This study aims to establish a strategic NSDI (National Spatial Data Infrastructure) model for developing countries based on good practices in the Republic of Korea. The Republic of Korea is a unique country in the world, which has become a developed country from a recipient of international aid since the Korean War in 1950. The rapid economic growth can be mostly attributed to the IT technologies and the Republic of Korea's NSDI efforts as a good practice could provide useful lessons for developing countries. This study consists of theoretical reviews, interviews of Korean NSDI experts, analysis for lessons learned, a summary of the lessons in terms of Six NSDI components and finally a strategic NSDI model for developing countries. The NSDI model is structured by (1) implementation strategies suggested for geospatial data, capacity building, geospatial platform, and cost-effective management with partnership, (2) a roadmap of important NSDI tasks and activities, and finally, (3) a harmonized approach for successful NSDI implementation.

The aim of this paper is to clarify the difference between the concept of deduction-induction and Aristotle's concept of syllogismos-epagoge. First, Aristotle does not use the expression 'invalid syllogismos'. But a valid deduction is distinguished from a invalid deduction in modern logic. Second, from Aristotle's point of view syllogismos is paralleled by epagoge. Because syllogismos is equivalent to epagoge in logical form. But a disturbing lack of parallelism exists between deduction and induction by which the standards for establishing inductive conclusions are more demanding than those for deductive ones. Third, instructors in introductory logic courses ordinarily stress the need to evaluate arguments first in terms of the strength of the conclusion relative to the premises. Accordingly, students may be told to assume that premises are true. But Aristotle does not assume that premises are true. A syllogismos start from the conceptually true premise and a epagoge start from the empirically true premise.

The purpose of this study is to verify whether the concept of time conveys meanings similar to nonverbal communicative elements in foreign language education. This study surveys cultural traits of time from the French cultural education perspective. Anthropologist Edward T. Hall points out that each cultural community has developed a different perception of time and experience, and that time conveys the meaningful message nonverbally similar to the nonverbal elements such as space, gesture, eye movement, and facial expression. I investigated the time experiences of a drinking party in France and in Korea, from a cultural relativistic point of view. The subject of a drinking party was chosen on the ground that a drinking party is highly related to most people's daily lives and it also indicates how they have a relationship with others. I sought a new direction in foreign language cultural education by analyzing how cultural differences between the two communities, especially the relationships between individuals and organisations, ways to separate leisure and labor, and the nonverbal elements, are presented in the two drinking parties.

Flow is a concept closely related to intrinsic motivation and is considered a positive factor in sports performance in sports psychology. The purpose of this study was to confirm the addictive nature of Flow through previous studies and propose a new hypothesis that Flow may decrease intrinsic motivation in the long term, unlike previous studies. In line with adaptation level theory and the law of diminishing marginal utility, the satisfaction derived from Flow is continuously decreasing. At some point, the individual's progress is limited and they reach a point where they no longer experience FLOW. However, the individual will continue to try because the desire to experience FLOW again exists. However, failure to experience FLOW and repeated failure will lead to sadness, which will decrease intrinsic motivation.

In this study I defined the direction Integrated Science Education(ISE) should take. So that I groped for the direction ISE should take in the inherent nature of science and education, analyzing their respective validity from philosophical and psychological angles. Based upon these researches, I formulated the three directions for ISE to take; knowledge-centered, social problem-centered, and individual interest-centered. The results of this thesis may be summed up as follows: 1. The knowledge-centered ISE that thinks the inherent nature of science is in the scientific knowledge is based upon Hirst's integrated logic which is built on discipline-centered educational viewpoint. Now, the focus of interdisciplinary integration consists in clarifying the meanings of knowledge and the logical relations between one knowledge and another according to the respective form of exploration. The knowledge-centered ISE, therefore, was analyzed to find its justification in the educational philosophy of idealism, realism, neo-scholasticism; in the educational theories of essentialism, behaviorism, perennial ism; in the scientific philosophy of empiricism. positivism; in the educational psychology of developmental psychology and constructivism. 2. The social problem-centered ISE that thinks the inherent nature of science is the process of social concord is based upon Dewey's integrated logic which is built on experience-centered educational viewpoint. Now, the focus of interdisciplinary integration consists in the methodological aspect facilitating the process of experience. The social problem-centered ISE, therefore, was analyzed to find its theoretical justification in the educational philosophy of pragmatism; in the educational theory of progressivism; in the scientific philosophy of relativism and rationalism; and in the educational psychology of developmental psychology and constructivism. 3. The individual interest-centered ISE is based upon Patterson's integrated logic which is built on human-centered educational viewpoint. The focus of education here is self-realization. Therefore, rather than provide in learning conditions from outside, one is made to choose them oneself and the process of satisfying one's motive is emphasized. The individual interest-centered ISE, therefore, was analyzed to find its theoretical justification in the educational philosophy of existentialism; in the educational theory of humanism; in the scientific philosophy of relativism; and in Gestalt psychology.

