경영정보학과 교과과정에 있어서 교수와 실무자간의 인식 차이에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 4년제 대학의 경영정보학과에서 개설해야 할 전공과목에 있어서 교수와 현업의 실무자간에 어떠한 인식의 차이가 있는가에 대하여 연구하였다. 특히 경영정보학과에서 개설해야 하는 전공과목의 우선순위, 전공구분(전공필수와 전공선택), 그리고 개설학년에 있어서 교수와 실무자간의 어느 정도의 인식 차이가 있는가에 대하여 실증적으로조사하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째로 경영정보학분야의 교과과정에 관한 기존의 연구에 대하여 간략하게 살펴보았다. 둘째, 연구 방법으로서 조사대상, 자료의 수집방법, 연구가설, 그리고 자료의 분석방법에 관하여 언급하였다. 셋째, 연구결과로서 표본의 특성, 주요 전공과목의 학년 및 전공별 분류, 그리고 가설검정의 결과에 대하여 구체적으로 논하였다. 특히 연구가설은 (1)전공과목의 우선순위에 관한가설, (2) 전공과목의 구분(전공필수, 전공선택)에 관한 가설, 그리고 (3) 전공과목의 개설학년에 관한 가설로 세분하여 구체적으로 검정하였다. 끝으로 , 본 연구의 결과를 요약하였고 향후 연구방향에 대하여 언급하였다.

A Comparative Study on the Confidence in Venture Creation between MIS Students and Other Business Major Students in the USA (미국의 경영정보 전공학생 집단과 일반경영 전공학생 집단간의 창업 자신감에 대한 비교연구)

  • This study was conducted to identify the difference in the level of confidence about venture creation between MIS students and those of other business major in the USA. For this study, data were collected from 70 business students including ANOVA, t-test and multiple regression were employed to analyze the collected data. The results of the study show that MIS students who have interdisciplinary knowledge including IT field and business field, have much higher level of confidence about venture creation. The results of this study suggest that MIS education be required to build an effective entrepreneurship education for business major students.

  • With the implementation of the "Critical Disaster Punishment Act" in 2022, the safety and health management system within the organization is being established and awareness of the importance of safety culture is spreading. Measuring the level of safety culture in an organization can grasp the perception and attitude of members about safety. You can also identify the safety-related problems and improvements of the organization. In this study, prior studies on the safety culture level scale were considered, focusing on domestic literature studied from 2001 to 2021. Domestic literature was analyzed by research period, research field, author, core terms, and constituent factors of scale. The implications of the research trend analysis results of the safety culture level scale were derived.

The Study on Essential Competencies for University Students in consideration of University Specialization and Major: Focusing on Hotel and Tourism Management (대학특성과 전공을 고려한 대학생 핵심역량에 관한 연구: 호텔관광경영전공을 중심으로)

  • This research was performed to provide a basic data for reforming University and Hotel & Tourism Management Curriculum Framework based on competency-based education, especially through identifying university students' competency categories of that reflect on the specialization and major of university. For the purpose of this research first, based on the literature review and empirical study, this paper grouped competencies into four areas: Generic Competencies, Specific Competencies, Personality Competencies, and University Specialization Competencies. Second, this paper examined empirical test through a survey of university students by Importance-Performance Analysis on four main categories. As a result of empirical test, four main categories were statistically verified, and the differences among majors about importance, performance and educational needs of each four competencies were analyzed significantly. There were proved that hospitality major is higher than other majors in importance of Generic and Personality Competency and performance of Generic Competency as well.

Comparison of Work Values of Undergraduate-level Foodservice Major Students (외식.급식경영 전공 학생들의 근로 가치관 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the work values of undergraduate-level foodservice major students. In order to assess work values of the participating students, this study adopted 'Maryland Work Values Inventory'. Data from a total of 290 surveys were collected. The participants consisted of 146 commercial foodservice major students and 144 institutional foodservice major students. Among the seven work values, both groups ranked 'job advancement' as the most important work value. Commercial foodservice major students rated 'altruism' as the least important work value, whereas it was 'stimulation' for institutional foodservice major students. 'Need for work' was evaluated statistically higher by junior and senior students compared to sophomore students of commercial foodservice major (p<0.05). In both foodservice majors, a positive relationship was found between work value scores and grade levels. All work value scores tended to be higher for students in higher grades. This tendency was especially statistically clear for the value 'need for work' for commercial foodservice major students and 'money and prestige' for institutional foodservice major students (p<0.05). There were some gaps in the work values between students with different career field choices. For the commercial foodservice majors, those interested in fine dining perceived 'satisfaction and accomplishment' and 'altruism' as more important [4.33 (p<0.05) and 4.05 (p<0.01), respectively] compared to students who had interests in fast food restaurants (4.06 and 3.67 respectively). Scores for 'satisfaction & accomplishment' (p<0.05), 'money & prestige' (p<0.001), and 'stimulation' (p<0.001) were significantly different among institutional foodservice major students. In addition, students more interested in industrial foodservice field regarded 'money & prestige' and 'stimulation' as less important as indicated by noticeably lower scores (3.74, 3.55 respectively) in comparison to the other group (p<0.001). The results of this study, which explored foodservice major students' work values, suggest that there is an increased need for the students to build up their work values as well as for the foodservice industry to offer appropriate work values to future foodservice employees.

  • 다수의 수련병원이 단일 병원군을 형성하려 전공의를 공동으로 모집선발하고, 또한 공동 책임에 수련시키는 전공의 통합수련프로그램인 "병원군별 전공의 총정원제"에서 인턴 순환근무 수련일정 계획은 순환교육과 임상경험을 위란 인턴의 일년간 수련일정을 수립하는 의사결정문제이다. 전공의의 순환배치와 관련하여 병원간의 갈등 또는 인턴의 불만 등이 발생할 수 있기에 병원군별 전공의 총정원제는 질적으로 우수하면 객관적인 인턴수련일정을 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 인턴일정계획의 수리모형을 제시하고, 면실의 데이터를 사용해 산출된 순환일정을 다각도로 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 작성된 수련일정은 9개병원이 참여한 CMC병원군에서 2003년 현재 263명 인턴의 일년수련 순환배지에 사용되고 있다.

A Study on the Utilization of QR Code for Improving the Effectiveness of Safety Education in Power Plant Workplaces (발전소 사업장의 안전교육 효과성 향상을 위한 QR Code 활용방안 연구)

  • In order to improve the implementation of safety and health education at the site for industrial accident prevention activities, research was conducted to minimize inconvenience and increase utilization by redesigning and developing existing education methods. To date, occupational safety and health education has been conducted without considering the general work characteristics and functional facilities (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical) of workers (mechanical: turbine, valve, pump, hydraulic system, electrical: generator, breaker, motor, etc.). In particular, plant facilities were classified as mechanical and electrical facilities to improve the methodology for industrial safety and health education for plant maintenance workers. In addition, the "One Page Education Plan" was announced as a learning case because the spread of COVID-19 infectious diseases made it impossible to reduce or control the number of people in all groups and groups. The improvement of this training method will play a major role in improving the effectiveness of safety education in power plant workplaces.

  • It is often the case that products or services on the market are causing problems, which hurt the business and image of the company. Responding appropriately to the problem and minimizing the damage is very important to business organizations. This study collected and analyzed the news articles related to the recall of the Galaxy Note 7, which was developed and launched by Samsung Electronics, one of the smartphone market leaders. Based on the issue lifecycle, the characteristics of the news were expressed by stages and the contents of the news were analyzed and visualized using association rules. The results of this study are expected to help business organizations to understand the changes and trends of issues and search for counter measures.
