Unlike previous studies, this study looked at the effect of the ideological tendencies of local government heads on the social welfare budget as a longitudinal study. This study was made possible by the election of the head of a progressive group in Gumi-si, a stronghold of conservatives, after the implementation of the local self-government system. Therefore, in this study, the change process of the political ideological orientation of Gumi-si's heads and the social welfare budget by year were listed and time-series analysis was conducted using actual cases of Gumi-si, Gyeongbuk for more than 12 years. As a result of the analysis, first, as in the cross-sectional analysis, in the longitudinal study, the change in the rate of increase in the social welfare budget according to the political ideological tendencies of the head of the local government showed a meaningful difference. Second, as in the previous cross-sectional analysis, the social welfare budget increased in the year before the election. Third, the same change in the growth rate as in the second did not appear at the end of the third elected term. All studies on the relationship between the political ideological tendencies of local government heads (including local councils) and the social welfare budget have been cross-sectional. However, this study has great implications in terms of the results of the first longitudinal cross-sectional analysis.

While previous studies and publications all assert a strong correlation between company's business plan and performance, very few have actually conducted practical analyses to support that. This study takes a practical approach in its analysis of Korean small and mid-sized enterprises(SME) with the view to finding an answer to the question. In addition, with the considerations of entrepreneur type and company's development stage, I analyzed the differences of business plan components' effects on performances. I selected business plan's components, which have been suggested only in theory and in concept, through the literature review and preliminary examination. Corporate performances were the recent improvements of ROS, ROA, market share and the number of employees to measure how greatly each is impacted by the components of a business plan. Results show that business plan components have influenced upon the number of employees. The business plan components discriminated superior company group and inferior company group properly. Especially, finance & related system and advertising & distribution factors showed statistically significant classification forecasting power. Technical/Craftsman evaluated the effects of producing & sales and profit & quality factors high and General/Opportunistic evaluated the effects of finance & related system, advertising & distribution, corporate mission factors high. The effect of corporate mission was highest among company development stages. Finance & related system and advertising & distribution factors showed the statistically significant difference in entrepreneur type and company development stages.

현 시기에서 고객들의 욕구를 파악하여 제품에 반영하지 못한다면 그 기업은 고객들에게 외면당하고 곧 도태된다. 다시 말해 '고객은 왕이다.'라는 말이 단순한 말이 아닌 기업경영에서는 가장 중요한 원칙인 것이다. 이러한 원칙에서 나온 것이 요즘에 부각되고 있는 고객만족경영의 이념인 것이다. 고객이 중심이 되어서 고객의 욕구를 만족시키려는 노력인 것이다. 고객만족은 경영의 최고 목표이다. 고객을 최고로 만족시키면 경영의 중요한 것이 성취되므로 고객만족을 경영의 최고 목표로 삼고 이를 정량적으로 측정해서 경영자 주도로 만족도가 낮은 부분의 개선과 개혁을 통해서 모든 활동을 집결해 가는 기업풍토라고 할 수 있으며, 또한 이는 만족한 고객을 반복적으로 창출해 가는 경영기법이나 경쟁우위와 새로운 경영 구심력을 창조하는 경영기법이라고도 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 SK텔레콤의 성공 사례를 통하여 고객만족 경영이 한 회사에 成敗에 얼마나 큰 영향을 미치는지를 보여줌으로써 서비스 업체뿐만 아니라 제조업 및 기타 업체에서 고객만족경영에 대한 벤치마킹의 좋은 대상업체가 될 수 있다.

Discussions about unfavorable acts of corporations in managing activities include many legal considerations. In general cases, first of all, legality of the given acts should be verified. If they are judged to be illegal in their procedures, whether it is possible to assert nullification for the acts by the corporation law or not should be examined. Next, the claim for damages against the actors should be considered. After that, whether the actors have criminal liability or not should be discussed. In this case, it is difficult and complicated to judge what clauses of the Criminal Code in the substantive law apply to the unfavorable acts. when the director's business judgement in the long run causes the corporation to be unprofitable or suffer damage, the Question of whether criminal punishment can be imposed on the director is a very important one requiring careful consideration.
