In this paper, numerical values are derived using topic modeling among data-based evaluation methodologies discussed by various research institutes. In addition, we will focus on the ICT field to see if there is a difference in policy perception between the national R&D project and standing committee. First, we create model for classifying ICT documents by learning R&D project data using HAN model. And we perform LDA topic modeling analysis on ICT documents classified by applying the model, compare the distribution with the topics derived from the R&D project data and proceedings of standing committees. Specifically, a total of 26 topics were derived. Also, R&D project data had professionally topics, and the standing committee-discuss relatively social and popular issues. As the difference in perception can be numerically confirmed, it can be used as a basic study on indicators that can be used for future policy or project evaluation.

This work is for redefining of cultural diversity and suggesting measurement frame by casting light on changing cultural environment according to evolution of digital convergence media. So far, most of studies tend to confuse at using media diversity and cultural diversity and resultingly the concept of cultural diversity is not founded right yet. In communications field, there is a limit to measure cultural diversity which is substantive content because analysis of media diversity is mainly focused on financial measuring and quantitation. Therefore we define digital convergence media culture as metaculture here for analysis of cultural diversity. Additionally, we catagorize and analysis cultural diversity based on this metaculture into pluralism of media activity, diversity of cultural expression, diversity of cultural diffusion and diversity of cultural cognition. These measuration variables of the four categories are factors which can lighten aspects of cultural diversity in digital convergence media environment. Analysis of these factors of the four catagories will suggest a criterion to establish policies to protect cultural diversity. The policy of cultural diversity is to construct a cultural commune in envirnment of meta culture.

This study conducted a preliminary survey to study humanities healing methods for college students. Based on the student survey, we would like to present the research direction of humanities healing and find an appropriate humanities healing method. For quantitative analysis, 10 questions were constructed, focusing on BPS-Modell, Bio, Psycho, and Sozio of life. In the question of the Bio, 50% of the students said they understood their body, mind, and will and acted accordingly, but 20% of the students showed that their actions according to their body, mind, and will did not fit. In the question of Psycho, more than 50% of students said they communicated well with their inner selves, but less than 20% of students did not. In the question of Sozio of life, more than 60% of students form a social network well, but about 10% of students have very low attitudes or meanings toward life. The ultimate purpose of humanities is 'happiness', and the purpose of human life is also 'happiness'. We hope that the power of positivity to realize a stable future society and improve the quality of life will be expanded through humanities healing.

This study aims to examine trends so far and proactively seek future policy directions because the degree of implementation of hyper-connected society and smart technology at home and abroad cannot be overlooked at present in Korea. The method of the study focused on differentiating it from this study through literature research and comparison of major previous studies. As a result of the study, data security and maintenance, enhanced privacy of users and users, and related policy directions for entering a super-aged society were identified in the era of the 4th industrial revolution in Korea according to hyper-connected society and smart technology. Research limitations were difficulties in obtaining data and technical limitations in statistical quantification through trend analysis, although research analysis should be approached through quantitative and quantitative methods. It needs to be supplemented in future studies.

Examined how it varied the knowledge network of the country along with R&D changes in planning policy for the research and development of government. Therefore, in this study, chronological Analysis analyzed separately the network between each entity of participate in the industry fusion source technology development business of industry trade and Energy. Planning policy of industrial fusion source technology development business, to change the starting point before and after 2012, before 2012 from selected planning issues at the center "planning committee" and in 2012 'PD' changes to a system for planning issues around. First of all, an attempt to analyze the R&D network based on the "planning committee" current situation of 2009~2011, from 2012 to analyze the variation of the R&D network with the introduction of the 'PD' system after it was analyzed by dividing the time in the current state of up to 2013. The results of the analysis, since the PD system was introduced, such as self-relationship (the form of planning user to run directly challenges the person was planning to challenge participants)is greatly improved, I was able to grasp the effect became clear. The more the self-relation, and the budding scholars considering that there is inequality of the planning, the introduction of the PD scheme, it can be seen to have resulted in a positive effect. These studies, quantitatively analyzed to improve the results to the effects associated with changes in the planning policy of the government, I think that there is a meaning in terms of presenting the future direction of R&D policy.

