This study investigates the moderating effect of customer type(deal prone/promotion insensitives) on the relationship between perceived values on the reward program of tele-communication firms and customer satisfaction. But both kind of perceived values(utilitarian value and hedonic value) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. For all customer, utilitarian reward has influenced on the customer satisfaction more than hedonic reward. The purpose of this study is to inquire into the relationship between customer-employee exchange and organizational commitment. To achieve the purpose of this study, preliminary studies on customer-employee exchange, Big 5 character-types and organizational commitment after an overview of these variables were examined to design research models and set up research issues. To verify the research issues, a survey was carried out on employees at beauty shops located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan and Ulsan areas. Questionnaires of collected 374 copies were used for a statistical analysis. The results of empirical analysis disclosed in this study are summarized as follows. First, customer-employee exchange had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, conscientiousness and openness of Big 5 character-types had a moderating effect on the relationship between customer-employee exchange and organizational commitment. But extraversion, neuroticism and agreeableness of Big 5 character-types had no moderating effect. The implications available through findings stated above are as follows. First, this study confirmed that good customer-employee exchange improves members' emotional commitment to organization. Second, in practical perspective, it may be effective to select employees with high openness and conscientiousness of character traits.
The purpose of this study was to test the influence of restaurant customers' perceived price on their satisfaction and revisit intention through the examination of the mediating effects of emotional responses and the moderating role of coupons. Data was obtained from a survey conducted to 319 quick service restaurant customers and analyzed using SPSS 16 and AMOS 16. The results indicate a full mediation effect of perceived price on customer satisfaction through emotional responses. It was also noted that discount, free and entry coupons did moderate the influence of perceived price on customers' emotional responses. The strongest moderator for perceived price and positive emotions was a discount coupon followed by a free coupon and an entry coupon in order. For perceived price and negative emotions, an entry coupon had a higher moderating effect followed by a discount coupon. The study put forward an appropriate implication to restaurateurs on the use of coupons as well as emotional responses and perceived price that will effectively elevate customers' satisfaction level.
The concept of customer satisfaction is very important issue in the service firms. All service firms should delight theirs customers? Which service contexts creating customer delight results in better positive performance? This study is to examine the moderating effect of service type on the customer delight-behavioral intention relationship. Data from consumers across two distinct service contexts (retail banks and upscale restaurants) were obtained. Using the multiple moderating regression analysis, the proposed hypotheses in this study were tested. The results reveal that customer delight had a greater positive impact on both revisit and referral intention in the hedonic service than the utilitarian service. This study suggests specific service contexts where customer delight strategies generate better desirable results. The customer delight strategy is able to be applied in both hedonic and utilitarian services, but it is more effective to lead customer loyalty in the hedonic service than utilitarian services. Service firms need a strategic approach to customer satisfaction strategies. This study provide strategic implications for service firms to efficiently manage and allocate resources, and can help them in making decisions about establishing and implementing customer satisfaction strategies.
With the development of IT, mobile apps and the expansion of contactless services due to COVID-19, "smart orders" have recently been activated in the food and beverage service. Even in recent years, when sales have declined, the number of orders made by smart orders has been steadily increasing, and this ordering method can accumulate customer data, enabling effective customized services in the future. In the present study, satisfaction with smart orders and continuous use intention were studied based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). And it focused on whether there is a difference in personality when using smart orders. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 317 smart order users, and the hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis. Perceived benefits had a significant effect on satisfaction; also, satisfaction had a significant effect on continuous use intention. There is a significant disparity between introvert and extrovert type. As a consequence, the introverted type has a greater intention to perceive usefulness of smart orders and continuously use them. These results suggest that the customer's personality type should be considered in future customer customization strategies.

As a result of the analysis, it was found that hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 had a significant influence relationship. The Tangibility*Hotel Brand Image and physical environment*Hotel Brand Image in Hypothesis 3 were found to have a modulating effect with a significant positive (+) effect. However, it was found that Responsiveness*Hotel Brand Image and Reliability*Hotel Brand Image had no control effect.

Therefore, future research and analysis will need to be subdivided.
Because the service is characterized by simultaneous production and consumption, the customer must participate directly in the delivery and production process of the service. For this reason, the variable Customer Participation has aggregated many empirical results in the service marketing field. Recent research on customer participation has focused on the relationship marketing, and is empirically identifying the relevance of customer participation and relative value of relationship marketing. These findings indicate that customer participation should be understood in a relationship between customers and service firms. Using commitment velocity and customer participation velocity considering dynamic of the relationship, this study aims to re-examine the relationship between customer participation and encounter satisfaction which is the foundation of relationship formation. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis are used as research methods. The study found that customer participation has a direct positive effect on encounter satisfaction, and that commitment velocity and customer participation velocity also have a significant effect on encounter satisfaction. However, all assumptions that were expected to moderate the impact of customer participation on encounter satisfaction were rejected. Although the study failed to identify the moderating role, it was clear about the impact on the encounter satisfaction of commitment velocity and customer participation velocity. Applying them to a wider variety of service types provided an opportunity to identify the value of the study, and to broaden the scope of the study suing these variables.
