IEEE 802.16은 높은 성능의 광대역 무선 통신을 제공해 주기 위해 개발된 자원 예약 방식의 MAC 프로토콜이다. 전송할 데이터를 가지고 있는 SS들은 BS에게 대역폭 요청 메시지를 전송하여 자신이 필요한 대역폭을 요구하게 된다. BS에서는 이러한 대역폭 요구 정보를 기반으로 대역폭을 할당해 주게 된다. 그러나, nrtPS와 BE 트래픽과 같은 비실시간 서비스들이 경쟁 기반으로 대역폭을 요구하는 경우 경쟁하는 SS의 수가 증가할수록 대역폭 요청 메시지의 충돌 확률이 증가하므로 이로 인해 대역폭 요구를 실패하는 횟수가 증가한다. 최악의 경우, 충분한 대역폭이 남아 있음에도 불구하고 대역폭 요구 과정의 실패로 인해 할당해주지 못하여 대역폭을 낭비하는 현상이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 상황에 따라 경쟁 기반과 비경쟁 기반의 대역폭 요구 방법을 적절히 사용하는 효율적인 대역폭 요청 기법을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 높은 성능 향상을 입증한다.

과열되는 배달 시장의 경쟁 속에서 수많은 배달원이 속도전에 내몰리고 있다. 배달 앱 시장에서는 속도전의 승리를 위해 단건 배달 서비스를 내놓았지만 이러한 배달 경쟁은 배달비 인상으로 이어져 소비자의 부담으로 돌아왔다. 본 논문에서는 배달 업무의 고른 분배를 통해 배달원들의 경쟁을 완화하고 전체 배달 시스템의 처리량과 신뢰도를 향상하고자 하였다. 따라서 목적함수의 최적화와 무작위성이라는 특징을 가진 유전 알고리즘을 활용하여 배달원들 간 배달 업무의 고른 분배를 통해 시스템 성능을 향상시켰다. 실험을 통해 기존의 배치 기법에 비하여 제안 알고리즘에서의 성능이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

This work aims to use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) tool to develop the model of industrial competitiveness in the nursing homes of eleven provinces in east China. The original data is from China Civil Affairs Statistical Yearbook 2020. The results show that Jiangsu province has the highest competitiveness in the elderly care industry among the eleven provinces in east China, and Hainan province has the lowest competitiveness. The competitiveness of the elderly care industry varies among the eleven provinces in east China. The ratios of beds to medical staff, the ratio of nursing homes, per capital fixed assets in nursing homes, and the number of unable self-care elderly are the four main influential factors across the competitiveness of the elderly care industry and indicates that the nursing homes competitiveness is affected by multiple factors from multiple levels. A differentiated strategy should be taken according to the circumstances in different provinces to rationally develop the elderly care industry, improving efficiency, the level, and quality of services in the nursing homes.

육종이 발전하면서 양계산업에 종사하는 우리는 닭의 생리 및 유전학에 대하여 알지 못하고는 국제 경쟁력에서 이길 수가 없다고 생각한다. 우리가 종계의 생리학적 이해와 사양관리 기술을 발전시켜 국제 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 발전하기 위해서는 우리나라 환경에 적합한 종계 사양관리기법을 만들어서 농장에 보급해야 하는 과제가 우리에게 남아 있다. 필자는 이번호에 수탉의 정소발육과 수정율에 대하여 논하고 종계 생산성 향상에 조금이라도 도움이 되었으면 한다

무선 랜을 사용하는 애드 혹 네트워크에서는 경쟁 기반의 전송을 하는 링크 계층의 동작으로 인해 기존의 TCP의 정책들이 불리하게 작용하는 점이 있다. 특히, 이러한 환경에서는 패킷 전송을 위한 채널 경쟁이 큰 요소로 작용하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 무선 랜을 사용하는 애드 혹 네트워크에서 TCP의 ACK 기법을 조절하여, 경쟁으로 인한 오버헤드를 줄임으로써. 전송 효율을 높일 수 있는 방식을 제시한다.

경제의 글로벌화로 앞으로 시장범위가 전세계로 점점 확대되는 상황하에서 소위 시장경제의 파수꾼으로서 경쟁촉진과 함께 시장질서를 확립하고 소비자이익을 증진시키고자 하는 목적 달성을 충분히 해내기 위해서는 현재의 조직과 인력으로는 어느 정도 한계가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 물론, 정책개발이나 제도의 개선, 조직의 효율화나 각종 조사 및 사건처리기법의 개발 등을 통해 장차 이런 요구에 부응해 나갈 수도 있겠으나, 당장은 공정위의 업무내용에 걸맞게 질적으로나 양적으로 우수하고 전문적인 인력의 확보는 물론 조직의 확대$\cdot$정비가 필요하다고 본다.

정부와 방산업체의 관계에서 원가계산과 계약제도가 중요한 문제이듯이 방산업체 내부에서는 원가관리가 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 방산업체의 원가관리상의 문제점으로는 원가관리에 대한 정부의 동기부여 미흡, 체계적인 원가관리 체제의 부족, 원가회계시스템의 결여 등을 들 수 있다. 원가관리를 통한 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 방안으로는 사전적 원가관리 기법의 채택, 전문적인 원가관리팀 확보, 전사적 원가관리 전개, 최고경영자(CEO)의 전폭적인 지원, 조직구성원에 지속적인 동기부여 등을 들 수 있다.

Recently, the development construction of New Masan Container Terminal (1-1 Phase) with private investment would be set for opening in the 2011 year in Masan Port, Korea However, as new container terminals of the Pusan New Port and 'the New Ulsan Container Terminal neighboring Masan Port will be also planned to open around the time, the strategy establishment for Masan Port is required for a keen competition among these ports. To provide it with strategic points, we applied SP model used for customers' behavior method to analyze customer's preference changes with the shifts of the ports' conditions for customers.

As the current IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN standard provides the unified channel access procedure for each traffic service without considering its own traffic characteristics, it is difficult to get its differentiated service qualities at IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN system. To solve this limit, IEEE 802.11e standard that can provide differentiated service to each traffic is under preparation. In this study, we implemented IEEE 802.11e EDCA channel access scheme with NS-2 simulator, and showed its numerical results in various system environments with using average delay and throughput as performance measures.
