최근 제조업체들은 고객의 다양한 요구와 제품의 Life Cycle 단축에 따른 제조환경의 변화 에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 수단으로 효율성과 유연성이 크게 부각된 유연생산시스템(FMS)의 역할은 대단히 크다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유연생산시스템을 평가하고 모델링하는 도구인 Petri net 모델링 기법을 이용하여 효율성이 뛰어난 흐름생산방식을 적용한 복잡한 유연생산 시스템의 통제시스템 모델 설정과 시스템정지(deadlock) 예방에 대한 분석을 하였으며, AGVs의 셀이동 생산시스템을 제어할수 있는 FMS의 계층적 TPN 모델링을 구축하였다.

일반적으로 한 제품은 원자재로부터 중간의 여러 단계의 공장을 거쳐 최종 완제품으로 시장에 선보이게 된다. 이러한 다공장 구조에서는 제조기업 전체차원, 하부 공장차원, 단위작업장 차원을 유기적으로 연결하여 생산계획 및 생산통제를 담당하는 운영시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 Jacobson[2]의 Use Case Driven기법을 이용하여 이러한 다공장의 계층적 구조를 가진 생산계획및 통제시스템에 대한 객체지향적 분석 및 설계을 수행하였다. 우선 각 계층의 시스템에 대하여 Actor와 Use case를 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 Use-case로 부터 객체를 규명하여 시스템에 대한 분석모델을 수립하였다. 또한 주요 Use-case를 규명된 객체간의 메시지 교환과 통제의 이행과정을 통하여 표현함으로써 시스템의 객체지향적 구현의 기반을 구축하였다.

본 논문에서는 공장의 모든 생산 환경을 컴퓨터를 이용, 자동화하는 컴퓨터 통합 생산(CIM)의 작업장 통제 시스템을 비롯한 중앙 통제 제어시스템, 자동창고시스템, 자동 운반기 시스템 등을 위한 데이타베이스 처리기의 프로토타입을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 FA전용 데이타베이스 처리기(database processor)의 요구 기능을 명세하고, 처리기의 기본 구조 및 실시간 지원기법들을 제시했으며 단순 구조 질의어로써 SSQL(Simple Structured Query Language)을 개발하였다.

RFID 기술을 이용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 많은 장점으로 인하여, 공급망에서 발생하는 실시간 제품 정보를 수집하고 관리하기 위하여 RFID 기술이 도입되고 있다. 기존의 RFID 기반의 공급망 관리 시스템은 제품의 위치에 따른 가시성은 확보할 수 있지만, 제품의 모든 상태에 따른 가시성은 확보하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 공급망 상의 제품 이동을 계획하고, 제품이 계획에 따라 이동할 때 발생하는 정보를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 통제할 수 있는 제품 상태 기반의 물류 통제 시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째, 공급망에서 발생하는 제품 상태의 정의와 상태 변화의 흐름을 state chart로 표현하고, 둘째, 공급망에서의 폐쇄형관리 패러다임을 통한 제품 통제(감시 및 예외처리)를 정의하였으며, 셋째, Temporal data modeling을 통해 RFID 데이터 기반의 Database를 설계하고, 마지막으로, Publish/Subscribe 모델을 통해 효율적인 제품 상태 기반의 물류 통제 시스템 아키텍처를 설계하였다.

본 논문은 전략적 계획과정에 대한 지능적인 의사결정 지원 시스템의 틀(framework)을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전문가 시스템의 능력을 의사결정 지원 시스템에 통합한 지능적인 의사결정 지원 시스템은 사업가나 의사결정자가 전략계획을 효율적이고 효과적으로 분석ㆍ평가ㆍ통제할 수 있도록 한다.

With the successful arrival of quality free/open source software, open source ISD(Information System Development) projects have been drawing attention from academic researchers. However, there have been few efforts to examine the managerial aspect of open source ISD projects. This study use a case research methodology to explores the management of open source projects, especially from the perspective of behavior control. Through data analysis and discussion, the study found that various practices related to behavior control were exercised to obtain participants' shared goals, although specific instances vary in each case. This finding is contradictory to the views of some researchers who suggested open source ISD projects lack behavior control. For more comprehensive understanding, however, future research should also include controls of open source projects in terms of outcome control and self-control.

물류시스템설계 및 개선의 일환으로 차량운송계획 문제는 매우 중요시되는 분야이다. 본 연구는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 통합물류 운송계획문제(Integrated Vehicle Routing Problem : IVRP)를 위한 전산화 모델의 개발로서 운송 중인 차량의 자동위치 조회시스템(Automatic Vehicle Location System : AVL)을 이용하여 차량운송의 통제기능을 높이며, 차량운송 효율을 높이는 목적으로 VRP문제와 AVL문제를 연계하는 통합운송시스템의 개념 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 다-물류센터를 고려한 운송 영역할당(Sector Clustering), 경로계획 문제(VRP) 및 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 운송순서 계획(GA-TSP)을 고려한 통합운송계획모델의 개발을 목적으로 차량의 운송간의 통신 및 통제 등의 기능을 위하여 위치 추적을 가진 GPS와 통신시스템을 위한 TRS 및 위치설정을 위한 GIS를 고려하였다. 본 연구에서의 AVL시스템 개발을 위한 GPS, GIS 및TRS 등 AVL시스템의 구성요소에 대하여 그 개요를 조사 연구하였다. 또한 GPS, GIS을 기반으로한 물류시스템의 구성과 시스템에 필요한 기능 및 구성요소를 파악하고 서브 시스템을 구성하여 각 서브 시스템의 기본설계를 실시하기 위한 연구이다.

Advent of the distributed computing has contributed to the rapid distribution of information technology throughout the organization. While powerful and user-friendly information technology are more available to end users, managing the distributed, heterogeneous IT environment has become a serious problem for corporate IT managers. Integrated Control Architecture (ICA) enables the monitoring and controlling of the dispersed information resources for effective enterprise-wide information resource management. This paper empirically examines the propositions that the level of information resource control is positively related to IS effectiveness measured in user satisfaction. Measures are developed and validated for the control of information resource object such as data, application, platform, and control of relationships among such objects. Results from a study of 130 organizations support that the organizations with high information resource control exhibit user satisfaction.
