The concern of personal and social security has been increased all over the world with each passing day by the international terrorism and the domestic crime of violence grew gradually in the late of 70's and the early of 80's. The Security-Guard Industry, especially, has been growing rapidly by the starting from the 911 terror in 2001, therefore there has been increasing the supply and demand of Security Service in Korea explosively by the reasons, Actually, the Facilities Security Service is increased actively more than the VIP security Service among them. So, most of the Security-Guard Companies in Korea also have treated the Facilities Security Service at present. Although the importance of quality at the Facilities Security Service, especially mechanical equipments and systems, is on the rise, actually the studies about relations with the Service Quality and the Client's Satisfaction are quite insufficient at the field of Security-Guard Science study in the actual situation. As a result, the purposes of this study are to contribute for composing the knowledge of Security-Guard Science and to offer the basic data for elevating the Service Quality and Client's Satisfaction by consulting other studies. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, we compare and analyze how the Service Quality have affect on the difference of Client's Satisfaction by the client's characteristic of sociology and demography, then we find out the effect to the Service Quality for Client's Satisfaction, finally we try to show the vision of the Security-Guard Company's future in Korea. 1. 본 논문에서는 3 축 기계장비의 공간오차를 예측하기 위한 사전 단계로 각 축에 대하여 레일형상오차를 측정하였다. 전용 측정지그를 설계/제작하여 이 지그가 이동함에 따라 혼합축차이점법을 이용하여 레일형상오차를 측정하였다. 레일형상오차로부터 테이블 운동오차를 예측하고, 이와 더불어 각 축 사이의 직각도 오차를 측정한 후 이로부터 최종적으로 3 축 장비에 대한 공간오차를 평가할 예정이다. 예측된 공간오차는 실제 레이저를 이용한 공간오차 측정방법을 이용하여 검증할 예정이다.

본 연구에서는 근적외선대역의 광원을 이용하여 생체측정 시 에러로 작용하는 피하지방층의 두께를 추정하는 방법의 가능성에 대해 검토한다. 현재까지 피하지방층의 두께측정을 위해서는 초음파장비나 CT, Dexa 장비 등 고가의 장비로 측정을 하는방법 이외는 특별한 수단이 없는 것이 현실이다. 정확한 측정을 위해 피하지방층의 두께를 제거하는 것이 일반적인 연구의 목적이나 본 연구에서는 이들 피하지방 두께 측정을 최근 주목받고 있는 건강에 적용하고자 한다. 본 연구의 피하지방층의 두께추정방법의 가능성이 보여진다면 체지방측정에 있어 몸 전체의 체지방을 추측하는 방식인 BIA방식의 체지방측정방법과 비교하여 특정부위에 대한 피하지방층 측정도 가능할 것이라는 기대도 할 수 있다.

현재 많은 전력계통용 보호제어 벤더들은 변전소 자동화 국제표준 프로토콜인 IEC 61850을 적용한 전력 장비들을 개발하여 변전소에 적용하고 있다. 이러한 많은 장비들은 표준화된 IEC 61850 프로토콜을 적용하여 상호 호환성을 유지하였으며, 기존에 적용되고 있는 표준화된 기술들을 채택하고 있다. 변전소 장비들은 정밀한 시간 동기를 위해서 표준화된 시각 동기 프로토콜인 SNTP(Simple Network Time Protocol)나 NTP(Network Time Protocol)를 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IEC 61850 프로토콜을 적용한 IED가 시각 동기 장치로부터 시간 동기화되는 방안에 대해 연구하였다.

A highly sophisticated expertise and systematic and integrated management of security operation are essential for a crowded stadium. a special object of security guarding. Nonetheless, the recent incident in a singing concert hall reveals the overall problem like the lacking safety management system. lacking deployment of professional security personnel, absence of safety manuals and safety measures, as well as the lack of professionalism of private sector security companies. In this study, we presented three categories that needed improvement, like the legal and institutional improvement, improvement of policy and improvement of operation which are required to set up the model to operate the optimal private sector security duties. For the revision of law and institution for a better and more desirable method, we discussed the revision of related laws and regulations pursuant to the security operation at places where events are held, including the revision of law on security guarding work, regulation on common housing management, uniformity of security guarding, and law on performance. For the improvement of policies, we discussed the introduction of security consultants, strengthening the security instructor system, expansion of relevant organizations, establishment of mutual cooperation, privatization of profitable events, improvement of awareness about the security activities provided by private sector, policy for the professionalism of private security operation, expansion of security exhibition and seminar. For the improvement of operation. we discussed professional security techniques. such as the technique of security consulting, the application of CPTED technique, the technique for the integration of system, the method of operation, the establishment of a system to support public security operations and volunteers, establishment of a manual for security guarding performance, modernization and high tech-oriented equipment, organization of security guarding entity in which the industry, academic society and government participates together.

