  • 초음속 충돌제트(impinging jet)의 열 및 운동량 전달(heat and momentum transfer)은 로켓의 이ㆍ착륙, 다단 로켓의 분리, 로켓의 방향조절을 위해 배기 노즐에 부착되는 제트 베인(jet vane)이나 스포일러 탭(spoiler tab), 수직/단거리 이착륙기의 발진, 미사일 발사시스템, 전투기 동체, 날개, 후미 부분에서 발사되는 미사일의 배기가스가 주변장치 등에 충돌할 때 발생되는 문제점 등을 사전 예측하여 관련장비의 설계 둥에 유용한 자료로 이용된다. 따라서 이에 대한 기초 연구로서 초음속 유동 실험장치를 이용하여 마하수(Mach Number) 1.0 및 1.8인 경우에 대하여 수직/경사평판에서 팽창 비, 거리, 경사각에 따른 충돌 면에서의 단열 벽면온도를 측정하였다.   • In this study an optimization of greenhouse roof shape was performed to maximize solar light transmission which is one of the most important elements in greenhouse environment. To determine roof shape that maximize the total light transmissivity, a computer model for analysing light transmissivity was composed and the Genetic Algorithms was applied for solving optimization problems. By setting composite model as objective function(fitness function), the optimum combination of design variables(roof inclination angle, width ratio) was searched using Genetic Algorithms. The optimum combination of input variables for the maximum light transmissivity at Suwon in winter was found 40 degree root angle , 0.5 width ratio, for two span greenhouses and 37 $_。 / roof angle, 0.7 width ratio, for single span greenhouses.es.

  • This paper presents a design of a multi-objective $H_2/H_{\infty}$ controller of an inverted pendulum with polytopic model by the stabilizing regulator and tracking performances. Multi-objective controllers are designed for polytopic models by the LMI design technique with convex algorithms. It is observed that the inverted pendulum controlled by any controller designed for each polytopic model is stably restored to the vertical angle position for initial values of larger tilt angles.

  • 산지하천의 만곡부에서는 홍수시 원심력이 작용하여 하천 횡단방향으로 수면경사가 발생되기 때문에 만곡 외측에서는 수위가 상승하고 내측에서는 수위가 내려가는 편수위 현상이 일어난다. 산지하천 만곡수충부의 수위 상승 특성을 파악하기 위해 만곡수충부 하류부의 수위가 그 편수위에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이에 강원지역 하천 만곡부의 형태학적인 특성을 바탕으로 산지하천 만곡부 조건을 설정한 수리모형 실험장치를 이용하여 하류부 수위를 6단계로 조절하고 각 단계별로 횡단수위 분포를 측정하는 과정으로 이루어졌다. 실험결과 만곡부의 최대 편수위는 하류부 수위조건이 고수위 보다 저수위에서 크게 나타났으며 이는 만곡수충부 하류에 보와 같은 수위조절구조물에 의하여 만곡부 내의 수위가 상승될 경우 편수위가 감쇠될 수 있는 가능성이 있다는 것을 나타낸다.

뇌혈류 자가조절과 내인성 $K^{+}$ channel 개방물질에 대한 연구

  • 뇌동맥계는 일과성 저혈압에 반응하여 혈관확장이 야기되고, 혈압 상승시에는 혈관수축이 일어남으로서 뇌혈류가 일정하게 조절된다. 이러한 자가조절은 뇌손상 등의 병적 상태에서 야기된다. 연구의 목적은 \circled1 Cromakalim, CGRP(calcitonin-gene related peptide), 및 substance P에 의하여 뇌연막동맥의 직경이 어떻게 변동하는가를 관찰하고 \circled2 이들 신경성 peptide의 작용에 대하여 $K^{+}$ 통로 개방 봉쇄제인 glibenclamide의 전처치 효과를 검색하고 \circled3 Capsaicin 전처치가 뇌혈류 자가조절에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 검색하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 뇌혈류 자가조절은 대퇴동맥을 통한 사혈에 의하여 혈압하강을 일으킬 때 뇌연막 동맥은 이완하였고, reservoir내의 혈액을 체내로 주입함로서 혈압반전을 일으켰을 때는 혈관 수축이 일어났다. 2. 연막동맥은 glibenclamide (1~3$\mu$M)의 관류에 의하여는 영향을 받아니하였다. 3. 혈압변동에 따른 혈관직경의 변화를 회기직선으로 분석하였다. Glibenclamide 1과 3$\mu$M의 전처치 관류에 의하여 혈압하강에 따른 혈관 이완경사도와 혈압반전에 따른 혈관수축 경사도가 대조군에 비하여 현저히 약화되었다. 4. Cromakalim (0.1-30$\mu$M)의 각 농도를 대뇌표면에 관류시 연막동맥의 기초직경은 약물농도에 의존하여 증가되었고, 이는 glibenclamide (1$\mu$M) 전처치 관류에 의하여 억제되었다. 5. CGRP (0.1~100 nM)와 substance P (0.1~10nM)도 용량에 의존하여 혈관이완을 일으켰다. 전자는 glibenclamide (1$\mu$M) 전처치 관류에 의하여 억제되었으나 후자는 영향을 받지 아니하였다. 6. Capsaicin(50 nmol: intracisternally) 주사에 의하여 뇌혈류자가조절의 변동이 초래되었다. 이상의 결과들을 종합하면 CGRP가 혈압변동에 의하여 반사적으로 유리되고, 이는 glibenclamide-sensitive $K^{+}$ 통로에 작용하는 것으로 시사된다.

