Competition & Collaboration : Why people share location context information? (경쟁과 협력 : 사람들은 왜 위치 맥락 정보를 공유하는가? 위치기반 소셜네트워크서비스(LBSNS) 사용자의 공동 경험에 관한 탐색적 모형에 관한 연구)

  • Why people share location context information? The purpose of our study is that why users share location context information and which factors is related to co-experiences in LBSNS. Through an exploratory approach, first, we conducted a qualitative study in order to understand experiences among people in LBSNS and analyzed according to Grounded Theory. As a result, we found concepts regarding co-experiences cooperatively and competitively in LBSNS. Second, the theoretical model of co-experience was constructed by mediating perceived empathy based on theoretical foundation. In this study, theoretically, we suggested exploratory research model of co-experiences in LBSNS. Practically, designers could adopt concepts in terms of competition and collaboration among users to build co-experience of LBSNS services as its guidelines.

Visualization Tool Design for Searching Process of Particle Swarm Optimization (Particle Swarm Optimization 탐색과정의 가시화를 위한 툴 설계)

  • To solve the large scale optimization problem approximately, various approaches have been introduced. Recently the Particle Swarm Optimization has been introduced. The Particle Swarm Optimization simulates the process of birds flocking or fish schooling for food, as with the information of each agent is skated by other agents. The Particle Swarm Optimization technique has been applied to various optimization problems whose variables are continuous. However, there are seldom trials for visualization of searching process. This paper proposes a new visualization tool for searching process of Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm. The proposed tool is effective for understanding the searching process of Particle Swarm Optimization method and educational for students. The computational results can be shown tiny and very helpful for education.

Information acquisition and searching in hypertext: Comparison Between adults and children (하이퍼텍스트상의 정보획득과 성인과 아동의 정보탐색)

  • This study investigated information acquisition from hypertext and the difference of searching behavior between adults and children. In experiment 1. we compared the amount of information acquisition from the hypertext to that of the printed text. The result showed that the performance in printed text was better than in hypertext. However. the performance of experienced (in the internet) participant showed no difference between the hypertext and the printed text. Experiment 2 compared the information-searching behavior of the adults and children in the hypertext environment. The results showed that adults performed the information-searching faster than children, yet there was no difference in the proportion of correct responses of the two groups. However. children who were more experienced in the internet and produced right answers to the 7th level questions in depth performed better and faster than the adults who were not. These results suggest that the experience in the internet is the most important factor in the searching of the wanted information.

  • 대학의 게임개발 프로젝트에서 QA를 수행하기 위해 필요한 테스트 베이시스를 확보하기 쉽지 않다는 문제가 있다. 이렇게 테스트 베이시스가 부족한 경우 경험기반 테스트 기법이 대안이 될 수 있다. 탐색적 테스팅은 경험기반 테스트 기법 중에서도 체계화가 되어 있는 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 탐색적 테스팅을 활용할 경우에 필요한 탐색적 테스팅 수행 절차와 보고서 양식을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 QA 프로세스와 양식은 실제 게임개발 프로젝트에서 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.

The Effect of Consumers' Need for Uniqueness (CNFU) on Attitude Formation toward Experience versus Search Attributes of Products (소비자의 독특함에 대한 욕구가 제품의 경험적 및 탐색적 특징에 대한 태도 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The influence of information on other's preference on one's attitude formation can vary with consumer's uniqueness motive and product attributes. When high-CNFU individuals are given the information on the preference of others toward an experience attribute, the uniqueness aspect of their self-identity is aroused. As conforming to others' preference causes concern that their uniqueness-related self-esteem is threatened, they contrast away from the majority. On the other hand, they form their attitude toward search attributes regardless of the preference of others. In contrast, for low-CNFU individuals, knowing the majority's choice of experience attributes does not arouse the uniqueness aspect of their self-identity and not threaten their self-esteem. Thus, they tend to conform to the majority regardless of the type of product attributes. This study suggests whether or not the attribute signals the identity of a person as another criterion that distinguishes experience and search attributes. The results imply that when targeting a consumer with a strong desire for uniqueness, it would be more effective for a company to develop features that are not popular.