영화 '아바타'를 계기로 다양한 입체영화의 등장과 3D TV의 대중화로 인해 입체영화를 비롯한 입체 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 또한 MS사의 '키넥트'가 인기를 끌면서 사용자와 영상 콘텐츠 간의 상호작용 기술이 게임을 중심으로 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 본고에서는 입체영상을 제작하는데 있어서 필요한 촬영 기술 및 관련 장비의 현황 및 스테레오 입체영상의 색감일치 기술의 현황을 소개하고자 한다. 아울러 영상 콘텐츠와 사용자 간의 상호작용을 위한 비전 기반의 상호작용 기술 및 장비의 현황에 대해서도 살펴본다.

These days, the aerospace industry uses larger machining parts and assembly parts than those in the past. The assembly machines also show the same trend. This study is concerned with the alignment measuring apparatus for the B-axis of a separated multi-axis machine. The alignment measuring apparatus is widely installed for assembly machines in the aircraft assembly process. The alignment measuring apparatus consists of a swivel part and a measuring part. This is a new conceptual idea under patent. All elements of the alignment measuring apparatus are analyzed with the FEM. The analyzed result shows that the alignment measuring apparatus is high in accuracy with stability and steady deformation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the types and state of the private sector's cooperative activities for public peace and order and any problems with it in an effort to step up the revitalization of police-college collaborative efforts for public security by allowing police studies majors and security science majors to participate in crime prevention activities for which the police was responsible in each local community. What problems might possibly take place if police studies majors and security science majors would be involved in crime prevention activities was investigated by making a qualitative analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, more human resources and equipment should be offered, as the shortage of the two was pointed out as one of problems with the police itself. Second, how to cope with accidents that might occur if police studies majors and security science majors would take part in crime prevention activities should carefully be studied. Third, it should first be carried out at college to improve an ability to properly respond to diverse situations on the spot.

Various terrorism in modern society against nation's dignitaries are constantly existing. They damage severely to the society and the nation's security, and they cause disorganizations of social and national rule orders. In order to provide the key figures' perfect protection, the threatening terroizing environment for primary leaders and the route of terrorism should be intercepted. Effective methods of these are summarized as follow. First, recent terrorism against the primary leaders are mostly assassinations, bomb attacks, and suicide bomb attacks, which terminate in a moment. Therefore, security service agents should keep in mind that protection is the best, and government's anti-terrorism agencies should develop policies and set the directions within a new paradigm to the advance anti-terrorism. Second, advance prevention activities against nation's VIP terrorism should be strengthened, such as strengthening security informational activities, constructing cooperative systems of domestic and international facilities, considering continuous system to prevent terrorism, and intensifying safety counterplans of human and material weak points. Third, international cooperative system should be set to apply economical and political sanctions to nations which support terror organizations in direct or indirect ways, and this system needs to strengthen the punishment against terrorists. Fourth, security systems to protect nation's primary leaders should complement, and developing programs for coping with the terrorism and establishing laws for anti-terrorism should be made. Also, educational training of agents who perform anti-terrorism duties should be strengthened, and scientific techniques and equipment for security should be made to protect primary leaders from terrorism.

VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)란 음성 데이터를 IP 데이터그램 방식으로 기존 인터넷망을 통해 전달해 주는 기술을 말한다. 기존 인터넷망을 이용하여 음성 데이터를 전달해 줌으로써 기존의 음성 전화 서비스에서 사용되던 회선비용을 크게 절감할 수 있다는 점은 VoIP의 장점 중 하나이다. 그런데 VoIP를 기존의 인터넷망에 그대로 적용하기에는 VoIP에서 사용되는 프로토콜의 특성으로 인해 어려움이 따르게 된다. 즉, 기존의 인터넷망에서 사용되고 있는 방화벽과 NAT(Network Address Translator)장비는 보안을 위해서는 필수적인 요소들 이지만, VoIP의 통신 입장에서는 음성 데이터의 원활한 통신을 방해하는 요소로 작용을 하게 된다. 이러한 문제는 VoIP 통신에 사용되는 시그널링 프로토콜인 H.323과 SIP 프로토콜의 연결 설정과 데이터 전송에 사용되는 동작 방식이 방화벽과 NAT장비의 기능에 충돌하는 점 때문에 발생하게 된다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷망을 그대로 사용하면서 VoIP의 통신이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하기 위해서는 이러한 문제의 해결이 반드시 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 Firewall/NAT Traversal 문제 해결을 위해 연구되던 기법들에 대해 살펴보고, 새로운 구조를 제시한다.
