The purpose of this study is to investigate the burden of caring for the care-givers of the elderly in Korea by using an integrated literature review method. A total of 23 studies were analyzed using a search database. When care-givers had higher sense of filial and guilt or more than two diseases, they showed high level of feeling of burden. Also, they had high level of feeling of physical burden by their oldness, service period (especially at the period of 1-3 years). In the feeling of economic burden, they had high level of feeling of burden by their oldness, or elderly's disease periods. The feeling of burden by psychological condition was found in elderly in aged and the beginning of admission of nursing home. The feeling of burden by environment situation was found when the functional status of the elderly was bad. Therefore, we need to concern care-givers's feeling of burden with elderly people in the nursing home. In the future, I believe that the findings of this study will be helpful for development of the intervention program for alleviate burden for the care-giver.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing elderly care burden of a working family. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was used. Participants was 153 family member of elderly at five nursing facilities. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from July to October 2019. Data were analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. Analysis result, explaining 20,8% of the variance, which indicated that subjects for giving care, monthly admission fee, burden of expenses, and satisfaction for fee service were significant predictors of working family's care burden. Various individual characteristics significantly influenced working family's care burden in aspects of emotional, social, economical, and physical burdens. Therefore, interventions to decrease working family's care burden must focus on their individual factors.

기후변화, 고령화 사회로의 진입, 4차 산업혁명에 의한 첨단기술의 확산 등은 기업 현장에 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 또한, 최근 2년 넘게 지속되고 있는 코로나 팬더믹, 미중 갈등과 우크라이나 사태로 촉발된 원자재 가격 급등과 수급 불안은 세계 경제를 불황으로 몰고 있다. 중소기업을 창업하여 경영하고 있는 최고경영자(이하, CEO)들은 이러한 사업환경의 변화 속에서 지속가능 경영을 고민하고 있다. 흥미로운 것은 가혹한 사업환경을 마주하여 사업을 중단하고 정리하려는 CEO가 있는 반면, 의지를 갖고 사업을 계속하려는 경영자들도 있다는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사업계속의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사하고 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 사업 전망, 기업 역량, 경영자 역량, 가계 경제에 대한 부담감, 사업승계 인식이 CEO의 사업계속의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 사업 전망, 기업 역량, 경영자 역량, 가계 경제에 대한 부담감, 사업승계 인식이 CEO의 사업계속의도에 어떠한 정도로 영향을 미칠 것인지 양적 연구를 통해 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 변화무쌍한 경영 환경하에서 창업하여 일군 중소기업을 경쟁력 있게 성장시키기 위해 우선시 요구되는 CEO의 사업계속의도(Intention to Continue Business)를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

젖소를 사육하는 농가에서 가장 쉽게 발견되는 발굽관련 질병은 양축가에게 직접적인 경제적 손실을 야기함에도 불구하고 관심부족과 정기적인 발굽삭제 미실시 그리고 처치비용에 대한 부담 등으로 치료에 주저하는 경우가 많다. 발굽질병을 치료하지 않고 방치할 경우 단기적으로는 부자유스러운 걸음걸이와 보행시 느끼는 통증 때문에 이동거리를 제한하여 사료섭취량의 감소를 야기해 유생산량의 저하를 불러일으키고 치료시 비용에 대한 부담감을 갖게 하지만 장기적으로는 수태율 감

Purpose: This study was performed to investigate burden, job satisfaction and quality of life of nurses who take care of cancer patients. Methods: The subjects were 237 nurses working at the oncology unit of hospitals with over 500 beds in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected using questionnaire from the February to March, 2005. Data were analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using SAS. Results: 1. The item that showed the highest level of burden was 'I feel limited even if I make efforts to reduce patients' pain. 'Burden was high in those group both who were younger than 35 years old and who had clinical experiences caring cancer patients for $3{\sim}4$ years. 2. The item that showed the lowest level of job satisfaction was 'the possibility of promotion'. Job satisfaction was high in those group both who had a spouse and were head nurses or incharge nurses. 3. The item that showed the lowest level of quality of life was 'I am physically exhausted'. Over 35 years old who had a spouse, and over 2,000,000 won monthly income made a high score in the quality of life. 4. There were negative correlations among burden, iob satisfaction and the quality of life. 5. The major factor affecting the quality of life was burden. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to be utilized as basic data for developing support system to improve nurses' work conditions and quality of life.

현재 흡연으로 인한 COPD(만성폐쇄성폐질환)의 국내 의료비 부담이 심각한 것으로 드러났다. COPD 의료비 증가로 인한 경제적 부담감도 심각하지만, 천식 등으로 오인되는 COPD 환자 등 잠재환자의 증가와 더불어 COPD로 인한 사회경제적 손실도 더욱 커질 전망이다.

