This paper deals with the case analysis of second order processes under sampled-data. Proportional Integral-Derivative(PID) control, and development of Decision Support Systems(DSS) for such processes. In this paper three techniques were described for identifying the dynamics of closed loop stable processes. The first, called pulse testing is a frequency-domain method, which yields the frequency response diagram of an open loop process. The second is a time-domain method which yields the gain and time constants of the process model. The third technique is based on step response and gives the parameters of PID controllers. The development of DSS design programs consisting of above three techniques will provide very powerful tools in the microcomputer based process control.

디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)이 모든 분야에서 급속히 전개됨으로서 기업들은 전략적으로 IT를 전사적으로 활용하면서 글로벌 시대의 경쟁 기업들에 비해 보다 빠른 신기술 습득을 적용함으로써 생존 경쟁의 우위 확보 전략이 점차 강화되고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.

With the gradual improvement of China's residents' economic level, the continuous improvement of the holiday system, and the main purpose of relaxing mood and experiencing life, rural tourism has developed rapidly. In order to further achieve the goals of farmers' entrepreneurship, agricultural income increase, rural prosperity, and tourism management departments and tourism enterprises' management and operation objectives, this paper puts forward research hypotheses on the basis of relevant literature review and references. Based on the previous research results, this paper designs a questionnaire on Residents' rural tourism behavior intention, and uses SPSS23.0 to conduct correlation analysis and hypothesis test on the sample data, and draws the following conclusions: (1) rural tourism attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control have a significant positive impact on rural tourism behavior intention; (2) policy system and resource conditions have a significant positive impact on rural tourism behavior intention; (3) policy system has a significant positive impact on subjective norms and perceived behavior control, and resource conditions have a significant positive impact on rural tourism attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control.

국내 반도체 산업은 불과 20년도 안 되는 짧은 기간동안에 괄목할만한 성장을 하여 전세계 반도체 생산 규모 면에서 3위 국가로 부상하였으며, 기술 경쟁력 면에서도 한국인의 자존심을 그나마 지켜왔다. 하지만, 반도체 제조는 가장 복잡한 제조공정의 하나로 분류되며, 이러한 복잡한 시스템을 통제하기 위해서는, 다양한 시스템 조건 하에서 적절한 생산전략을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나, 반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 다양한 상황과 관련한 연구는 많지 않다. 반도체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 생산공정의 재진입, 공정의 높은 불확실성, 급속하게 변하는 제품과 기술과 같은 특성 때문에 반도체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 복잡하고 어려운 작업이며, 사이클타임의 절감 및 단위시간당 생산량의 증대와 같은 시스템 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 좋은 방법을 발견하기 위한 많은 연구가 있었다. 반도체 산업의 생산 흐름은 가장 독특한 특징을 가지고 있으며 생산계획과 반도체 제조의 스케줄링과 계획을 어렵게 하고 있다. 현재 반도체 조립공정에서 수행되고 있는 일정계획은 단순 FCFS (First Come First Serve)에 의한 할당규칙에 따른다. 또한 Backlog(예비재고)를 1일 생산량을 기준으로 Buffer로 운영하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 재고관리와 정확한 스케줄링이 생산의 경쟁력 확보 우위임을 가정하여 다양한 할당규칙(dispatching rule)을 실시간 적용하여 정확한 일정계획 수립의 효과와 결과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 제시된 방법론을 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근방법이 사용되었다.

This study conducted an empirical analysis of SSE-listed companies to verify the effects of evaluation and disclosure of internal control systems on the agency costs management and controlling shareholders. Agency costs can affect the valuation of accounting information as asymmetry of information in the relationship between a company and its stakeholders, or induce financial costs as an adverse selection. If the firm's agency costs are reasonable, the valuation of the company can also move in a relatively positive direction. In this study, the evaluation information of the internal control system was analyzed through sales management ratio and equity ratio as substitute variables to analyze the relationship between management and agent costs of the controlling shareholders. In addition, independent control ratio, capital balance ratio, and company scale were used as control variables, as a result of the analysis, the evaluation information of internal control was found to be related to the agency costs of managers and governance structure. This study can be conducted to positive factors in evaluating the reliability and corporate value of accounting information according to the evaluation of internal control of SSE-listed companies and helps to understand the financial reporting environment.

