하이퍼레저 패브릭(Hyperledger Fabric)은 참여자의 신원을 확인하고, 정보교환(트랜잭션)의 유효성을 검증하는 허가형 블록체인 모델이다. 기존의 대표적인 블록체인 모델인 비트코인, 이더리움과 대비하여 효율적인 데이터 검증 방안이 가능한대, 체인코드와 채널, 그리고 피어를 중심으로 구성되어 있기 때문이다. 먼저 본 블록체인 모델은 '체인코드'라는 스마트 계약(컨트랙트)를 실행하며 허가된 사용자만 네트워크에 참여할 수 있다. 또한, '채널' 기능이 있어 서로 다른 조직 간의 데이터 공유와 검증에 대한 새로운 접근방식을 보여줄 수 있으며, 특정 네트워크 내에서 데이터를 분리할 수 있다. 이를 통해 특정 데이터에 대한 접근권한을 제어하는 기능을 제공하며 동시에 데이터의 신뢰성과 보안성을 높일 수 있다. 마지막으로 '피어'는 체인코드를 통해 들어온 트랜잭션을 검증하고, 유효한 데이터만 원장에 추가하는 기법으로 무결성을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할 담당하고 있다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 하이퍼레저 패브릭을 효과적으로 활용하여 데이터 검증 프로세스가 산업계에 널리 적용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

일반적으로 아웃소싱은 비용절감이나, 경쟁력 확보를 목적으로 기업 외부에서 필요한 자원, 기술력 및 해결방안 등을 찾는 경영기법으로, 단순용역업무에서부터 기업의 핵심기능인 IT 분야에 이르기까지 폭 넓게 활용되고 있다. 특히 IT 아웃소싱은 일상적인 정보시스템의 운영 및 개선, 네트워크 운영 및 어플리케이션의 유지/개선 등을 외부의 전문가에게 맡겨 점진적인 서비스 수준의 향상과 비용의 절감을 유도하고, 내부자원은 핵심역량에 집중시켜, 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 하나의 경영수단으로 각광 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 통신서비스업체의 IT분야를 아웃소싱한 사례 연구를 통해서 IT 아웃소싱의 추진 시 필요한 제반사항과 절차, 추진배경등을 알아보고, 아웃소싱 성과를 결정하는 중요 요소인 서비스 성과측정 모델에 대해 연구하였다. '90 년대 후반 통신시장개방, 본격적인 경쟁체제 돌입등 핵심역량강화 차원에서 시작된 아웃소싱은 통신업체 국내최초의 사례로 처음부터 예상치못했던 어려움과 추진과정에서의 시행착오도 많이 겪었다. 또한, 선진외국사례의 아웃소싱 계약사례 및 서비스수준을 평가하기위한 서비스 수준 약정서등 국내 통신업체 환경에 맞게 잘 짤여지도록 수많은 검토와 사례 연구를 통해 계약을 체결할 수 있었으며, 아웃소싱이후 예상되었던 많은 문제점들을 해결하기위해 아웃소싱 인력들의 의욕수준을 높이기위한 직무 재교육, Incentive 제도 도입, 서비스와 관련된 제반 프로세스 재정립 등을 통하여 소기의 성과를 이룩할 수 있었다. 특히, 통신업체 IT 아웃소싱의 성공요인은 계약적 구조적 측면에 해당하는 적정한 서비스의 평가와 이에 상응하는 대가의 지급방안에 대한 것이고 양 사가 만족할 만한 성과를 내가 위해서는 수직적관계가 아니라 제휴관계로서의 Relationship 을 유지할 수 있도록 이 두가지 모두를 고려 해야만 성공적인 아웃소싱 추진에 한걸음 더 나아갈 것이며, 아울러 향후에도 아직 미흡한 분야인 IT 아웃소싱에서 적정수준의 대가지급 방안 및 바람직한 Relationship 에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인에 대해서도 살펴 봄으로써 IT분야의 Outsourcing을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

The web services concept is rising as a standard to integrate heterogeneous systems in distributed environment based on XML messaging. Recently, for that reason, many companies are trying to use web services for their B2C and B2B business. In order to successfully introduce the web services, it is required to guarantee a differentiated quality of web services. However, most of the current web services cannot provide differentiated policies for requested messages and the existing web servers cannot consider appropriately the quality factors of web services in the service level agreement between provider and consumer. In this paper, we analyzed appropriate quality factors of web services in application level and suggested priority allocation strategy for processes dealing with messages of web services using those factors. This strategy can allocate dynamically a priority to satisfy the service level agreement.

This paper shows the result of study on the detailed applicable procedure of software Escrow account applied for rolling stock. The customer as end-user requires software source code, related critical technical documents etc. about software based system of train for maintenance purpose through software modification and enhancement after completion of warranty period. Otherwise, it is not easy to keep up with the customer's requirement of demanding supplier's exclusive information because it is considered as intellectual property rights of supplier as software developer. Therefore, the main contractor(normally called as Car-builder) need to introduce software Escrow service in order to coordinate the different a standpoint between software developer and end-user. Software Escrow is a legal arrangement in which an software Escrow packages (software source code, software development tool, build process, proprietary information, copyright and etc.) is deposited into and Escrow account under the trust of a reliable third party (Escrow agent) depending on mutual agreement on Escrow contract condition as signing off Escrow agreement document. This paper deals with the study on the detailed procedure about the following general category of Escrow procedure and purpose to apply this specific procedure of Escrow into the future project onward.

