  • 본 연구의 목적은 서로 다른 지역의 공항서비스품질이 고객만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 서로 다른 지역에 있는 공항의 서비스만족도를 고찰하는 것이다. 더 좋은 공항서비스 제고방안을 제시하려고 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 SPSS와AMOS를 사용해 신뢰도분석, 타당성분석 그리고 구조방정식모형을 통해 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 한국 인천공항 측에서 모든 가설 다 유익한 결과가 나타났고, 중국 수도공학 측에서 공항서비스 품질이 고객감지품질에 정의 영향과 감지품질이 고객충성도에 정의 영향을 유의하지 않은 결과를 얻었다.

Study on the Structural Relation between Service Quality Perceived by Golf Driving Range Customers, Service Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Behavior (골프연습장 이용고객들이 인식하는 서비스품질, 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재구매행동과의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out the structural relations between service quality perceived by golf driving range customers, service value, customer satisfaction, and repurchase behavior. For the subject of this study, we selected 374 persons among customers who used 8 golf driving ranges located at 'P' Metropolitan city, 'U' Metropolitan city, or 'C' city in 'K' do through the Convenient Sampling Method. The results were as follows: First, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the service value. Second, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Third, the service value has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Fourth, the service value has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior. Finally, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior.

The Effect of Sports Centers' Service Guarantee on Service Quality, Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (스포츠센터의 서비스보증이 서비스품질, 서비스가치, 고객만족, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to grope for the factors that can influence consumer when they evaluate sports centers' service multilaterally in order to draw strategic operation methods for sports centers. This article examines the relationship among sports centers' service guarantee, service quality, service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This study selects 2 sports centers located in Seoul and then conducts a survey to 200 members of the sports centers. The data collected go through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis with SPSS 16.0, and also AMOS 18.0 is utilized to perform confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis verification. According to the study result First, service guarantee affects service quality positively while it does not affect customer loyalty. Second, service quality affects service value positively. Third, service value affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty positively. Therefore this study has verified the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in sports centers, so it can be said that the study has drawn practical operation methods.

Research on Consumers Purchasing Characteristics and Satisfaction for Hanwoo Beef (한우에 대한 소비자의 구매특성 및 만족도 조사)

  • The study was performed through questionnaire to determine purchase characteristics and consumers' satisfaction for Hanwoo beef for 400 residents in Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results obtained from 363 consumers excluding 37 improperly answered ones were statistically analyzed. The properly answered consumers were classified according to gender, 107 (29.5%) male, 256 (70.5%) female, and ages, 70 (19.3%) twenties, 97 (26.7%) thirties, 131 (36.1%) forties, and 65 (17.9%) over fifties. Consumers having older ages purchased Hanwoo beef more frequently (p<0.05), and Hanwoo specialty shop operated by farmers cooperative was the most popular purchasing sources. Consumers' favorite retail cuts for Hanwoo beef were in the order of loin (43.5%), ribs (22.9%), tender loin (10.5%), brisket (9.9%), round, fore (4.7%), others (3.3%), chuck (2.8%), strip loin, rump (2.5%). For the experiences of purchasing imported beef, 24.55% and 22.3% of consumers answered for 'sometimes' and 'yes', respectively, for the reason of 'low price' (73.3%). Consumers answered 'sometimes' (69.1%) for the question of disguisement of imported beef to Hanwoo beef, and thought traceability (61.7%) and country of origin (17.1%) would be the most effective methods to prevent disguisement. Percentages of responses were 61.1% and 75.5% for traceability and country of origin, respectively, under the assumption of consumer's trustworthiness of above 70%. Prerequisites for Hanwoo beef to succeed as a brand were in the order of taste (3.90 points), consumers' satisfaction (3.28 points), consumers' trustworthiness (3.20 points), safety (3.03 points). Consumers' satisfaction is influenced by the age, academic background and the occupation (p<0.05). Safety is expected to show the difference by the educational background (p<0.05) and the occupation (p<0.01), whereas consumers trustworthiness is influenced by the educational background and income (p<0.05). From the results obtained in the current study, it is concluded that traceability and country of origin is essential to gain consumers' satisfaction and trustworthiness, and that the most important factors for branding Hanwoo beef would be taste and safety.

