The purpose of this study was to understand social enterprise business operations experience converted from a self-sufficient enterprise. In-depth interviews with representatives of the 4 recycling social enterprises from self-sufficient enterprise which located in Chungbuk province were performed to collect data and analyzed by grounded theory method. As a result, configured 88 concepts and classified into 28 sub-categories 12 categories. According to a paradigm model, Core category, conditions, strategies and consequences were derived from the grounded theory. Especially, the core concept of enterprise management experience of the participants was 'An effort to overcome the harsh business conditions by pursuing sense of community and trying to secure its own competitiveness'. Based on the result, practical and policy proposal for management of the social enterprises were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to identify the actual condition of poly-victimization and examine the difference in the levels of psychological adaptation and delinquency by victimization types among adolescents. A total 6,174 cases from '2013 Adolescent Deviant Behaviors and Policy Issues' of NYPI was used for the analysis. Main findings are that 8.3% of adolescents exposed to more than two types of victimization and 2.1% of them experienced more than three types of victimization. There were significant differences in the levels of psychological adaptation and delinquency by victimization types. Study findings were discussed in terms of implications for research and intervention of adolescent poly-victimization.

Although the start-up companies in the manufacturing industry have a great job creation effect, there is a lack of research on start-up and development in the manufacturing industry. Using a sample of 201 in manufacturing start-up companies, we proposed that founder's experience and technical competencies will positively influence performance in manufacturing star-up companies. We also proposed that founder's technical competence will mediate the relationship between founder's experience and performance. The results of this study supported most of our hypotheses, implying that founder's experience and technical competence could be crucial especially in the beginning stage of manufacturing start-up companies.

What difference does the metaverse experience have from the real world? This study investigated the effect of space size and dialogue topic on metaverse user experience. The results from a 3(space size: reality vs. metaverse in an open room vs. metaverse in a closed room) x 2(dialogue topic: positive vs. negative) mixed factorial design experiment (N = 75) revealed statistically significant effects of space on responsiveness, and dialogue topic on closeness. This result implies that designing metaverse for non-immersive devices should include careful considerations regarding the characteristics of the user's real space.

This study aimed to explore the life experiences of youth with intellectual disabilities in residential facilities. The residential facilities in this study include large scale residential facilities where many residents live and a group home where a few residents live. This study used a qualitative research method; the youth participants were selected from the recommendations of professional groups, and interviewed using the focus group and individual interview methods. In addition, social workers and parents were interviewed to complement interviews of youth with intellectual disabilities. According to the results, the following main themes were extracted from the experiences of youth with intellectual disabilities who live in residential facilities: 'restricted lives by strict rules', 'limitation of individual lives and choice experiences', 'not being respected' at large scale residential facilities, and 'starting independent living', 'a still hardship of independence', 'a tranquil life like home', 'difficulties of communal living' at the group home. Also, they have common experiences in both types of residential facilities: 'depending on each other', 'missing their family', 'being excluded from peer groups at school', 'not wanting to be known as living at residential facilities'. The implication of this study results are for the policy making, and the actual practices were discussed focusing on their right and well-being.

This study was conducted to evaluate changes in self-awareness in response to dating members of the opposite sex among college students. The point of view of college students who have experienced the dating, it has put the purpose of clarifying the nature of the change in the strength and self-awareness. To accomplish this, interviews of 18 people who met the study criteria were conducted. This study was a qualitative investigation. Respondents were placed in one of five categories: 'change in perception of role', 'understanding of communication skills', 'strengthened coping ability', 'behavioral change in emotion regulation', or 'awareness of self-maturity'. Changes in perceptions experienced by college students through dating were shown to improve the quality of college students' future life and applied in the strength to adapt to social life. Therefore, the significance of this study was discovered a positive outcome in the individuals' life, trying to present the grounds that to strengthen the various regions.

The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the meaning of training and counselling experiences of life planning counselors for the later life. This study analyzed the meaning of training and counselling experiences of counselors and tried to structure the meaning of their experiences. The qualitative research was conducted with 12 counselors who got the license after completing life planning training and do counselling. This study found 4 categories, 15 sub-categories and 50 concepts. These results analyzed are : 1) Motivation of participating in life planning counselor training for the later life ; 2) Training experience of life planning counselor for the later life ; 3) Counselling experience as a life planning counselor for the later life ; and 4) Way to improve capacity as a life planning counselor for the later life. According to these results, this study proposed practice and policy suggestions to improve training curriculum, working process and building capacity of counsellors. Lastly, this study stated the limitation and significance of the study and also suggested another proposal for a follow-up study.

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of the teaching experience of middle school physical education teachers, listening to in-depth statements related to teaching experience based on the physical education teacher's teaching identity, and analyzing the meaningful content and meaning structure found therein. The study participants were four current middle school physical education teachers. The research method used Colaizzi's phenomenological method to analyze the meaning structure through in-depth interviews with research participants, group interviews, additional interviews, and field records. In order to solve the research questions, the interviews were conducted as semi-structured interviews, and the individual interviews were terminated when there were no more duplicate cases or similar phenomena related to teaching experience. As a result of the study, the meaning of experience was constructed based on narrative statements through interviews with research participants, and a collection of 2 items, 6 categories, and 12 themes were extracted by exploring concepts from the constructed meaning. The reasons for going into the teaching profession were categorized into 'motivation' and 'beliefs', and the meaning of teaching experience was categorized into 'mission', 'relationships', 'exhaustion', and 'overcoming'. In conclusion, although the research participants faced numerous difficulties, they experienced challenges and recovery by pursuing the joy and value of sharing within the school community.

Stock information applications allow users to look up and find current stock information whenever and wherever. This study researched what kind of user experience the finance experts get when using these applications and what they suggest. The research was conducted through an in-depth interview of 8 finance experts, who worked minimum of three years, and used both Kakao Stock and JeungGwon Tong, the most used stock information applications, for a minimum duration of six months. The results show the user experience of Kakao Stock rated a bit higher than JeungGwon Tong. Since the objective of such applications are to show stock informations, the experts all rated the pleasurable and meaningful aspects rather low. They suggested, the developers should provide a more advanced and accurate information. They also suggested user interest recognized content be presented along with more convenient user interface to elevate usability. Hopefully, this study becomes a base to further study of user experience of various on and offline stock information services and they become a reference to develop a service with great user experience.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of user experience on Facebook acceptance behavior and advertising acceptance behavior. For the study, a survey was conducted among 367 male and female college students who use Facebook. In the results, first, functionality, usability, and pleasurable had positive effects on Facebook attitude, usability and pleasurable on flow, and reliability, usability, and pleasurable on the intent for continuous use. Second, functionality had a negative effect on advertising invasiveness while pleasurable had a positive effect on advertising attitude and no significant effect on advertising avoidance. The findings in this study provide basic data that can be used by various companies that use Facebook and advertising on Facebook for developing marketing strategy. In addition, future studies are expected on considering various variables related to user experience.