Recently, as South Korea has joined the OSJD, the rules of the OSJD need to be applied to South Korea. Therefore, the railways are connected to the continent railway in terms of software, but the railway systems in neighboring countries have been developed and operated for a long time, and are quite different with some restrictions in terms of hardware. Therefore, this study analyzed the current railway systems of neighboring countries' based on the TSI used in Europe for technical interoperability. A real operation with the operation models within the specific route was assumed and vector functions for the Infrastructure vector & Rolling stock vector were produced. The IOP value was calculated by working out the interfacing matrix value between the infrastructure vector and rolling stock vector. As a result of calculating the IOP in a specific route, which is from Busan South Korea to Vladivostok with the diesel locomotive hauling freight cars, the value was only 22%, which is fairly low in terms of the interoperability. In other words, there are 77.8% restricting items preventing their interoperability. Such restricted causes should be improved to increase the technical interoperability in the long term. Moreover, and when railway systems are constructed and manufactured, it is important to keep IOP 100% to increase the operating efficiency in continental railways.

재난안전 분야의 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 지적 관계를 분석하기 위한 연구에서 신뢰성과 최신성을 겸비한 학술정보를 활용하는 것은 매우 유용하다. 기존의 논문 기반 계량정보분석 연구에서는 관련 분야의 학술지와 키워드를 중심으로 분석 대상 논문을 선별하여 연구재료로 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 재난안전 분야의 보다 세부적인 연구 특성 파악을 위해 국내 대학기관의 방재 및 안전공학 학과에 소속된 저자들의 논문 정보를 대상으로 기관식별, 학과유형 분류, 재난안전유형 분류. 표준산업분류를 매핑하고 주요 측면별로 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 재난안전 분야 연구에서 저자소속 기관의 유형 및 지역적 분포, 공저 학과 유형의 구성, 재난안전유형 및 표준산업분류의 현황과 핵심 키워드가 자세히 파악되었다. 연구 결과는 향후 지능형 위기경보 체계 구축을 위한 재난유형별 주요 기관 및 전문가 식별과 추천에 활용이 기대된다.

Many people are interesting software quality. Because of, we depend on software in our life. In terms of, I think, good software is a good quality software. So, when we develop the software, we need trying to improve software quality. In this paper, we analyze software test data. We emphasize that software quality is very important in our life. We use software experimental data, in order to analyze of software quality. On the basis of ISO/IEC 9126-2, we classify the test data and we analyze the difference of error frequency according to functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability. We analyze the number of test and used time according software type. We want to search effect variable, going through testing result and measurement convergence, we know the effect variable of functionality and efficiency.

There are tries to unite through consilience in many fields. Interdisciplinary research is an instance of those. Linguistic studies called linguistic informatics or quantitative linguistics is a field of interdisciplinary research related with statistics linguists have studied chiefly statistics and linguistics. In the statistical aspect, there is need to supplement somewhat of the result of researches by linguists. This study shows statistical method can supplement insufficient objectivity in linguistic studies, and examines the way to raise a degree of completion of interdisciplinary research on statistics and linguistics. This study also shows an introduction and application of the statistical method can be useful for the deduction of objective linguistic information in linguistic studies.

The purpose of this study, reflecting the characteristics of recent R&D activities, where knowledge convergence and exchange and the growth of researchers are becoming more important, is to promote the growth of outstanding researchers by establishing a support system for researcher career development (intensifying expertise) and career fluidity (change in core research topics). Using the results of a survey of 548 researchers from government-funded research institutes, this study analyze environmental factors of research that promotes career development suitable for the growth of researchers after quantitatively verifying the effects of career development and career mobility on research outcomes. As a result of the analysis, it is more desirable to strengthen career liquidity after stable career development, but the human resources and career development support systems of research institutes are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, policy measures to support researcher career development and liquidity were proposed in four stages.