From the digital perspective, customer journey and customer experience management are emerging as important issues for companies. While digital customer experience has become more important due to the recent surge in online sales of the home appliance products, customers' experience in online is not differentiated as offline-focused traditional methods are maintained. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and mutual influences of customer experiences at each stage of online purchase journey, and to explore the effects on the product repurchase intention, focusing on online purchasers of home appliance which are high-involvement products. As a result, both cognitive and affective experiences of the research phase directly affect satisfaction, whereas affective experience at the purchasing stage indicated indirect effects through cognitive experience. The experience of the research phase positively affects the next phase, the purchasing experience, and the experience of the purchasing phase leads to the intention to repurchase the product. However, it is also found that, depending on the choice of online channels, the experience of research phase may affect the product repurchase intention than the purchase experience.

댐 및 이와 관련된 시설은 일반 공공 시설에 비해 수명이 긴 것이 특징이다. 최근 이러한 댐 시설은 준공 후 30년에서 50년 가까이 경과한 것이 많아 지금까지 경험한 적이 없는 하드웨어적, 소프트웨어적 관점에서의 노후화 및 시설 관리 문제가 현실화될 가능성이 점증하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 기존 국내 외 연구를 살펴보면 시스템 도입 측면에서의 연구가 많다: (1) 다양한 고용량의 데이터를 통합 관리하기 위한 시스템, (2) 댐 준공까지의 기존 정보를 효율적으로 열람 검색 할 수 있는 시스템, (3) 댐 관리 대장 시스템 등. 그러나 근본적인 관점에서 살펴보면 이러한 시스템 도입 조차 사람의 운용, 재료 및 설비의 구매, 그리고 시스템의 운용 등을 위한 재원의 조달이 근간이라 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 재정조달의 관점에서 국내외 댐 유지관리비 산정기준 사례를 비교 검토하고자 한다.

미디어 융합과 포화의 문화에서 미디어의 전경과 미디어를 매개로한 문화는 과거와 다른 새롭고 다양한 양상으로 전개되고 있다. 하나의 미디어는 고립되어 존재하지 않으며, 다른 미디어들과의 관계 속에서 형성되고 이용자 수준에서는 다양한 미디어들과 연계를 통해 새로운 경험과 문화를 형성한다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 디지털 카메라와 디지털 사진 이미지를 미디어와 미디어 이용의 차원에서 이론적으로 또 경험적으로 접근하고 설명하려는 한 시도이다. 디지털 카메라는 미디어로서 과거와 동시대의 다른 미디어들과의 관계 속에서 미디어 및 관련기술들의 발달에 따른 영향을 주고받으며 더 나은 카메라로 개선되고 카메라 이상의 또 다른 미디어로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이용자 수준에서 디지털 카메라로 생산된 디지털 사진 이미지는 미디어들의 연계를 통해 관리, 유포, 감상, 소비되면서 다양한 유형의 경험과 새로운 이미지 문화를 형성하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 카메라의 변화에 대한 이론적 분석과 디지털 카메라 이용자들에 대한 미디어 이용 조사를 통해 하나의 미디어로서 디지털 카메라가 다른 미디어들과 어떤 관계를 맺고 있으며, 이용자 수준에서 디지털 사진을 매개로한 미디어 연계를 분석했다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 미디어 융합과 포화의 문화에서 미디어 변화와 미디어 연계의 한 사례를 설명하고자 한다.

The holistic approach to the variables that influence people's information problem-solving abilities is relatively scant compared to the importance of the issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the socio-psychological factors that have an influence on the information problem-solving abilities of youths, and finally to analyze how these factors influence the information problem-solving abilities of youths. In order to identify the critical socio-psychological factors, related literature was reviewed and the model framework for this research was constructed based on the resulting factors and socio-psychological theories.

Information gathered through experience transforms into knowledge and such knowledge becomes a foundation for intuitive decisions. Based on such background, the following study investigates intuitive decision making on basic elements needed for design concepts and visual conceptualizations. The study consist two phases. first, 12 structural elements of a digital camera and relation between each elements were arranged intuitively on a board. Next, sketches were generated with relationship of structural elements in mind. As a result of the study, concept with intuitive decisions effect structural thinking, various developments, specific operation methods , and sketch expressions. However, study also revealed that the freedom of human emotions don't accord with the qualification map.
