고전압 방전시험 장치는 국제전기기술위원회 규격(IEC 61000-4-2)에서 규정하고 있는 콘덴서 방식을 사용하며, 매우 짧은 시간에 방전함으로서 펄스 형태의 방전전류가 통전된다. 이러한 정전기적인 방전에 의해 전자기기에 고장을 발생시키며 이를 검증하는 방법으로 정전기 내성시험법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 첫째로 방전장치가 발생하는 잡음 전계량을 측정하였고, 둘째로 방전장치를 시험시료에 근접하는 방법에 따른 시험시료에 미치는 영향을 실험을 통해 검증하였고, 셋째로 근접방법에 따른 정전유도 현상이 시험시료에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 검증하였다. 이러한 세 가지 현상을 바탕으로 시험시료가 고전압 방전장치를 근접 방전하여 방전을 유발시켰을 때의 전자파의 영향에 내성을 갖고 있는지를 검증하는 새로운 시험방법을 제안하였다.

전력산업 구조개편에 따른 발전부문의 경제급전 추구로 인하여 구 동안 가스산업에서 수급조절역할을 담당하던 발전용 수요의 감소로 수급불균형 심화가 예상되고 결국에는 저장설비의 구축에 막대한 자본이 소요될 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 분석모형을 통하여 이러한 영향들을 계량적으로 분석하고 그 원인을 밝힘으로써 전력산업 구조개편에 대응한 향후의 천연가스 수급정책 방향을 제시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 경제급전의 추구로 인해 발전용 수요가 기존 예측치 대비 약 40∼50% 수준으로 급감하여 소요저장탱크기수는 1∼2기 정도 감소하지만, 발전용 수요의 수급조절능력의 약화로 천연가스 수요패턴은 더욱 악화되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 필요수입 보전주의에 따른 가격결정방식의 소비자가격이 상승되는 것으로 보아 저장설비에 과다투자가 이루어지는 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 결국, 도시가스의 수요패턴이 현상태를 유지하는 경우, 발전부문의 경제급전시 가스산업에서는 수요패턴의 약화로 저장시설에의 과다설비투자가 불가피하며 이는 소비자가격의 상승으로 이어질 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 향후 가스산업에서는 다양한 수요관리 방안과 도입량 조절 등을 통한 수요패턴 개선노력이 시급할 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper we study metric equalities related with distance between excenter and other points of triangle. Especially we find metric equalities between excenter and incenter, circumcenter, center of mass, orthocenter, vertex, prove these formulas, and transform these formulas into new formula containing another elements of triangle. We in detail describe proof process of these equalities, indicate references of some formulas that don't exist within secondary school curriculum.

In this paper we study tetrahedron's properties related with center of inscribed sphere using the center of mass. We show that the center of mass of four mass points (A,a), (B,b), (C,c), (D,d) coincide with center of tetrahedron's inscribed sphere, suggest equalities and inequalities related with center of inscribed sphere, and prove theses using the center of mass. Our results can be used in research and education programs, various types of gifted student education.

전력선 통신기반 기술이 발전됨에 따라 원격검침시스템의 설치 및 유지관리에 필요한 망관리시스템기술도 함께 개발되어 운영되고 있으나 통합검침서비스를 제공하기 위해서 추가되는 무선통신노드의 관리에 대해서는 아직 적용된 바가 없다. 국내 구축된 전력선통신망의 셀 중심에는 칩 셋 벤더가 제공하는 망 관리유닛으로 망관리 정보를 모으고 SNMP기반으로 서버로 전송하는 Proxy agent 망관리구조를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 통합검침을 위한 주요 무선통신 노드인 댁내집속장치와 무선계량미터기관리를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

과학기술 문헌을 활용한 계량정보분석에서 학과정보의 활용은 매유 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 한국과학기술인용색인데이터베이스에 등재된 국내 학술지 논문에 출현하는 대학기관 소속 저자의 학과정보를 추출하고 데이터 정제 및 학과유형 분류 처리를 통해 학과정보 데이터셋을 구축하였다. 학과정보 데이터셋을 학습데이터와 검증데이터로 이용하여 딥러닝 기반의 자동분류 모델을 구현하였으며, 모델 성능 평가 결과는 한글 학과정보 기준 98.6%와 영문 학과정보 기준 97.6%의 정확률로 측정되었다. 향후 과학기술 분야별 지적관계 분석 및 논문 주제분류 등에 학과정보 자동분류 처리기의 활용이 기대된다.