Small houses are continuously supplied after the alleviated housing act enacted in 2009. This study aimed to conduct a survey among an expert group associated with small house construction, propose problems by discovering difficulties and vulnerable points small and medium-sized construction companies experience while launching construction works as well as factors that impede the safety and housing environment of small houses. Furthermore, it ultimately intends to propose improvements. First, low-priced order is a major cause of unreasonable contract. Most companies were found to have low-priced orders in order to manage order performance. Low bidding and low-priced order are implemented to maintain construction businesses, ultimately threatening the safety environment of buildings. In addition, it is assumed that moderate bid periods and construction periods should be guaranteed. Second, work standardization for small and medium-sized companies is needed due to numerous cases that failed to meet order process. Additionally, regular instruction is required as many employees are not fully aware of relevant contents. Third, the most urgent policy direction turned out avoidance of low-priced bidding and removing insolvent enterprises from the market. Small and medium-sized construction companies that primarily build small houses undergo poor work condition. Therefore, the safety environment of small houses should be enhanced through work standardization and avoiding low-priced order.

오늘날 기업 내 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planing)시스템 도입이 활발해지고 있는 가운데 그 역기능으로 ERP 시스템 도입 실패 사례 또한 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 ERP 시스템이 올바르게 구축되었는가를 판단하는 ERP 시스템에 대한 완성도 혹은 하자여부를 판단하는 감정평가 활동이 증가하고 있다. ERP 시스템은 일반적으로 패키지 형태의 프로그램과는 달리 비즈니스 프로세스 분석 단계에서 계약의 내용이 수정 및 확정되어지며, 업종 및 국가별 비즈니스 프로세스 특성에 따라 일반화된 모듈 프레임 워크를 그대로 적용하기 어려운 점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 완성도 감정평가를 위해 국내외 ERP 시스템에 대한 기본구조와 함께 세부적인 (공통/상이)모듈에 대해 정리를 수행하고, 이를 대상으로 핵심적인 비즈니스 업무수행을 위한 세부적인 절차를 추출하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시된 ERP 시스템 감정 절차는 ERP 시스템 감정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Construction dispute about Extension of Time are complexly intertwined with various issues. The duration delay analysis defines the impact the issue has on the duration variation. And The international court and the arbitrator use the results of the analysis as a basis for reasonable duration judging. However, most of the domestic Construction sites have not established a business process for Extension of Time litigation. Therefore, Analysis data are collected after the occurrence of the dispute, there is not enough basic data of analysis almost. This study sought to improve the management efficiency by organizing information requirement for delay analysis and suggesting a reasonable business process. As a result of applying the proposed process to actual construction duration extension disputes, about 33% of practitioners, 46% of contractors, and 48% of legal advisors were satisfied with the process application site And Matrix validation was 91% identical. This study suggests that it is possible to increase the efficiency of the construction duration analysis work used as a basis in the construction dispute. Finally, the Computer based system design for this process should continue in the future.

This research has been Initiated to provide an effective management tool for budget control of the public projects using EVMS. Barriers to implementing the tool for the domestic public projects are identified : no PMB (Performance Measurement Baseline) for budget control, management by BOQ(bill of quantity), no systematic planning and control. To eliminate these barriers, an integrated cost and schedule management process model using EVMS is proposed. This model is composed of six sub processes : organizing, scheduling, budget allocating, establishing PMB, managerial analysis, change incorporation.

Traditional bidding process and activities in public construction area has many problems in terms of the clearness and fairness of administration. And, it causes many cost consumption to suppliers. As part of the efforts to solve these problems, some public institutions developed the electronic bidding systems. But these systems have still problems in diverse aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze current bidding systems through literature survey, case study and process mapping methodology, to compare the result of the analysis with the developed electronic bidding systems and to suggest the improvement for the coming bidding systems. As results of this study, key processes and classified contract types about public construction bidding were identified. These can be applied by means of guidelines when public institutions are planning new electronic bidding systems. The composition of unified driving organization, the database development for information share and the standardization of national level for the new electronic bidding systems were also suggested.

Information system operation principles were recently established in order to provide high quality service and efficient operation audit of IT outsourcing. Operation managements are done based on these principles. Therefore, information operating management process, which refers to itself, is established. Information system operation audit requires a constant audit regularly, which is different from construction/development audit that is done only once. As operating management process changes, operation audit guidelines should be updated and improved. Therefore, this paper proposes IT outsourcing operation audit model with IT outsourcing achievement management as a focus. IT service domain was referred in order to propose information system operation audit model and check lists, which are based on IT outsourcing operation managements such as planning, making strategies, contract, service, and management. The deduced audit model and check lists verified suitability of the proposed model by experts' survey.
