용하는데 효과적이며 건강기능성식품 소재로 활용 가능성이 높다. 현재 포엽과 속대 추출물은 식약처의 고시형 식품원료로 등재가 완료되었으며 간 보호 인체적용시험을 진행하고 있다. 추후, 식품원료 및 건강기능식품으로의 사용처 확대에 따른 원료의 효율적 인 생산 및 관리를 위하여 농가를 대상으로 시범재배를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자색옥수수 추출물의 품질관리를 위하여 원재료인 속대를 대상으로 제웅과 무제웅 재배 시 속대의 안토시아닌 함량을 비교하였다. 제웅한 옥수수의 속대는 알곡이 맺히지 않았으며 수확 후 건조하여 분석 시료로 사용하였다. 반면, 제웅하지 않은 옥수수의 속대는 수확 후 건조하여 알곡을 제거한 후 분석 시료로 사용하였다. 두 형태의 건조 속대의 안토시아닌 함량 비교를 위하여 UV와 HPLC를 사용하여 총안토시아닌 및 지표성분 cyanidin3-o-glucoside(C3G)를 각각 분석하였다. 분석결과, 제웅한 속대의 총안토시아닌 및 C3G의 함량은 각각 2.45, 0.19 g/100g이었고 제웅하지 않은 속대의 함량은 0.87, 0.11 g/100g이었다. 이러한 분석결과는 향후 자색옥수수의 고품질 원료 관리를 위한 기초데이터로 활용할 예정이다.

Studies on the drying characteristics of mulberry fruits with multipurpose agricultural products dryers (다목적 농산물건조기를 이용한 오디 건조특성 구명)

  • To extend shelf life of mulberry fruits, usually expensive freeze drying of freezing process is required. In this study an economic to multipurpose agricultural products dryers with mulberry dryer and technique was developed to reduce postharvest processing cost. Fuel and electricity consumption for drying were lowest when drying temperature was $60^{\circ}C$. And various drying conditions (fuel 3 hrs, heat 1 hr, room temperature air velocity 51 hrs) of the developed dryer were analyzed to improve drying performance. Dried mulberry fruits had dark brown color and marketable high quality explain the semi-dried characteristics.