In this paper, we propose a LoRa communication module using the LoRa RF module of Murata Electronics is designed to configure the IoT digital meter remote meter reading and a method of configuring a remote meter reading network by collecting multiple meter data in a DCU (Data Concentrate Unit) to configure a network with LoRaWAN. The developed system can be installed more easily and economically in the network configuration than the existing system by allowing the meter to be directly connected to the network or matched with a DCU to connect to the network according to the configuration of the consumer. The developed system was constructed using a digital water meter as an example, but it can also be applied to remote meter reading of the metered values of other meters such as electricity, water, gas, hot water and calorie meters. The main development contents are the design, configuration, and construction of digital meters, LoRa modules and DCUs, and how to connect the LoRaWAN network and transmit meter data to the server. By networking these devices, the system is configured, and the actual LoRaWAN communication is tested and the result is shown.

The development of Korean urban geography can be divided into several stages including initial stage, transition stage, and maturation stage. If this trend persists, it can be expected that it would turn into the matured stage. This paper intended to recall the research trends from 1960 to 2012, focusing on 686 papers and 177 books published during the last 62 years, and investigated by research areas, study regions, methodologies, and journals in relation to urban geography. Although increasing number of urban geographers has made mutual relationship more complex and diverse, no signs of school formation have yet been seen in Korean urban geography. Large portions of papers have concerned about Seoul Metropolitan Region for their study regions. There have been diversified trends of oversea studies away from the US cities to other cities in various countries. Also, quantitative studies have been increasing their weight since the 2000s. Moreover, articles on the Journal of the Korean Urban Geographical Society have been far surpassed in its number.

하천 및 저수지의 수량자료 수집을 위해 부자식 또는 레이더식 수위계 등의 계측기를 이용하여 수위의 변화를 측정한다. 그러나, 수량 모니터링을 위해 설치되는 계측기와 유지관리를 위한 인력소모 비용의 이유로 일부 지역에서만 제한적으로 수행되고 있어 정확한 수문 해석에 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 저가의 센싱장비와 라즈베리파이를 활용한 ICT 기술을 수량 모니터링분야에 적용하여 수위 모니터링 기술을 개발하고자 한다. 라즈베리파이(Raspberry Pi 3 B Model)는 오픈소스 기반의 초소형 컴퓨터로 여러 센서를 연결하여 다양한 수문 인자(토양수분, 온도, 수위 등)들을 측정할 수 있으며, 통신 모듈이 기본 내장되어 있어 통신망 구축을 통해 측정데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장할 수 있다. 수위센서(eTape)와 초음파센서를 연결하여 실제 하천 유량 모니터링에 활용되고 있는 부자식 수위계 장비와 비교 분석을 통해 활용 가능성을 검증하고자 하였다. 검증방법은 인공강우실험을 위해 설치된 플륨관에 수위센서(eTape)와 초음파센서를 부착하여 기존 운영중인 부자식 수위계와 비교하였다. 부자식 수위계의 측정결과와 두 센서의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 결정계수(R²)가 0.94 이상으로 나타났다. 분석결과와 같이 기존 고가의 수위 관측장비들을 대체하여 저가의 센서 기반 모니터링 장비들의 실용화가 가능할 것이라 판단된다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 센서(수위, 초음파, 카메라 등)를 이용하여 농업용수 물수지 분석에 활용할 계획이다. 농업용수는 수자원 총량 중 차지하는 비율이 높음에도 불구하고 정량적 데이터가 부족한 실정이며, 지역별 공급 특성이 다양하여 이를 계량화하기 위해서는 다수의 계측기가 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 개발중인 센서를 활용하여 물순환 과정의 정량적인 계측을 통해 농업용수의 효율적인 관리 및 농업용수의 하천기여도 평가 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The ground beetles or carabids are essentially predaceous feeding on a wide variety of insects including forest pests, slugs and land snails containing those injurious to livestock or veterinary, thus many are predominantly beneficial and serve as natural enemies. In the present investigation, some morphometric multivariate analysis were done for 9 different populations in 5 subspecies of D. (C.) jankowskii, which are one of the most common ground beetles in Korea As the results, when the comparison was conducted between intraspecific groups regardless of subspecies in external morphological characters, the average group membership revealed 97.46% correct assignment For intersubspecific comparisons alone 96.3% were correctly classified. Between the groups of ssp. jankowskii an average of 100% individuals were classified in their known group. Thus the predict group membership was highly significant(P<0.001), exceeding so-called 'the 75% rule'. Whereas, the average group membership using the male genitalic characters represented less than the 75% assignment, except only in ssp. quelpartianus (85.6%). The population from Is. Chindo were described here as a new subspecies for qualitative as well as the resultant quantitative differences. Therefore, a total of 7 subspecies are represented in Korea. Among them, the nominate subspecies, ssp. jankowskii(sensu lato), revealed distinct intrasubspecific differences between different geographic populations. These differences can be as notable as intersubspecific variation which need substantial revision of the previous intuitional concepts on the infraspecific level.