Effects of Value Congruence, Price Fairness, and Service Quality on Customer Performance in Social Enterprises (가치 일치성, 가격 공정성, 서비스 품질이 사회적 기업의 고객 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Social enterprises are entities to pursue solving societal problems with maintaining commercial viability. In order for a social enterprise to achieve commercial viability, it must be able to provide products that consumers can satisfy, to make social enterprise trustable, and to establish a lasting relationship with customers. This study suggests that perception of value congruence, price fairness and service quality will affect customer performance such as trust, satisfaction and customer loyalty. And this structural relationship was confirmed through structural equation modelling. The empirical results show that customer trust and satisfaction can be improved when the value congruence is high and service quality is high. Meanwhile, the perception of price fairness has a negative effect on customer trust. However, considering the influence of price fairness on customer satisfaction, the total effect of price fairness on trust is not significant. This result implies that customers are less sensitive to social enterprise product prices than general companies. And customer satisfaction for the social enterprise is positively affecting trust and loyalty, and customer trust is also positively affecting customer loyalty. After the empirical analysis, this study suggests implications for social enterprises to improve customer performance and secure commercial viability.

The Effect of Service Authenticity and Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Financial Investment Company (금융투자회사의 서비스진정성, 서비스품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine effects of service authenticity and service quality on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in mediation of customer trust in financial investment company. This research model was validated by the statistical tool of SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 using survey data collected from the experienced of financial investment company. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, service process authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction and customer oriented authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction in mediation of customer trust. Second, service quality(tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, except responsiveness) has a positive effect(empathy is the highest of all) with customer satisfaction and the importance of service authenticity and service quality can be confirmed from customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as trust and satisfaction have significant effects between them, but there have no significance between trust and loyalty. Finally, this study suggests directions of marketing strategy through build up trust in a strong relationship with the existing loyal customer in financial investment company.

  • One of the important goals in data mining is to discover and decide the relationships between different variables. Association rules are required for this technique and it find meaningful rules by quantifying the relationship between two items based on association measures such as support, confidence, and lift. In this paper, we presented the evaluation criteria of weighted association rule considering item RFM scores as importance of items. Original RFM technique has been used most widely applied method using customer information to find the most profitable customers. And then we compared general association rule technique with weighted association rule technique through the simulation data.

Effects of Importance Factors of Hotel Banquet Buffet Menus on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty (호텔 연회뷔페 메뉴의 중요도 요인이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated effects of importance factors of hotel banquet buffet menus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. SPSS 18.0 was used to conduct various analyses, namely frequency, factor, reliability and regression. The findings are as follows. First, importance factors of hotel banquet buffet menu had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction with a hotel banquet menu had a positive influence on customer loyalty. Third, importance factors of hotel banquet buffet menu had a positive influence upon customer loyalty. Importance factors of the hotel banquet buffet menu should have customer satisfaction and loyalty. Findings also suggest that the effect of fresh food material upon health should be considered rather than buffet menu creativity and/or quantity to make use of the menu for various generations and to develop hotel banquet buffets.

The Analysis of Structural Relation among Culture Marketing, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit in Coffee Franchises (프랜차이즈 커피전문점의 문화마케팅과 브랜드 이미지와 고객 만족 및 재방문 의도 간의 구조적 관계 분석)

  • Franchise coffee shops have continued to attempt to differentiate themselves using cultural arts to engage with changes in consumer awareness and lifestyle. This empirical study was conducted to analyze structural relations between cultural marketing and brand image, customer satisfaction, and intention to revisit for franchised coffee shops. 322 customers at S Coffee Shop (a franchised coffee shop in Daegu) were surveyed, and collected data were subjected to frequency, descriptive, reliability, correlation, and covariance structural analysis using SPSS software. We found that culture marketing significantly improved brand image and customer satisfaction, and thus, significantly influenced intention to revisit. The study shows culture marketing activities improve brand image and increase customer satisfaction and the likelihood of revisiting.
