This study examined the success factor of small business CEOs for continuous growth and development of business, and found it competencies of CEOs, and empirically studied the relationship between this factor and business performance. This study also focused on mediating effect of networking activity between competencies of small business CEOs and business performance. As a result of the study, it turned out that leadership competence, external cooperation competence and marketing competence have a significant effects on business performance. Small business CEOs' own efforts for increasing leadership, cooperation and marketing capability are needed as well as government policy and assistance in order to improve business performance. It also tested the mediating effect of networking activity to get information and resources, and proved it plays a role in enhancing business performance, so that it is necessary to promote small business CEOs' access to information and resources. Based on these empirical tests, government and supporting organizations need to refer to that factors affecting business performance are in priority supported in small business policy.

This study was carried out to verify management commitment on perceived consulting quality in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived consultant perform quality. Second, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived government support quality. Third, management commitment was found to have no effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fourth, perceived consultant perform quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fifth, perceived government support quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase institutional support for enhancing the management commitment as well as the capability of consultants and support of government. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

본 연구는 최근 공공부문에 급속히 확산되고 성과 관리시스템을 수용하는데 있어 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증분석으로 검증하기 위한 연구 이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)기반의 성과관리시스템을 수용대상으로 하고 있어 Davis(1986)의 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본 틀로 Venkatech et al.(2003)의 UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)를 접목하여 연구모형으로 활용하였다. 설문조사는 BSC시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 공공부문 기관(회사)을 대상으로 251부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과 13개의 가설 중 9개의 가설이 채택되었다. 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원, 개인의 혁신성은 노력에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용 자들이 새로운 기술 수용에 있어서 보다 쉽게 사용 할 것으로 기대하는데 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원 등 조직차원의 다양한 지원과 사용자 개인의 혁신성이 요구되는 것으로 해석된다. 성과에 대한 기대의 경로분석 결과 BSC시스템 수용 요인들 중에서 최고경영자지원과 개인의 혁신성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 공공부문의 실제 BSC시스템 구축에 대한 사례연구들에서도 지적된 사항이기도 하다. 한편, 노력에 대한 기대는 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 TAM 관련연구들의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 있어서도 노력에 대한 기대가 높을수록 성과에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 보여준다.

본 연구는 농협을 대상으로 정보시스템 사용자의 저항요인을 감소시키고 사용자의 만족을 제고시킬 수 있는 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보기술 특성 및 경영지원 특성이 사용자들의 저항에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보았으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보기술특성과 사용자 저항변수간의 분석결과에 의하면, 정보기술의 유용성과 용이성은 사용자저항과 부(-)의 관계가 발견되어 정보기술의 유용성과 용이성이 높을수록 사용자 저항은 감소한다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 정보기술의 유용성, 용이성은 사용자 저항에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 경영지원변수 중 경영자지원과 사용자 저항 간 분석결과에 의하면, 전혀 유의한 관계가 발견되지 않았다. 따라서 정보기술특성요인이 경영지원 특성요인보다 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수임 을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 농협이 CRM 시스템을 효율적으로 구축하고 운영하는데 있어 필요한 정보기술시스템의 특성에 관한 정보를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 하지만 본 연구는 사용자 저항의 원인변수 중 정보기술특성 및 경영지원특성에 관한 변수만을 사용하였다는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 향후에는 보다 다양한 사용자 저항 영향요인들을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 한다고 본다.

최근 국내에서는 인구감소에 따른 일부 지역소멸이 화두가 되고 있다. 대부분이 농촌지역으로 여러 가지 원인이 있으나, 원인 중의 하나로 농업경영체의 성과 미흡에 따른 소득향상의 어려움이 있기 때문이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 정부와 지자체에서는 다양한 정책을 수립하여 지속해서 지원하고 있지만 큰 성과를 내지 못하고 오히려 농엉경영체의 요구사항만 많아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 경영자역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고 경영자역량과 기업성과 간에 있어 시장지향성이 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업경영체의 경영자역량을 독립면수로 하여 히위변수에 창의적역량, 네트워킹역량, 자기통제역량, 기술적역량을 선정하고 종속변수에는 기업성과를 매개변수로 시장지향성을 선정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 농업경영체의 경영자역량이 기업성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있고 시장지향성이 매개효과가 있을 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 세계적인 불확실한 경제환경과 빠르게 변화되고 있는 국내 산업의 구조변화는 농업경영체들이 적응함에 있어 어려움이 존재하고 있는 상황에서 농촌에서 기업활동을 하고 있는 농업경영체 경영자역량의 주요 요인들을 설정하여 연구를 진행하였고 경영자들이 기업성과를 달성함에 있어 도움이 될 것이다.

'서포트업' 앱은 음식점을 경영하는 소상공인들과 식자재 공급업체 사이를 연결해주고 관리하는 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 앱으로서, 소상공인들이 손쉽게 창업 및 경영을 할 수 있도록 지원함으로써 지역 경제 활성화에 기여하기 위한 목적으로 구현되었다. 모바일 앱의 특성상 터치 몇 번으로 간편하게 거래처와 연결될 수 있다는 점에 포커스를 맞추어 음식점 경영자들에게 편리성과 유용성을 제공한다. 특히 처음 창업하는 경영자들이 평이 좋고 지리적으로 가까운 식자재 공급업체를 쉽게 찾을 수 있게 해주며 공급업체에 연결하여 식자재 확보 과정도 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 서비스를 지원한다. 앱을 이용하는 음식점 경영자들은 자신이 원하는 조건과 환경에 맞추어 식자재 품목별로 공급업체들에 대한 정보를 비교해보고 거래처를 정하여 거래를 할 수 있으며, 이용한 거래처에 대한 평을 남김으로써 다른 이용자들에게 거래처에 대한 정보를 제공할 수도 있다.

In this study, the influence of the CEOs' characteristics on the technology innovation performances of IT venture companies was analyzed. The relation between business performance and the characteristics of CEOs has been dealt with in earlier studies, but most paid attention to financial perspective, and few of these focused on the influence of managers on technology innovation. On the other hand, most of the studies related to the role of managers in technology innovation mainly focused on R&D investment and research infrastructure but did not delve on the characteristics of them in an in-depth way. In this study, the characteristics of CEOs and their technology innovation performances were empirically analyzed based on the results of a recently conducted survey on the IT venture companies. In the analytical aspect, a negative binominal model was applied to solve the over-dispersion problem that often appears in the count variable analysis. As a result, it was found that major, work type, and work experience, among managers' characteristics, have significant influences on managers' technology innovation performances, along with the company's innovation capacity, technological competitiveness, market competition, and support from the government.

기계설비건설업계의 성장을 이끌어온 창업세대가 세대교체 중에 있는 회원사가 늘어남에 따라 가업승계가 중요 관심사로 대두되고 있다. 정부는 중소기업의 가업승계 과정에서 발생하는 세부담을 완화하고 창업지원을 통한 투자 활성화 및 일자리 창출에 기여하기 위해 가업승계에 대한 세제지원을 지속적으로 확대해 왔다. 연간 매출액 1.500억원까지는 가업상속공제를 받을 수 있으며, 최대주주 등의 주식 또는 창업자금을 자녀에게 증여시 10% 세율로 과세하는 증여세 과세특례 제도를 2013년까지 연장했다. 본지는 정부의 중소기업 가업승계 지원 제도를 연재한다.
