A study on User experience Satisfaction Factors of Subscription Service (구독 서비스의 사용자 경험 만족도 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the satisfaction factors of user experience of 'Unlimited subscription service' among subscription services and analyze them based on economic and cultural perspectives. By recruiting the '20-'30s who had experienced using service, they attended a survey which was based on the reconstructed honeycomb model of Peter Morville. As a result of the survey, in terms of economic perspective, cost of service, and the ease of subscription inflow were the main satisfaction factors. From a cultural perspective, the familiarity with service and belief and experience of sharing content with people around them were the main satisfaction factors. Therefore, it can be inferred that the satisfaction of the user experience of the subscription service should be firstly satisfied with economic satisfaction, which leads to cultural satisfaction. This study is expected to be used as research data on user experience and satisfaction factors of unlimited subscription service.

A study on the understanding of limitations of experiential viewpoints for 9th grade students (증명에서 경험적 관점의 한계에 대한 중학교 3학년 학생들의 이해 연구)

  • The mathematical object is conceptual. Thus we can not prove the property of mathematical object in experimental viewpoint but in conceptual viewpoint. We performed the experiment for 28 middle school students to investigate whether they understand this. As a result, the majority of student didn't cognize the limit of experimental method. We had also individual interviews with four students. As results, one student was exactly cognizing the limit of experimental method, but he couldn't prove logically. The others didn't cognize the limit of experimental method. They thought that the proposition was already true regardless of the error. And one of them even thought that to be equal approximately was the same of to be equal exactly. Also, one student has confused between the experimental viewpoint and the conceptual viewpoint. This implies that it is necessary to help students understand the limit of experimental method.

  • 본 논문은 메타버스 환경에서 문제가 대두되고있는 AI 윤리(ethic)를 배경으로 인터랙션을 통해 사람들의 온라인과 오프라인의 결정요소에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 대화형 AI가 어떻게 윤리적으로 진화될 수 있을지에 대한 공학적 솔루션을 UX 관점으로 찾아보는 기술 전략 연구라고 할 수 있다. 연구의 가설은 AI 의 머신러닝과정에 개별 사용자 그룹의 경험데이터가 반드시 포함되고 고려되어야 AI 는 오류값을 줄이고 윤리적으로 대응할 수 있다는 전제이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 기존의 머신러닝과 대화형 AI 의 UX 관점의 다이아로그 플로우 등을 연구 분석하고 사용자 데이터들을 실험하여 메타버스 서비스 환경에서의 기존에 논의되고 있는 컨택스트기반의 AI 머신러닝 과정에 사용자의 정성적 경험데이터를 추가한 윤리적 UX 접근 개념 모델을 제안 하였다. 아직은 개념모델 단계이고 시스템에서는 지금까지 다르지 않았던 비정량적인 감정과 융합적경험을 어떻게 문화적으로 코드화 하고 시스템적인 랭귀지와 연결시킬 수 있을지에 대한사용자 연구가 후속연구로 진행될 예정이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현대 박물관의 가장 특징적인 변화를 이끄는 요인 가운데 하나인 박물관 관람자에 대한 연구로서 관람객은 박물관 경험의 중심을 이루는 요소이다. 소비자는 상행위의 관점에서 보호받고 고려되는 대상이지만 현대의 박물관은 다양한 문화 오락 기관과의 경쟁에 놓이면서 박물관 관람객에 대한 연구에서 미진하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 박물관 관람객을 문화 소비자의 관점에서 연구하고 전국적으로 늘어난 박물관의 활성화라는 관점에서 문화 소비자를 만족시키기 위한 방안으로서의 소비자 연구를 하였으며 이는 문화 소비자 정의, 상품, 가격, 공간의 관점에서 연구하였다.

Analysis of Changes in the Views on Nature of Science (NOS) Appeared in Pre-Service Elementary School Teachers' Science Journals (초등 예비교사의 과학 일기에 나타난 과학의 본성에 대한 인식 변화 유형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the science journals written by pre-service elementary school teachers, and to categorize the view on the nature of science and the process of their change. For this purpose, 112 science journals written by 13 pre-service elementary school teachers were analyzed. The frequency of each area was analyzed using the research framework of the four areas of the nature of science, and the pattern of change in perspective on the nature of science was inductively derived and classified using the VNOS-C test analysis framework. As a result, The nature of scientific thinking, nature of scientific knowledge, nature of STS, and nature of scientific inquiry were described in relatively similar proportions, but among them, The nature of scientific thinking appeared in the largest percentage, and the nature of scientific inquiry was described in the smallest percentage. The variability of scientific knowledge, the importance of empirical evidence, and the positive and negative effects of science were especially intensively addressed. In addition, the changing aspects of pre-service elementary school teachers' perspectives on the nature of science could be categorized into 'naive view maintenance type', 'informed view maintenance type', 'regression type', 'development type', and 'mixed type'. The element of 'the empirical nature of scientific knowledge' showed various patterns of change depending on the students, and most of the students maintained a informed view on the tentativeness of scientific knowledge for several sessions.

