Amid the growing interest of researchers in unethical pro-organizational behavior in recent years, this study validated the effects of organizational identification on unethical pro-organizational behavior while also verifying the mediating effect of organizational commitment in the relationship between organizational identification and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Based on the theory of good deeds and literature review, the hypothesis was established and a survey was conducted on employees engaged in manufacturing in southern area company in Korea. Analysis shows that organizational identifications has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on unethical pro-organizational behavior. organizational commitment has also been shown to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational identification and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Finally, we discussed the significance and direction of future research.

This paper examines research ethics in using the generative AI ChatGPT for research purposes. After reviewing traditional themes of research ethics and relevant principles, it will be argued to be inappropriate to discuss ChatGPT-related issues only from the perspective of permission, detection, and punishment. We need to consider the fundamental problem that the current rules pose concerning the way ChatGPT works. This leads to the proposal that the usage of ChatGPT should be clearly noted when it is used for research purposes and that some unresolved issues should be recognized. Although the advantages of ChatGPT cannot be denied, consensus on the appropriate scope of use is needed from perspectives of the research community and researcher's social responsibility. As generative artificial intelligence technologies are still in the early stages of development, researchers should pay attention to relevant research ethical issues, while not making hasty conclusions. In the conclusion, it will be also proposed to discuss and make a consensus regarding the definition of research that is premised on existing research ethics, but challenged with the advent of ChatGPT and AI technology.

Based on the social control theory, this study intends to find out the influential factors of organizational members' information security policy compliance (ISPC). Survey data from 195 military officers were analyzed to examine the effect of ethical disposition (morality, responsibility, the perceived value of ethical education) and perceived work environment (relationships with supervisors, overwork, and pay satisfaction) on ISPC attitude, ISPC intention, and turnover intention. The results of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) show that ethical dispositions affect ISPC attitude and that work environments (except for pay satisfaction) affect turnover intention. In addition, ISPC attitude significantly mediates relations between ethical disposition and ISPC intention, between relationships with supervisors and ISPC intention, and between turnover intention and ISPC intention. These findings suggest that ethical disposition factors can predict an individual's security awareness level, and the ISPC attitude is a significant variable in the organizational security context.

The importance of business ethics has been increased as time goes on. However, there are lacks of education and research in business ethics, domestically and internationally. Especially, in Korea, there are not many universities which teach business ethics as formal curriculum and there are not sufficient researches on business ethics. Also, the level of education of business ethics is only restricted to the type of case discussion and research of business ethics is focused only on one topic, corporate social responsibility which is only one of various and important topics in business ethics. Accordingly, as a qualitative research, this paper presents some directions that are essential to education and research in business ethics, discusses what has been educated and researched in business ethics, and proposes what are necessary for the future of education and research in business ethics. Based on this research, various researches which investigate various topics in business ethics are possible in the future.
