Analysing the Relationships between Tourists' Intention upon Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and Purchase Intention on Tourism Omnichannel Service (관광옴니채널 서비스에 대한 관광객 통합기술수용의도와 구매의도에 대한 연구)

  • The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between tourists' intention upon UTAUT and purchase intention on tourism omnichannel considering moderating effect of trust and purchase propensity. As the results, 1) there are partially significant and positive relationship between tourists' intention and purchase intention. There are partially significant and positive moderating effect of 2) trust and 3) purchase propensity upon the relationship between tourists' intention and purchase intention on tourism omnichannel. In order to increase the purchase intention of diversified customers, it is necessary to secure the reliability of OmniChannel which integrates the on-off line, for the future, more in-depth study of purchase propensity of tourism omnichannel should be needed.

  • The purpose of this study analyze consumer usage characteristics and product development guide of electronic pen based on TAM theory(Davies, 1989). Research methods apply contents analysis(qualitative research) and Activity/Inactivity analysis of main consumer participation. Research results are as follows. Active consumer indicated 30-49 age, male, office job and research fellow. And they suggested stable power supply system, App connected pen function extension, add the modified pen function, advanced data recognition of pen, advanced take note ability and stable grip feeling of pen, selected line width, synchronization improvement with other smart device and charging function. These result indicated the importance product improvement diffusion factor of early market to main market. The future research of electric pen focused on different product strategy between electric pen and smart device connected electric pen.

Effects of Salespersons' Appreciative Inquiry and Emotional Labor on Adaptive Selling Behavior and Customer Satisfaction (영업사원의 긍정 탐색 수용도와 감정노동이 적응적 판매행동 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on appreciative inquiry(AI) of salespeople who have to respond to various types of emotions according to the desires of individual customers at service contact points and the effect of emotional labor on adaptive selling behavior and customer satisfaction. Dyadic questionnaires were administerd to 115 automobile salespeople and 2 customers who received service from each salesperson, and the collected data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling. The results showed that AI had positive influences on deep acting and surface acting. Only deep acting was found to have positive relationship with adaptive selling behavior, but not to surface acting. Adaptive selling behavior had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This study will contribute to identifying the need for AI access for salespersons and for activating adaptive selling behavior through emotional labor related to AI practice.

Factors Affecting Consumers' Acceptance of e-Commerce Consumer Credit Service: Multiple Group Path Analysis by Naver Shopping and Coupang (이커머스 후불결제(BNPL) 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인: 네이버쇼핑과 쿠팡 간 다중집단 비교)

  • As COVID-19 has led to a surge in e-commerce Buy Now Pay Later(BNPL) has become preferred choice among millennials. In Korea Coupang followed by Naver Pay offers a deferred payment, aiming to create customer lock-in effect, save credit card processing fee and lay the groundwork for entering into new financial services. However the literature related to the influential factors of customers' usage intention toward a deferred payment is scarce. For the study, a multi-group analysis was carried out to find differences between Naver shopping and Coupang. The results revealed that the important factors that affect a deferred payment adoption were compatibility, impulsive buying tendency in Naver shopping, whereas compatibility, relative advantage, additional value in Coupang(listed in order of most important). In addition, impulsive buying tendency had a positive effect on adoption intention in Naver shopping and on perceived risk in Coupang. The results imply that Naver shopping need to focus on managing delinquency while Coupang should provide sufficient information on how late fees and credit rating downgrade work and try not to make a deferred payment option stand out. In order to increase adoption rate it is recommendable to narrow down target segment of a deferred payment and expand it to a specialized vertical such as travel.

  • 멀티미디어 서버를 구성하고 있는 자원(프로세서, 디스크, 네드워크 등)의 결함 발생을 고려한 큐잉 네트워크 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 적용하여 고객 수용 능력 및 멀티미디어 서비스 시스템의 성능과 관련된 파라미터를 분석하였으며, 시뮬레이션 패키지를 활용한 모의 실험을 통하여 개발된 큐잉 네트워크 모델의 정확성을 검증하였다. 고객 도착률과 자원 고장률 변동에 대한 서버 자원의 이용률과 큐의 길이를 계산함으로써 효율적인 시스템 구성 자원의 부분별 용량 산정이 가능하게 되었으며, 또한 데이터 패킷 응답시간 분초 및 고장률 변화에 따른 시스템의 신뢰도 수준을 계산하였고, 이러한 성능 관련 파라미터의 확보를 통해서 멀티미디어 서비스 질 (Quality of Service)에 중요한 영향을 미치는 서버 설계 요소를 파악할 수 있었다.

  • Open innovation concept is advocating the importance of the customer roles in firm's innovation. As a result, crowdsourcing community is drawing attention as a strategic asset for open innovation across diverse industries. Considering that the goal of crowdsourcing community is harnessing innovative ideas, understanding the characteristics of user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas can enhance the effectiveness of idea crowdsourcing. In our approach, we extract idea content-based characteristics such as subjectivity, negativity, prosocialneess, and depth of idea to examine what are the factors that affect user preference and organizational adoption. An analysis of 71,134 ideas from MyStarbucksIdea.com shows that there are significant differences between user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas in terms of idea characteristics. Lastly, both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

  • 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰의 경우, 각 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 관리된 이질의 데이터들이 고객들에게는 글로벌한 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰의 단일 화면으로 투명하게 제공되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 각 인터넷쇼핑몰의 로컬 데이터의 자치성을 보장하며 고객에게는 글로벌한 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰의 데이터를 투명하게 엑세스하기 위한 통합데이터 중개자 모델을 제안한다. 복합 인터넷쇼핑몰 지원환경으로 제공되는 통합데이터 환경을 위하여 각각의 단일 인터넷쇼핑몰에 존재하는 기존의 시스템을 유지하면서 이질적인 데이터베이스를 투명하게 엑세스할 수 있는 방법으로 웹기반 객체지향 기술 및 파일시스템, 관계형 데이터 베이스 및 객체지향 데이터베이스들을 수용할 수 있는 객체 질의 언어를 사용하는 통합데이터베이스를 설계한다.

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델(TAM)을 토대로 하여 패밀리 레스토랑 웹사이트에 대한 고객의 사용의도를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 패밀리 레스토랑 이용 시 홈페이지를 사전에 활용했던 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 즐거움과 효율성, 실용성과 거래편리성이 용이성과 유용성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았으며 이들이 사용자의 태도와 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구분석 결과, 효율성은 용이성에 매우 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 즐거움은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실용성과 거래편리성은 모두 유용성에 유의한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 드러났다. 용이성은 유용성에 매우 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 태도에 대하여 유용성은 긍정적 영향을, 용이성은 부정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 태도는 사용의도에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