  • This research aims to study on educational methods of Nature-Study extracted through a wide body of literatures and meaning of Nature-Study toward today's science education. For this, viewpoints of Nature-Study were drown by previous historical study about Nature-Study. And educational methods of Nature-Study based on viewpoints of Nature-Study were abstracted by collecting and analyzing of literatures. Meaning of Nature-Study toward today's science education was considered. The research resulted in the following; First, Nature-Study emphasize the sympathy with nature, aim for integrated subject study and include non-formal study from a viewpoint of 'studying with nature'. Second, Nature-Study aim for outdoor activities, emphasize experiences than texts, value fundamental observation from a viewpoint of 'study through first-hand experiences'. Third, Nature-Study value interest of students, support the study for all students, emphasize the teachers' role as a helper from a viewpoint of 'learner-centered education'. Nature-Study is suggested to change view of point over to science education through nature toward today's science education.

  • Recently, as the importance of experience data increases, there are many attempts to deal with experience data from a data science perspective. In the case of approaching as a collection method of a quantitative survey method that seeks to quantify numerically such as big data, it is difficult to interpret the value of experience in a wide range, and it is relatively expensive and time consuming, and personal information infringement There is a limit to the analysis due to the risk of However, since ethnography, a procedure for collecting experience data based on qualitative research, is mainly carried out in the natural real environment of future customers from the perspective of users, it is possible to confirm the nature that customers face with a small sample. In addition, it is also easy to interpret the relational dimension of the empirical data. Although the ethnography method of collecting experiential data is economical and efficient, it is important to reduce errors in the collection process because the lack of scientific procedures for the data collection process can be a problem. It is important to secure the validity of whether the correct measurement tool is used for ethnography-based experiential data collection and to secure the reliability of the use of a valid measurement tool and method by accurately selecting the measurement target. From this point of view, it is necessary to verify the reliability of the research method that clearly selects the measurement target and secures the validity for the development of the correct measurement method and tool for the collection of ethnography experience data. Therefore, in this study, a verification study was conducted on the data and methodology cases of the'I know you_AI' service that analyzes the customer experience of self-employed based on the ethnography method of collecting experience data..

A Qualitative Case Study on Rights-Based Social Work Practice in a Residential Facility for People with Intellectual Disabilities (인권관점에 기초한 사회복지실천 경험에 관한 질적 사례연구 - 장애인거주시설의 종사자 경험을 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to understand the experiences of rights-based social work practice in a residential facility for people with intellectual disabilities. A representative residential facility practicing a human rights perspective was selected by recommendation of professional groups. Using a qualitative case study method, data was collected and analysed. In detail, it explores the experiences of rights-based social work practice at both organizational and individual levels respectively, and then discusses ethical dilemmas that arise from workers in the process of rights-based social work practice. According to results at the organizational level, rights-based social work practice of the residential facility began from workers' interests in needs of users with intellectual disabilities. Some trials to apply human rights in social work practice resulted in regulations for people with intellectual disabilities and stepped up organizational culture on human rights perspectives. And, at the individual level, self determination and choice of users with intellectual disabilities were stressed among various forms of human rights. As the results of rights-based social work practice, it appeared to be improved for the participation of the users, workers' human rights sensitivity, and qualities of rights-based activities. However, ethical dilemmas still existed. Hence, rights-based social work practice should understand a process of dynamic interaction between users and workers, which require workers to endeavor continuously. This study is significant in that it explored rights-based social work practice, focusing on field experiences for the first time in Korea, and suggested practical tasks to settle it down in the future.

음향학적 분석을 통한 소음기 설계에 관한 고찰

  • 음향학적 관점에서 살펴본 특성은 소음기 내. 외부의 기하학적이 형상, 온도구배 및 유동에 의한 음파전달 현상의 천이등이 복합적으로 관련되어 있어 명쾌하고도 보편적인 설계 방법은 아직까지 밝혀져 있지 않은 상태에 있다. 따라서 많은 자동차 회사나 소음기의 제작 및 설계 회사에서 나 름대로 축적되어온 자료와 경험에 의하여 적절한 소음기를 설계하고 있으나 그 체계적 정리가 일반기계 공학자에게 널리 알려져 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 글에서는 현재까지 밝혀진 소음기의 성능과, 소음기의 내. 외부의 기하학적 형상 및 온도구배와 유동 등의 관련성을 바탕으로 하여 개념적인 설계 방법을 제시하고 있다. 제시된 방법이 많은 설계 경험을 바탕으로 하여 유도된 것이 아니라 음향학적 관점에서 연구되어온 결과들로부터 도출된 것이므로 현장 실무자 관점에서 볼 때 오류가 있을지 모르나 향후 좀더 현실성 있는 설계 방법의 창출에 일조가 되었으면 한다.

A Study on the Experience Design Construction and Its Application Model (경험디자인의 구성과 적용 모형에 관한 연구)

  • The 21st century could be called the age of Experience Economy associated with the importance to external and internal experience of product users. It needs the understanding of customer's needs in new point of view. In the area of design development, it requires the extensive application of experience from traditional method that was based on the style and usability to more advanced concept. To correspond to these changes, we need to explore new customer's value system for knowledge-information design and systematic approaches to experience system. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of 'experience' newly in the importance side of customer's life, form a clear definition of experience design and present the model of application system. Theoretical frameworks of this research are based on the Empiricism and John Dewey's theory. By applying these frameworks make dear the concept of experience concept and reanalysis the meaning and style in the perspective of design. In this process, we can extract the main factors that inducing the experience, create new application system and model again to the field of design. Application model can creates various experiences through supplying different experience style and factors for customer, make customer realize experience object. Experience designs offer optimal experience to users by making a plan and design experience to user's goal.
