  • 본 논문에서는 매트릭스 컨버터(matrix converter)의 스위치 개방사고를 감지하는 기법을 제안한다. 매트릭스 컨버터는 크게 두 가지의 형태로 구현할 수 있는데 그 중 간접 매트릭스 컨버터(indirect matrix converter) 구조에서의 개방사고를 살펴보기로 한다. 제안된 고장진단 기법은 측정된 각 상의 전류를 기반으로 만들어진 패턴과 비교하여 고장상태를 판단하고 고장 스위치의 위치를 판별한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 개방사고 고장진단 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • 자율운항선박 기술개발사업 중 2세부(자율운항선박 핵심 기관시스템 성능 모니터링 및 고장예측 진단 기술 개발) 과제는 자율운항선박의 추진 및 전력 생산을 담당하는 핵심 기관시스템의 운전 상태를 실시간 모니터링하여, 계측 데이터 기반의 고장 진단/예측을 수행하고 장애 발생 시 원격 지원체계를 통해 체계적/전문적 정비를 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 기술이다. 자율운항선박은 선원이 없이 자율적으로 운항도 하지만, 핵심장비/기자재에 대해서도 실측 데이터를 기반으로 스스로 판단하여 고장여부에 대한 의사결정이 가능하여야 한다. 선박 기관시스템은 선박 운항의 안전과 정시 입·출항에 핵심이 되는 장비/기자재로써 자율운항선박 구현에 필요한 핵심 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박 핵심장비 중 보조기기 2종(Pump, Purifier), 배관(Seawater Pipe, Steam Pipe)의 성능 모니터링 및 고장예측/진단 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위한 연구를 수행한다.

  • There has been some research in the equipment defect detection based on vibration information. Most research of them is based on vibration monitoring to determine the equipment defect or not. In this paper, we introduce more accurate system for engine defect detection based on vibration information and we focus on detection of engine defect for boat and system control. First, it uses the duplicated-checking method for vibration information to determine the engine defect or not. If there is a defect happened, we use the method using error part of vibration information basis with error range to determine which kind of error is happened. On the other hand, we use the engine trend analysis and standard of safety engine to implement the vibration information database. Our simulation results show that the probability of engine defect determination is 100% and the probability of engine defect classification and detection is 96%.

  • This paper investigates the fault generation type and the cause of output interruptionsin bulky with $30^{\sim}500[KVA]$ double conversion UPS, and proposes the fault detection method to improve the reliability of power supply used in the critical load in industry. Identifies its existing way of detecting a quality of inverter output it to bypass when exceeds its expectation. Under a UPS managing system, when an inner (Power device, Controller, CPU) fault occurs it disrupts the power supply and these occurrences has been verified by the results of experiments and application results. To overcome these problems, the proposed method constructs independently a fault-detection, a bypass-control device and a triple power supply apart from the conventional UPS operation. Also the detection point is changed to the preceding of a circuit breaker, a reference of fault detection is modified to avoid any clash and the breaking equipment is attached to intercept a spread of accident. As a result of applications of these developed systems to 242 UPS which was installed purposefully to the communication power supply, the service errors has not occurred in the UPS for two years since 2006.

  • 본 연구에서는 사람이 접근하기 어려운 환경에 설치되어 있는 설비의 센싱 정보를 저가의 센서들을 사용하여 무선통신으로 전송하고 이후의 센싱 정보 데이터를 시각화하고 저장하며 센서의 오작동과 설비의 고장여부를 판단 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 센싱된 데이터들을 저렴한 비용으로 지속적으로 오류를 판단하여 센싱의 오류 정보를 보정하고 정확한 센싱정보를 처리하도록 한다.

  • The basis of all approaches to improve reliability of marine engines exists in analyzing the field data of troubles and failures on marine engines. This paper analyses the data of troubles and failures on marine engines by Principal Component Analysis Method, one of Multivariate Data Analysis Method. The total number of data investigated is 211 and the observation period is 9 years. The analyzed factors are categorized among five groups respectively; electric.automatic control equipments, auxiliary machinery, pipings, refrigerators.air conditioners, and main engine. The failures in main engine are discovered by a definite fact of disorder, on the contrary, the failures in auxiliary machinery, refrigerators and air conditioners are discovered by sensible judgement of the operators.

  • When control surface failure occurs, it is conventional to correct a current control or to transform to other control. In this paper, instead of adopting a conventional way, a reconfiguration method which compensate the failure with alternative control surface deflection, depending on the level of failure, by using neural network and PCH(Pseudo-Control Hedging). The Conroller is designed of inner-loop(SCAS : Stability Command Augmentation System) with DMI(Dynamic Model Inversion) and outer-loop with Y axis acceleration feedback for a coordinate turn. Additionally, double PCH method was adopted to prevent actuator saturation and input command was generated to compensate for failure. At the end, The feasibility of the method is validated with randomly selected failure scenarios.

  • 본 논문은 무인화 변전소 확대와 디지털보호계전기의 지속적인 적용에 따라 상시 보호계전기 상태 확인 및 필요시 정정치 변경과 전력계통 고장시 동작한 보호계전기의 동작사항을 신속히 파악하여 보호계전기 정동작 여부를 판단하여 전력계통의 신뢰도 제고하는 보호계전기 데이터 원격 취득 분석시스템 구축 방안을 연구하였다. PDAS 설치후 고장데이터 수집에 따른 출동시간을 절약하여 고장분석업무를 집중하고 절감시간을 타 업무에 활용할 수 있었으며 고장인지 후 즉시 보호계전기 데이터를 취득 분석하여 고장현상 파악 및 긴급복구 시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과를 거둘 수 있었다. PDAS 시스템 시범운영결과 발생한 문제점을 분석한 결과 고도화된 고장분석 서비스를 구축하기 위해서는 정전고장관리시스템과의 연계, 보안성 강화, 사용자 편의성향상, 신규서비스 지원이 되도록 하여 송변전 통합정보시스템과의 통합이 필요하다.

  • This paper proposes a fast fault detection algorithm under open-circuit fault of a switch for a brushless DC(BLDC) motor drive system. This proposed method is configured without the additional devices for fault detection and identification. The fault detection and identification are achieved by a simple algorithm using the operating characteristic of the BLDC motor. After the fault identification, the drive system is reconfigured for continuous operation. This system is reconfigured by four-switch topology connecting a faulty leg to the middle point of DC-link bidirectional switches. This proposed method can also be embedded into existing BLDC motor drive systems as a subroutine without excessive computational effort. The feasibility of a the proposed fault detection algorithm is validated in simulation and experiment.

  • Science and technology is developing rapidly as more powerful software with the rapid development of software testing and reliability assessment by the difficulty increases with the complexity of the software features of the larger increases NHPP software reliability models for failure analysis can have, in the literature, exhibit either constant, monotonic increasing or monotonic decreasing failure occurrence rates per fault. In this paper, finite failure NHPP models that assuming the expected value of the defect and infinite failures NHPP models that repairing software failure point in time reflects the situation, were presented for comparing property. Commonly used in the field of software reliability based on Erlang distribution software reliability model finite failures and infinite failures were presented for performance comparative evaluation problem. As a result, finite failure model is better than infinite failure model effectively. The parameters estimation using maximum likelihood estimation in the course of this study was conducted. As the results of this research, software developers to identify software failure property be able to help is concluded.