지난 10여 년 동안 대만사회의 가장 큰 변화 중 하나는 '개인 경비', 혹은 '개인 경호' 사업이 크게 발달했다는 것이다. 민간의 역량과 과학화된 설비로써 재산보호와 신변보호를 하고자 하는 개인 경비에는 여러 방식이 있다. 예를 들어 개인안전 경비(즉, 수행경호), 현금운송 경비, 주거경비, 상공업경비(여기에는 공장지대의 안전한 보호와 백화점, 금융기관, 보석상점 및 편의점 등의 경비가 포함됨), 그리고 각종 경비장치의 설치 등이 있다. 천징훼이(陳靜慧, 2006)는 대만의 경비 산업 경영형태에 대해 아래와 같이 분석하였다. 그의 주장에 따르면, 대만의 경비 산업은 일반 업무 위주로 하고 있으며, 여기에는 시스템 경비, 상근 경비, 현금 경비, 신변 경비가 있다고 밝혔다. 이 일반 업무는 일본, 미국, 독일의 형태와 유사하다. 그러나 미국과 독일의 경비회사들은 특수한 업무를 담당하고 있다. 미국의 경우 무장경비 현금수송, 신용조사 업무, 보험조사 업무, 거짓말 탐지 업무를 수행한다. 독일의 특수 업무에는 군대설비 경비, 교통지휘 및 질서 유지, 신속 고발 경비, 그리고 교도소 경비가 있다. 량신쩐(梁心禎, 2006)은 대만의 경비 산업 발전의 흐름에 대해 다음 세 단계로 구분했다. 제1단계는 1978년부터 1987년까지로 이 시기 대만은 일본 경비 사업 발전의 영향을 수용했기 때문에 일본의 경비사업 관리방식과 시스템 설비를 받아들여 점차 대만 방식의 경비 형태로 발전시켜 나갔다. 초기 발전단계의 경영방식은 주로 외국 기술과의 협력을 통한 시스템 경비가 주를 이루었다. 제2단계는 1988년부터 1997년까지인데, 이 시기에 이르러 경비 사업은 비인기 사업에서 인기 사업으로 시장이 확대되었고, 해외업체와의 활발한 기술 교류, 새로운 브랜드 개발과 경비 경영 방식의 혁신, 그리고 상근 경비와 수행경호와 같은 경비 관련 항목의 확장을 이루었다. 또한 이 시기에 수많은 경비회사들이 세워져 새로운 경쟁시대로 돌입하였다. 제3단계는 1998년부터 현재까지로 이전의 전통적인 건물경비 방식에서 경비와 부동산 관리 서비스를 함께하는 방식으로 경영 형태가 바뀌었고 전반적인 서비스 품질을 중시하기 시작하였다. 따라서 경비 사업자는 아파트 및 빌딩관리 보호 회사를 설립하여 이를 공동 경영하였으며, 전문적이고 종합적인 단계로 들어섰다. 대만 경비 교육제도의 설립과 제도화된 면허증 시스템 구축은 아직 초보적인 단계로써 여전히 이 두 방면의 발전을 강화시켜야 하는데, 교육과 심사를 시행하여 경비원의 소질을 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 경비사업자는 과학기술적인 통제 시스템을 받아들여 인건비를 낮추고 서비스의 범위와 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 각 지방의 노동조합은 정부가 법령을 개정하여 경비원의 자격제한과 업무를 보장해주도록 건의해야만 경호원의 대우와 이미지가 개선될 수 있다. 아울러 국제학술교류의 확대와 경비 관련 산업에 대한 토론회와 전시회를 자주 개최하여 새로운 지식을 습득해야 한다.

Operational strategy for inventory control in the distribution system has been given attention. If an individual enterprise implements the strategy, it is not easy to gain scale merits because of limited quantity or burden of inventory. In this study, we propose an operational strategy for inventory control that considers managerial integration of regional distribution centers (RDCs) and present a model of it. In a network of several RDCs, they could share inventory information and supply parts for others in case of an inventory shortage. And a numerical example of the network is illustrated, which compares two operational strategies, integration management of RDCs and individual management of them. The result shows total cost reduction in the strategy of integration management through the efficient inventory control of multi-echelon distribution.

본 논문에서는 TFT-LCD공장의 통합 생산계획 수립과 조정을 수행하는 통합생산계획 시스템의 구조 및 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 통합생산계획 시스템은 고객 주문에 대한 적량·적납기 만족과 공기 단축을 통한 생산성 향상을 목적으로 하며, 공장의 능력을 정확히 파악하여 생산계획을 수립하여 줌으로써 제조현장의 측면에서는 효율적인 통제를, 제조업체 측면에서는 현실성 있는 주문 수주가 가능하도록 하였다.

전통적인 공급체인에서 많은 기업이 운영하고 있는 통제 방법 중 공급자가 다수 하류계층의 주문에 대해서 개별적인 처리방식으로 주문을 파악하고 공급하는 방식을 가지고 있다. 또한, 그 분배과정에 있어서는 하류계층 각각의 주문량을 근거로 공급하고 그에 대한 재고 관리도 하류계층의 주문에 따른 할당량에 따라 관리가 이루어지는 경우가 있다. 하지만 이러한 재고 관리 시스템은 전체 시스템의 관점에서 불필요한 재고 낭비를 가져오며 통합 주문/재고 관리를 통해 이 단점을 극복할 수 있다. 또한, 여러 하류계층의 수요로 인해 발생하는 재고 수준의 차이는 전체적인 공급체인의 입장에서 주문의 불균형을 유발하고 결과적으로 재고 관리의 비효율성을 가져올 수 있다. 이러한 경우에는 각 하류계층간의 재고의 재분배를 통해 주문량과 재고 보유수준의 불균형을 해소하고 전체 공급체인에서의 재고 관리 효율성을 취할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 공급체인에서 이러한 두 가지 논점에 대한 문제점과 그 해결방안의 효율성을 System Dynamics를 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 분석하고자 한다.