  • As well as the advanced development of modern society, and the environmental problems caused by the use of fossil fuels is emerging. So do not reap the performance level of the car to be able to replace existing fossil fuel and low-emission energy and technology development are continually strives. Therefore, this study aims to present the direction of the new interface 21st century Mobile Auto Electric Segway technology in the field of security and disadvantages based. The Segway is a problem because the control itself skewed by certain slope where the slope in the wrong adjustment tipping. In this study, the year saw the introduction of two pressure sensors(Load cell) used to solve these drawbacks, according to the ratio of the weight control methods. In addition, the ramps operate in a straightforward, using an acceleration sensor and a gyro sensor in order to compensate for the slope value in free control method to study looked. Measured by calculating the value of the occupant's weight and according to the inclination of the pressure sensor pressure sensing experiment results this year, we can see that the control variable for the change in body weight is greater than the inclination. Segway is also easy to control, and the stability of the ramps, etc. As a result, created using a pressure sensor.

  • A simulation model for the analysis of the transmissivity of direct and diffuse solar radiation In glasshouse was developed. This model would be applicable to investigate the influences of time of year, orientation and slope of glasshouse, dimensions of the frames used, and latitude of the site on the transmissivity of direct and diffuse solar radiation in single-span or multispan glasshouse. The transmissivity of diffuse solar radiation was 60.4% for the single-span glass-house. It was independent of both orientation and time of year, During the winter season, the transmissivity of direct solar radiation was 67~69% for the E-W orientation single-span glasshouse, which was 14~16% higher than that for the S-N orientation. Oppositely the transmissivity of direct solar radiation for the S-N orientation was higher than that for the E-W orientation. during the autumn season. There was no influence of the latitude In the country on the transmissivity of direct solar radiation.

  • Most of the greenhouses employ the roll-up type ventilation control system. Torque required to roll-up and down might be theoretically expressed with the weight times radius of the ventilation roll; however, measured torques were two times of the theoretically estimated values. As the window film of roll-up vent is used over the periods of time, the warping and crumpling of the material caused the increase of the torque in addition to a span deformation. Therefore, this study was performed to develop an empirical torque formulae to present basic torque data and to assist the development of roll-up type ventilation control system. The empirically adjusted rolling radius (r+a) exponentially increased at the maximum span deformation. The coefficient of rolling resistance (Cr) was about 0.7―0.8 depending upon the wrinkle status of film material.

  • This paper presents a novel fiber optic tiltmeter system for the health monitoring of large-size structures. The system is composed of a sensor head, a light control unit and a signal processing unit. The sensing mechanism of the sensor head is based on a novel integration of the moire fringe phenomenon with fiber optics to achieve a robust performance in addition to its immunity to EM interference, easy ratting, and low cost. In this paper, a prototype of the fiber optic tiltmeter system has been developed successfully. A low-cost light control unit has been developed to drive the system's optic and electronic components. From an experimental test, the fiber optic tiltmeter is proven to be a prospective sensor for the monitoring of the tilting angle of civil structure with a good linearity. Finally, the test also successfully demonstrates the performance and the potential of the novel fiber optic tiltmeter system to monitor the health of civil infrastructures.

An experimental study on the dynamic tooth movement of two molar uprighting springs by calorific machine (두 종류의 구치직립 스프링 사용시 저항원 및 근심경사치의 동적인 치아이동 양상에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this investigation was to evaluate the differences of two canti-leyer springs by using a new simulation system. This was done using a Calorific machine that compared iron uprighting spring and root uprighting spring. The Calorific machine was designed to allow observation of the whole process of tooth moving, and is composed of three parts(a temperature regulating system, electro-thermodynamic teeth, and an artificial alveolar bone component). The experiment of both mechanics were repeated five times and measured two times. The intra-examiner agreement and inlet-examiner agreement were $96.54\%\;and\;95.73\%$ and these data were statistically tested by paired t-test. The obtained results were as follows. 1. Distal and buccal movement of the anchor teeth were observed greater in the root uprighting spring than the crown uprighting spring. 2. Crown uprighting spring showed distal movement of the crown of lower second molar for 3.29mm but root uprighting spring showed only 1.68mm. 3. Crown uprighting spring exhibited forward movement of mesial and distal root of the lower second molar for 3.91mm, 3.60mm but the root uprighting spring showed 6.76mm, 6.26mm.
