  • This study focuses on the mediated effect of value of children with a purpose of examining the influence of maternal family-of-origin. A group of 247 mothers having young children in the age of 3 to 5 years participated in a survey which is consisted of the scale of family-of-origin experiences, parenting attitude and value of children. The study results show four aspects: First, family-of-origin experiences have positive effect on value of children. Second, maternal value of children also appears to be positive on parenting attitude. Third, family-of-origin experiences have positive effect on parenting attitude. Lastly, value of children shows mediated effect between family-of-origin experience and parenting attitude. In other words, having high level of positive awareness in family-of-origin experiences brings positive value of children, and the value of children brings positive effect on parenting attitude. Therefore, multilateral measures and methodical supports are needed to develop positive value of children, and consideration on father is required as a joint partner of rearing children.

  • This study aims to analyze communication and experiences between public libraries and to identify these factors affect user satisfaction. Customer experience management (CEM), which is currently used in various fields of management and marketing, was applied to segment and analyze user experiences. After reviewing CEM research in marketing and management to derive user experience points, set physical environment, human factors, communication, and service as independent variables, emotional pleasure as parameters, and user satisfaction as dependent variables. Based on this, questionnaire items were constructed. The survey method was conducted in two ways, online and offline (face-to-face), and statistical analysis was performed based on a total of 60 questionnaires collected. The results indicate the higher the user's experience with the physical environment and convenience, the higher the satisfaction level, but library accessibility had no significant effect. In addition, library staff attitude and problem-solving ability had a great influence on user satisfaction, and problem-solving ability had a more important influence than kindness and emotional pleasure was found to have an mediating effect.

  • Carbonated drinks are a kind of drink that is popular in our daily lives and are sold mainly among young people. There are many brands of carbonated drinks currently on sale, and most of them emphasize the distinction of texture, and brand images and packages have further commercialized package design as a whole. It is necessary to increase the emotional experience of soda package design, which can increase the added value of the brand. Sensibility is the most common psychological experience in humans and is the subjective experience and feeling of things. By combining the emotional experience with the package design of carbonated drinks, it provides more emotional user experience while purchasing carbonated drinks, realizing diversification of product package designs and satisfying consumers' emotional needs. This paper first examines the package design of carbonated drinks, I hope it will be an implication if you increase the emotional experience of soda package design.

  • The study was conducted to analyze the extent of students' creativity through the use of scaffolding composed of different kinds of experience in making insights on problem solving and to investigate the function of a new scaffolding type which is not used in accomplishing a phase of activity but in having an insight. The students' achievements in problem solving given the scaffolding for on-site experience were compared with those given the scaffolding using stories. Also, the extent of creativity of the first- and sixth- grade students using the two types of scaffolding were investigated as they carried out picture completion task from TTCT. The results of the study showed that the control groups not given the scaffolding in post-test did not advance in creativity but experimental groups given the scaffolding showed improvement in some subordinate elements after scaffolding. Moreover, scaffolding using stories were more effective in enhancing the students' creativity than the scaffolding using on-site experience.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of gender difference in injury experience on biomechanical variables of lower extremity during two leg drop landing. 20 male(injury experience=8, non-injury experience=12) and 20 female(injury experience=11, non-Injury Experience=9) in their 20's were selected as subjects. Two-way mixed ANOVA was performed on the biomechanical variables obtained from the two leg drop landing in a 45cm height box and post-test was performed with bonferroni adjustment(p <.05). The results of this study suggest that the group of female who injury experience could induce the reduction of the peak vertical ground reaction force by increasing the valgus and internal rotation of the knee joint and flexion and internal rotation of the hip joint. In the INE(injury non-experienced) female group, the peak knee flexion angle was the smallest, as well as the flexion of the hip joint and the external rotation angle, and the peak vertical ground reaction force was the highest. On the other hand, the INE female group showed high vertical ground reaction force because they did not utilize the knee and hip joints relatively than the IE(injury experienced) female group, this means that it is relatively exposed to the risk of injury. Therefore, it was found that gender difference in injury experience is a factor affecting factors of knee and hip joint movement and peak vertical GRF(ground reaction force).

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of experiential avoidance on the relationships between life stress, depression and smartphone addiction in nursing college students. This study was conducted using a descriptive survey design. Participants were 283 nursing college students attending freshmen and sophomore yearsat one university in Jeollanam-do. Data were collected from September 1 to 15, 2015 using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, hierarchical regression and Sobel test with SPSS 21.0. There were significant positive correlations between life stress, depression, smartphone addiction and experiential avoidance. Experiential avoidance partially mediated the relationship between life stress and depression of nursing students. Additionally, experiential avoidance partially mediated the relationship between their life stress and smartphone addiction. The results show that experiential avoidance plays a key role in psychopathology and grows with depression and smartphone addiction. Based on the present findings, nursing interventions should be developed to decrease experiential avoidance, with additional consideration towards the relationship between life stress and experiential avoidance, in order to prevent depression and smartphone addiction among nursing college students.

  • While venture creation is considered to be of high social and economic importance, entrepreneurial outcomes are inherently uncertain and that failure is thus a central feature of entrepreneurship. Although failure in entrepreneurship is pervasive and critical, the impact of prior failure on future entrepreneurship has not received significant attention in the literature. Although failure is a painful and costly experience for entrepreneurs, it can also provide a powerful learning opportunity for those experiencing it. It has been argued that entrepreneurial failure is not just a individual problem but a matter of social concern. As part of the restarting business support system, entrepreneurial re-education program is provided to support failed entrepreneurs. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of failed entrepreneurs' prior entrepreneurial experience and re-education on subsequent venture creation. Moreover, this study also examined the moderating effects of entrepreneurial motivation. For the analyses, we surveyed the entrepreneurs who tried to re-start the subsequent business after the entrepreneurial failure through the "Revitalization Center for Strained Entrepreneur". The result found that failed entrepreneurs who learned a lot from their previous founding experience were more likely to re-start their subsequent business. The failed entrepreneurs who learned a lot from entrepreneurial re-education program were more likely to re-start their subsequent business. Moreover, the positive effect of failed entrepreneurs' previous founding experience and entrepreneurial re-education program on re-starting subsequent business was found to be weaker when entrepreneurial extrinsic motivation was high.
