The consulting industry is also growing as the use of management consulting increases as the importance of management strategies for the survival of companies due to rapid environmental changes is highlighted. As a result, competition among consulting firms is intensifying, and securing competitiveness is essential. This study tried to confirm the method of securing competitiveness of consulting firms from the perspective of organizational competitiveness through organizational effectiveness. As the consulting service is a knowledge service field, an empirical analysis was conducted for consultants who performed it because professional human resources were a core technology. Exploratory factors, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0. As a result of a study on the effect of consultants' organizational effectiveness on customer orientation, it was found that the consultant's organizational commitment and organizational performance had a significant effect. It was possible to confirm the importance of intrinsic motivation to secure the competitiveness of consulting firms in the changing environment. This presented practical implications for organizational management regarding the continuous growth of consulting firms.

This study analyzes the effect of A university's institutional repository(A-IR) which performs as a gateway of university research. This research presents A-IR's operational policy and usage analyses which consist of visits, pageviews, demographics and behaviors of visitors, frequency of visits and traffic sources. On the basis of this analyses, this research found the correlations between usage of IR and citations of research papers.

UN 산하 국제해사기구(IMO)는 2020년 국제적인 시행을 목표로 e-내비게이션 분야의 국제기술표준 개발을 추진 중에 있다. e-내비게이션은 차세대 해양안전 종합관리시스템으로서 각종 해상 운항정보를 디지털화 해 선박 운항자에게 실시간 맞춤형 정보를 제공해 준다. 해수부는 2020년 이후 약 1,000조원의 시장이 열릴 것으로 내다보고 있으며, 진입 장벽이 높은 해양 장비 시장에 우리나라도 ICT 강점을 바탕으로 주도권을 잡기 위해 노력중이다. 이를 위하여 한국과 미국의 e-내비게이션 분야의 핵심기술 중심으로 기술분야별 특허동향, 기술시장 성장 단계, 국가간 기술경쟁력, 그리고 특허 Key Player별 보유 특허 포트폴리오, 피인용 분석을 통한 경쟁력, 특허 거래 및 소송 분석을 통하여 양 국가의 기술개발 동향을 파악하고자 한다.

환경규제가 우리나라 각 산업부문의 국제경쟁력에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 단순회귀분석과 Heckscher-Ohlin-Vanek-Leamer(HOVL) 테스트를 1993년 부문별 자료에 적용하였다. 회귀분석 결과 일반적인 예상과는 달리 오염배출이 많은 산업일수록 더 큰 비교우위를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 우리나라가 다른 나라에 비하여 풍부한 환경자원을 가지고 있음을 의미한다. HOVL 테스트 역시 동일한 결과를 보여주고 있는데, 이 방법에 의하면 우리나라의 전체적인 환경자원 부존량이 다른 나라와 비슷한 수준인 반면, 수출의 많은 부분을 담당하고 있는 제조업부문은 다른 나라에 비하여 환경자원을 풍부하게 사용하고(가지고) 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 일반적인 인식에서 크게 벗어나고 있는데, 그 이유는 인구밀도나 단위 면적당 GDP 혹은 현재의 환경오염수준 등 몇 가지 간단한 지표를 통하여 볼 때 결코 우리나라가 우리의 주요 무역상대국에 비하여 풍부한 환경자원을 가지고 있다고 할 수 없기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문의 실증분석결과를 고려할 때, 우리나라의 환경규제수준, 특히 수질규제수준은 환경자원 부존량이 제시하는 수준에 비하여 낮게 책정되어 있으며, 이로 인하여 기업이 느끼는 환경자원의 가용량(可用量)이 늘어나고, 이것이 결국 산업간 비교우위체계를 왜곡한 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 3상 220V/5kVA 소프트스위칭 인버터의 새로운 회로구성을 제안하고 그 동작과 성능을 분석한 내용을 기술하고 있다. 제안하는 소프트스위칭 인버터는 ARCP(Auxiliary Resonant Commutated Pole) 인버터의 회로구성과 유사한 구조이나 이와 달리 LC 공진회로와 Diode 클램프 회로로 구성되어 있다. 이론적인 분석과 실험을 통해 제안하는 인버터의 효율을 분석하고 이를 하드스위칭 인버터와 비교하여 약 1% 정도의 효율 개선이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 제안하는 인버터는 소프트 스위칭을 위해 소프트스위칭 보조회로와 게이트 드라이버가 추가로 장착되는 점에서 비용적인 경쟁력이 떨어질 수 있다. 그러나 최근 수요가 급증하고 있는 인버터에서 1% 효율 차이는 전력수급의 효율화를 통해 비용 측면에서 경쟁력을 갖을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 소프트스위칭 회로의 컴팩트화와 하드웨어의 최적화된 물리적 배치를 통해 추가의 효율증대가 가능할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the new strategies for strengthening the competi tiveness of Incheon port. To measure the calling factors and satisfaction of ports, this study developed a list of 24 items using a seven-point Likert scale through the previous literature reviews, pilot test and emerging factors. Factor analysis, regression analysis, one sample T-test, IPA and SPSS were conducted to verify the determinants choosing ports and customer satisfaction. The result of an empirical study revealed that the cargo volume and information system, etc. in Incheon port was evaluated as satisfied factors and berth availability and port charge, etc. as dissatisfied factors. Based on the outcomes of this study, to strengthen the competitiveness of Incheon port, several strategies were advised such as the inducement of North American and European cargo, port infrastructure, dedicated terminal and GTO inducement, hinterland construction, logistics companies inducement and cooperation with neighboring ports.

