지구촌은 최근 21세기를 앞두고 동유럽ㆍ소련ㆍ중동 등지에서 이른바 「이데올로기의 종언」이 확산되는 한편 페레스트로이카에 대한 다각적 추진이 한창이다. 뿐만 아니라 그러한 개혁바람과 더불어 세계 도처에서는 현재의 국경구획에 불만을 갖는 여러민족들이 자신의 고유문화와 종교신앙을 부흥시키자는 조직운동이 정부정책과 마찰을 빚고 있다. 국제경제에도 영향이 많은 이런 문제지역들에 관해 외지자료를 통해 살펴본다.

산자부(장관 이희범)는 '자발적인 에너지 절약 동참'을 주요 내용으로 하는 '고유가에 대응한 겨울철 에너지절약 대책'을 발표했다. 금번 대책은 유가가 여전히 배럴당 53달러를 호가하는 고유가 상황에서 에너지 성수기인 겨울철을 맞아 범국가 차원에서 에너지절약을 지속적으로 실천하기 위한 것이다 산자부 관계자는 '이번 겨울철 에너지절약 운동을 통해 다양한 방법으로 에너지절약실천을 직접 실천토록 함으로써 에너지 절약이 하나의 문화로 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 노력해 나갈 계획"이라고 밝혔다.

세계적으로 넥타이는 착용자의 이미지를 표상하게 됩니다. 따라서 특히 넥타이 디자인에 각국의 문화적 요소를 활용하는 것이 문화적 이미지의 패션 상품 디자인과 함께 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국 및 베트남의 전통문양을 학습에 적용 및 전통적인 문양에 관심을 더 이해할 수 있게 도와 연구팀은 이러한 문양을 활용하여 특별하고 양국의 문화를 내표한 고유하고 세련된 넥타이를 개발하고자 함이다. 우리는 또한 한국 및 베트남 전통문양 사이의 상징성 의미가 특히 유사한 문양을 설계도면 방법차이를 발견했다. 따라서 한국 및 베트남 문양 사이의 조합의 경우, 본 연구뿐만 아니라 국가의 특정 문화에 기여하는 다른 나라에 한국 및 베트남문양에 대한 미학의 측면을 소개하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다: 첫째, 한국 및 베트남 전통문양이 미학적, 실용성 및 문화유산의 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 한국 및 베트남 전통문양의 소재로는 식물, 동물(조류, 곤충, 상상의 동물, 길상형상 및 문자, 기하형태 등이 있다. 셋째, 한국전통 기하문양의 태극문양과 베트남의 전통기하문양의 특별한 기원과 행운, 창조의 조화 등 의미가 있으며, 이들 각각의 문양은 국기에 사용되어 현대에 이르기 까지 양국가를 상징하는 공통점이 있다. 넷째, 한국 및 베트남의 우호증진을 기원하고 국제경쟁력이 있는 양국의 고유한 문화가 깃든 국제경쟁력이 있는 독특한 넥타이 상품개발을 위해, 양국의 대표적 전통 기하문양인 태극문양과 별문양을 응용하여 넥타이디자인을 행하였다.

The dynamic behavior of multi-layered stone masonry monuments, such as stone pagoda, are mainly influenced by contour condition of contacting surface of stones. These structures can be modeled as a multi-degrees of freedom system. In this case the mass of the system can be easily estimated, mean while the estimation of stiffness at junction is not simple. In this paper a method for estimating the spring constant at the contacting surface of stone is proposed. The proposed method utilizes the natural frequency of the system which can be obtained by eigenvalue analysis.

It is hard to predict the mechanical characteristics of discontinuous stone masonry structures by the static analysis method, because of irregularity of face stones and also due to randomness of backfill materials. Inversely, one can estimate the mechanical characteristics by comparing the natural frequencies between measured and computed. The aim of this paper is to investigate the computational modeling method of ancient stone arch bridges in Korea and to find the factors influencing their dynamic characteristics. The results revealed that the rigidity of spandrel walls and backfill materials are the most important factors influencing the natural frequencies of stone arch bridges.

Israel craves peace and freedom. Israel has won many wars and conflicts militarily. They have developed strategic thinking based on the data, unique culture, and peacetime preparation system accumulated so far, and the strategic culture based on it contributes to fostering elite strong forces by presenting directions to security strategies.The strategic culture formed by Israeli beliefs, behavioral patterns, and identity influenced strategic thinking and the usefulness of security strategies. The purpose of this study is to redefine the concept of strategic culture by referring to the methodological discussion of strategic culture theory and to examine how useful strategic culture has provided strategic thinking and security strategies. In addition, based on the impact of Israel's strategic culture on security strategy, I would like to present implications for Korea's security strategy.