This study was undertaken to identify factors influencing care burden among spouses of young women afflicted with breast cancer. Totally, 130 spouses of young women with breast cancer, who were hospitalized or visited one of the three general hospitals in B city, were enrolled for the study. Data was collected between January 3 to March 31, 2016. The mean, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression were analyzed by applying the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Social support had the greatest impact on care burden (β=-0.41, p<0.001), followed by marital intimacy (β=-0.26, p=0.001), age (β=­0.18, p=0.009) and perceived economic status (β=-0.14, p=0.039). The explanatory power was determined to be 42% (F=24.41, p<0.001). Our findings indicate the necessity to develop social support programs that help reduce the care burden of spouses of young women afflicted with breast cancer. Moreover, there is a need to develop differentiated programs by considering marital intimacy, age and perceived economic status.

본 연구는 부채농가의 재정향상을 위한 경제적 대처행동의 양상과 그 관련요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충남지역 농촌가계들을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용하였는데 대처행동을 파악하기 위해서 요인분석을 대처행동에 대한 부채관련변수의 관련성을 보기 위해서 분산분석을, 관련변수들의 독립적인 영향력을 검증하기 위해서는 중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 농촌가계의 경제적 대처행동은 6개 속성으로 분류되 었으며 '소극적 노력', '절약 및 노동력활용', '적극적노력', '재정관리', '의존적 행동', '한계적 행동'의 순으로 자주 수행하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. (2) 부채관련변수 중에서 총부채액, 부채부담, 부채부담감은 각 대처행동에 대해서 다소 다른 관계를 보였다. 소득대비 부채상환액과 소득 대비 부채상환요구액으로 측정한 부채부담은 대처행동에 대해서 그 효과가 서로 다르게 나타났다. (3) 대처행동에 대한 독립적인 영향요인으로 밝혀진 부채관련변수와 소득 및 자산관련변수, 인구통계적 특성변수, 환경적 특성변수들은 각 행동에 대해 그 영향력이 다르게 나타났다.

혈당이 조절되지 않음에 따라 좌절하고, 우울하게 되고 합병증에 대한 두려움을 갖게되며 반복되는 입원과 평생동안 조절해야 되는 질병에 대한 부담감, 노동력 상실, 경제적 부담 등은 당뇨환자의 삶의 질에 부정적인 영향을 초래한다. 당뇨 관리의 주체가 노인 환자 자신인 만큼 당뇨교육 역시 필수적이며 지속적인 교육 참여가 중요하다. 삶의 과정 속에서 꾸준한 교육을 통하여 새로운 관리 방법들을 하나씩 배워가며 실천한다면 합병증 발생이 줄어들고 질 좋은 노후 생활을 보장받을 수 있을 것이다.

물복지라고 하는 것은 국민들이 사회적 지위, 경제적 능력, 주거위치 등등에 상관없이 평등하게 물 서비스를 받는 것이다. 그러나 사회가 변화하고 고도화됨에 따라 단지 물공급만의 문제가 아니라 수환경, 물의 사용에 따른 비용지불 등 여러 가지 요소들이 물을 사용하고 물환경을 이용하는 측면에 있어 평등하게 제공되고 있는지 검토하여야 한다. 대도시와 소도시 그리고 시군구 지역들이 대도시와 공평한 물공급과 물환경을 제공받고 있지는 않은 것이 사실이다. 또한 경제적 수준에 따라서 물공급에 대한 부담감을 느끼는 것도 당연한 사실이다. 이러한 물복지는 최근에 들어서 과거 물스트레스, 물빈곤과 같이 물을 사용하는 데 있어 부족한 측면에 대한 연구에 비해 부족한 현실이다. 우리나라는 빠른 속도로 인구가 변화하고 있다. 이러한 인구변화 속도는 과거 용수공급계획을 수립함에 있어 지속적으로 인구가 증가함에 따라 물 수요도 증가하여 물부족이 될 것으로 예상했지만 수자원기술과 물처리능력 등의 발달로 인해 우리나라는 걱정한 만큼의 물부족은 발생하지 않고 있다. 그러나 앞으로 빠르게 변화하는 인구감소에 따른 물 복지수준에 따른 평가가 필요한 시점이다. 단지 물을 사용하는 것뿐만 아니라 물을 사용함에 있어 느끼는 부담감, 만족감 등에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 물복지를 평가하기 위해 여러 통계자료를 이용하여 인구수의 변화와 상수도 요금, 하수도 요금등의 변화와 물공급 기반시설, 그리고 물환경의 변화등을 검토하여 물복지를 평가할 수 있는 인자를 검토하였다. 그리고 향후 인구변화에 따른 물이용에 따른 변화를 살펴보고자 한다.