  • In the modern society, as development innovative technology consumers could access various information. It make consumers empower in the market, and information asymmetry problem were solving more and more. In the technical information, however, there are still information asymmetry because technical information is very difficult to understand, and those are related with professional knowledge such as financial information. This study used the dataset which was collected to track Korean consumers consumption index by KCA(Korea Consumer Agency) which included consumer's problem experience at financial field. The results are followings. Firstly, consumers want to get exact and important information to decide purchase or not and comparative information in technical information area. Secondly, age is the influence variable to experience more problems in technical information section. Thirdly, consumer's subjective financial competency is major influence factor to reduce problem experience.

  • Augmented Reality(AR) has been further developed through connectivity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, the Internet of Things(IoT). The interest of AR in the advertising is on the increase. However, it needs to explore the use of AR technology in advertising based on user experience rather than the technical aspects. This study is very significant in that it is the exploratory study which provides guidelines in the field of utilizing AR, particularly based on direct user experience. In addition, through a quantitative survey, it checks the validity of the present study to verify the impact of utilitarian, experiential value of AR ad on brand attitude as consumer attitude. The characteristics of AR ad based on user experience through this study will provide guidance to utilize AR ad, utilizing AR technology in various fields, such as education and exhibitions in developing convergence contents that can provide practical value.

지식학습 능력을 갖는 전문가 시스템

  • 전문가 시스템 개발과정에서 완전한 경험적 규칙들을 얻는 것은 극히 어려운 작업이다. 전문가들이 확고한 경험적 규칙들을 얻기위해서는 오랜 시간이 걸리며, 그 얻어진 지식조차 확신할 수 없다. 또한 같은 분야 지식도 전문가들 사이에서 큰 차이를 보일 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서 전문가 시스템이 보다 완전한 지식베이스를 얻어, 주어진 영역에서 기존의 고도 전문가 수준의 전문성을 갖는 완전한 전문가로 활약하기 위해서는 지식 배제, 둘째 기존의 경험적 탐색 공간은 물론 보다 다양한 문제 해결 전략이 가능한 심층적 탐색공간을 제공하여 그로부터 새로운 문제 해결 지식을 학습하는 자기 학습기능이 필요하다. 본지에서는 이러한 자기학습 기능을 갖는 전문가 시스템의 알고리즘을 검토하였다. 그리고 끝으로 전력계통에 대한 적용예로서 전압제어 전문가 시스템을 설명하였다. 아직 전문가 시스템의 자기학습 기능의 구현은 초보적 연구에 머물고 있으며, 그들의 학습 능력조차 낮은 수준에 불과하다. 그러나 전문가 시스템 연구자들은 기존 전문가 시스템의 문제점과 그 적응능력의 중요성을 인식하고 있기 때문에 보다 진보된 개념(데이타들로부터 이론과 원리를 학습하는)이 도입된 자기학습 전문가 시스템의 적용연구는 앞으로 여러분야에서 폭넓게 이루어 질 것으로 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to define determinants of tourists' behavior focused on tourism omni-channel and to verify the relationship between tourism information search motivation, tourism omni-channel satisfaction, tourism experience and perceived risk. We presented the hypotheses including ease of use, trust and satisfaction and also analyzed the moderator effects of tourism experience and perceived risk(financial risk, psychological risk) variables. For an accuracy of expected results, we focused on survey with 298 respondents. Based upon prior studies, it is meaningful that this study verified 1) the positive relationship between tourism information search motivation and tourism omni-channel satisfaction and 2) the significant moderating effect of financial risk on the relationship between tourism information search motivation and tourism omni-channel satisfaction.

  • 본 논문에서는 확률적인 전역 최적화 알고리즘인 유전 알고리즘과 경험적인 최적화 알고리즘인 타부 탐색법을 병렬화함으로써 최적해 탐색성능 및 탐색속도를 개선하는 방안을 개발하였다. 배전계통의 주변압기에서 고장이 발생한 경우에는 여러 정전구역에 대한 복구문제가 되어 매우 복잡하고 많은 연산량을 수반한다. 따라서 제안한 고장복구 알고리즘은 PC 클러스트링을 이용하여 각 프로세서별로 유전 알고리즘 또는 타부 탐색법을 사용하여 최적해를 탐색한 후 일정 기간 이후에 해를 교환함으로써 배전계통에서의 주변압기 고장발생시 최적해 탐색에 소요되는 시간을 단축하였으며 고장복구 지원시스템의 성능개선을 도모하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 유용성을 입증하기 위하여 한전의 실 배전계통 주변압기 고장복구 문제에 적용함으로써 제안한 알고리즘이 해의 탐색속도 및 해의 성능면에서 우수함을 입증하였다.
