  • 지난 몇 년간 우리는 소셜 검색에 몰두하여 연관검색 및 소비자의 만족을 위해 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 최근에는 빅데이터 분석이라는 흐름에 맞춰 기업 및 기관별 본연의 정보를 통합하여 효율적인 검색을 할 수 있도록 하는 솔루션을 대거 도입하고 있다. 또한 기업 및 기관에서 가지고 있는 정보는 기존 비정형 데이터로 방대하여 기존의 방법이나 도구로 수집 및 저장 분석이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 공공기관 및 민간기업 등에서는 키워드 중심의 다양한 검색엔진을 개발하거나 도입하고 있으며, 정보 분류의 확대, 메타데이터의 활용, 태그정보의 제공, 개인 맞춤형 서비스 등 고객의 만족도를 제고하기 위한 다양한 방법을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기관의 교통 연구와 관련한 일련의 작업 중 행정문서, 연구정보, 유관기관 게시물 등의 통합 빅데이터를 가지고 검색시스템을 구현하였다. 이와 더불어 사용자 사전 및 동의어 사전을 통한 검색 키워드를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 검색 효율성을 제고하는 방안을 제시한다.

  • 한국전자통신연구원(이하 ETRI)은 2002년에 국제표준으로 널리 통용되어 많은 분야에서 적용되고 있는 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 인증을 획득하여 현재까지 유지하여 오고 있다. ETRI의 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 도입 목적은 대외적으로는 연구개발 경쟁력 향상과 고객만족 증진이고, 대내적으로는 연구개발 업무 수행의 체계적이고 공통된 틀을 제공하는 R&D 표준프로세스의 정립과 이의 지속적으로 개선하기 위한 것이다 이를 통한 연구개발 수행 활동의 효과 성과 효율성을 제고하여 최종적으로는 고객에게 제공되는 연구개발 결과물의 품질을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI가 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 R&D 프로세스 혁신을 위한 기반시스템으로 활용한 접근방법에 대하여 살펴보고, 그를 위해 연구개발 업무에 대하여 구체적으로 정의한 R&D 프로세스 모델 및 그 활용체계에 대하여 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

  • This case describes Lotte Mart's practices and achievement in the aspect of social responsibilities and ethics management and its implications in retail industry. Lotte Mart set ethics management as core business objective, and establishes and operates a variety of ethics management programs for each of customer, shareholders, employees, suppliers and society. By these programs, Lotte Mart could achieve improvement in quality and price competitiveness through better partnership with supplier, get more efficiency in business through higher morale among employees, and gain improved customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

  • When library performance is regarded as service quality, competency in human resources should be considered as an influential factor. This study aims to identify relationships between job satisfaction of librarians and the service quality that users recognize in public libraries. Librarians and users in 10 public libraries in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi province were sampled to measure job satisfaction and service quality with $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ model. As a result, the higher the satisfaction of the duty itself and organizational factor show a high service quality. Consequently, to improve library customer satisfaction, the librarian's job satisfaction should be considered. Additionally, some practical implications are discussed.

  • Under the influence of a paradigm shift for administrative service of public institutions in around the world, the 'Government Affairs Assessment Act' has been enacted in Korea in March 2006. By the law, each local governments have been obligating to conduct self-assessment and resident's satisfaction survey for improving administrative service. Thus, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the administrative service quality of district offices(in seoul) in order to meet the government's efforts, and to derive improvement point of administrative service quality in district office. Consequently, this study shows administrative service quality factors affecting resident's overall satisfaction degree, service value maturity and positive image maturity of district office and then, will explore improvement ways of each district office through attribute analysis of administrative service quality.

  • First impression is flexible that in a relationship it can be decided within four to ten seconds Therefore, to change the fixed image that has been formed at first impression requires lots of time and effect. Forming Rapo is one of a very important element in customer managing that form curiosity and credibility at first sight. This thesis is researched on Forming Rapo, which is important due to demand of change in business environment, to apply in the real market and increase the sale. The study applied on Enneagram that is proven to be the most effective tool for teach required passion and leadership within human personality system, and it explains nine different type of human personality. The used methodology was to set the hypothesis from selecting features that can be judged to apply on the sales field in the nine different type of personality. In addition, to support and prove the appliance of the hypothesis, one conduct the survey to 375 people, who found their personality type at KESI (Korea Enneagram Spiritual Institution).

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of NDSL Open Service (NOS) and to improve standards of open service for sharing information through the user satisfaction survey. User satisfaction indexes were developed to measure the all aspects of the NOS services. The quality index, satisfaction index, and performance index were identified in this survey. According to the survey findings, the levels of social quality and social satisfaction are relatively high, this shows the positive evaluation and expectation of researchers for open services. However, relatively low level is identified in area of service process quality. Therefore, NOS requires method to help easily take advantage of OpenAPI and strategy to increase service process satisfaction and service environment satisfaction.

  • 현재 무한경쟁의 시장환경 속에서 기업자체만으로 어려움을 감내하기란 많은 문제를 갖고있다. 그래서 기업은 물류활동을 전문적으로 담당하는 훌륭한 파트너를 통하여 이 문제를 해결하고 있으며 이전의 수직적 업무관행을 넘어선 동반자적인 파트너로써의 제 3 자 물류(TPL : Third Part Logistics : 이후 TPL로 표기함)를 활용하고 있다. 파트너관계는 이전에도 중요한 기업 전략이었으나 인터넷과 수많은 정보기술의 보급을 통한 전자상거래의 도래로 기업은 신속하고 정확하게 시장과 고객의 요구와 니즈를 만족시킬 수 있는 선도기술개발과 서비스제공능력이 기업의 핵심역량으로써 중요하게 되었다. 그래서 이러한 역량과 유연성을 갖춘 파트너와의 전략적관계형성과 관리를 할 수 있는 체계적인 파트너관계업무프로세스가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 TPL 기업에서 유연한 공급사슬파트너관계구축과 관리를 가능하게 하고 고객요구를 대처할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래의 고객요구를 예측가능 할 수 있는 방안으로 e-PRM 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The importance and demand about IS(information system) audit we increasing to raise quality of IS and prevention of the IS risk and dysfunction. Technology and system research for the substantiality and raising reliability of IS audit are continuously performed. But, there are misunderstanding of audit clients about IS audit, insufficiency of auditor's ability and misunderstanding of new technology and target business area. Therefore, is not getting trust from client or system integrator because service quality of IS audit is weak relatively. This study aims at survey correlation between audit service quality factor and audit quality, between audit quality and customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follow. Auditor's ability, correspondence has a significant effect on audit quality, also audit quality on audit satisfaction, and Auditor`s ability, reliability has a significant effect on audit satisfaction.

Determinants and Performance of Port Logistics Service Quality (항만물류서비스품질의 결정요인과 성과분석)

  • This paper investigates the determinants of port service quality from a resources-based approach. The research model is derived from the relevant literature in port management, service quality, and resource-based theory. It is hypothesized that tangible and intangible resources contribute to port service quality, which in turn leads to the enhancement of reputation and loyalty to ports. To test this, a questionnaire survey is undertaken on three major ports in Korea: Busan, Incheon, and Gwangyang; the collected data are then analyzed using partial least squares. It is suggested that both tangible resources and intangible resources have a positive influence on general service quality and that general service quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, thus improving port reputation and loyalty. The contribution to the literature is that resource-based theory is applied to a port service quality model and the model is verified. In addition, an augmented model is adopted to examine the effect of individual resources on service quality. It is also possible for port managers to use the constructs to monitor their resources and develop more specific strategies to gain reputation and loyalty from customers.