The purpose of this study is to determine a national construction industry's competitiveness and establish strategies to expand into overseas construction markets. To evaluate the international competitiveness of overseas construction businesses, this study were selected as the target range of international comparisons among the countries cited by ENR, Global-Insight, IMF, OECD, and Transparency International. In result the United States ranked first, followed by China $2^{nd}$, Italy$3^{rd}$, U.K.$4^{th}$, and Germany $5^{th}$, while Korea ranked $9^{th}$ overall. In particular, Korea's competitiveness in the construction infrastructures by country ranking($11^{th}$) was higher than the competency assessment results of construction companies by country, therein ranking $12^{th}$. In addition, while Korea ranks $12^{th}$ among 22 countries, $3^{rd}$ in price competitiveness, $12^{th}$ in construction competitiveness, and $19^{th}$ in design competitiveness.

Recently, the Chinese beef consumption market has faced a sudden surge. With China's beef imports reaching $1.33 billion in 2013, the global market closely monitors China's rising consumption of beef. Because there have been no exports of Korean beef (Hanwoo) to China previously, the negative effects of opening of beef market between South Korea and China are speculated as the South Korean government advances FTA negotiations further with China. In order to prepare for the opening of beef market between the two nations and to understand Hanwoo's export competitiveness, our research team conducted a market research on beef price and quality in Beijing and Shanghai. Based on our research, we deduced the price of Hanwoo and analyzed the price competitiveness of Hanwoo in the emerging Chinese beef market. Based on the market research, the price competitiveness of Hanwoo's topside/inside, rib and loin are well-positioned compared to Chinese and imported high-end beef group in Beijing and Shanghai market. Specifically, the price competitiveness of Hanwoo's topside/inside and loin are dominant in Beijing while that of rib and loin are dominant in Shanghai.

There have been growing concerns that Korea's products keep losing their international competitiveness. It is necessary to restore strong muscles of manufacturing sectors. Together, efforts must be made to strengthen the competitiveness of service sector. While wide consensus has been reached on the necessity that Korea's service sector needs overhaul for stronger global competitiveness, it is rather difficult to witness any remarkable improvements. Insufficient performances might result from the protection of the captive markets by the interested parties. The research starts from the proposition that the introduction of MDP will bring down the barriers between the segmented services and promote competition. We provide theoretical analyses and report better performances of major countries which introduced MDP in their soils. Considering the reality, we propose that in the foreseeable future, a MDP in the areas of tax, law and accounting be introduced in Korea because these areas seem to create least conflicts of disciplinary duties due to public purposes. Broader MDPs in other areas may take some more time. There exist, however, some limitations. As MDP has not been officially introduced in Korea, it is almost impossible to directly compare the performances between the pre- and post-MDP in Korea. Data scarcity of business performances of companies also limits the study.

After the launch of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in 2006, a number of real estate development projects were carried out; the real estate industry has relatively largely grown as compared with other regions since 2011. This growth has slowed down in 2017, along with the increase of unsold houses and the short of its incoming population, causing its real estate market recession. This study analyzed the source of real estate industry growth in Jeju: either affected by national growth power or its regional competitiveness. This study applied Shift-Share Analysis and Growth Differential Analysis, by dividing the recovery period ('06~'10) and expansion period ('11~'16). According to the result, sales amount and the number of employees in the real estate industry in Jeju had grown in the recovery period based on the national growth power. Its regional competitiveness and stable industrial structure grew in the growth period. Development and subdividing of real estate contributed to the growth of the real estate industry in Jeju. On the other hand, management of real estate weakened its market.
