인터넷 비즈니스의 새바람이 불고 있다. 서로 다른 사업영역의 업체들이 제휴해 통합서비스를 제공하는 허브 사이트로 각 사이트에서 경쟁력있는 제품과 서비스를 묶어 한 곳에서 필요한 정보와 서비스를 이용하게 하는 것이다. 최근 국내에서 선보인 인터넷 경매 허브 서비스인 '셀피아'에 대해 살펴봤다.

Recently, real time auction system is increasingly required as internet grows up. According to this social requirement change, this paper designed and implemented a real time auction system. The system registers the goods for auction which customers add to their interested list in their point of view, automatically responds their information and gives a chance to the customer to apply to auction immediately via internet, and performs registration such as customer's information, goods, interested goods, etc. And, the customers on the system can purchase their interested goods rapidly and easily by check-up service of their interested and auctioned products without regarding to place or time through a mobile terminal.

최근, 국내외적으로 모바일 트래픽이 급증하고 LTE 서비스가 확산되면서 국내에서도 중장기적인 모바일 광대역 주파수 확보 계획 수립이 추진되었다. 본고는 이런 상황 배경을 바탕으로 모바일 광개토플랜에 따라 향후 국내에서 확보될 광대역 주파수의 효율적인 이용을 촉진하기 위한 정책 추진 및 경매 계획 수립에 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 영국의 800MHz+2.6GHz 합동 허가에 관한 1, 2차 자문서 및 기타 동향 자료를 심층 분석하였다. 본고에서 고찰한 영국 사례 분석결과는 국내 정책 수립 시에 경쟁 촉진을 위한 조치의 강구, 합리적인 최소주파수 포트폴리오의 도출방안, 주파수의 효율적 이용을 위한 경매방식 선택 및 패키징 구성 등에 많은 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

기업이나 일반 사용자의 인터넷 이용이 급증하면서 인터넷을 통한 전자 상거래가 증가되고 있으며, 일반적인 생활형태의 한 방법으로 정착되고 있다. 현재 인터넷을 통해 제공되고 있는 다양한 형태의 서비스 중 경매, 예약, 주식거래 시스템은 클라이언트 역할을 담당하는 Web Browser상에서의 실시간 처리 및 공유 데이터의 일관성 유지가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는, 웹 상에서 실시간 처리를 위한 하나의 실험 모델로서 경매시스템을 제안하였고, N-tier 모델 하에 RMI 메커니즘을 채택한 객체 지향 분산 프로그래밍 환경의 일종인 HORB[1]를 적용하여 구현하였으며, 클라이언트 수에 따른 실행시간을 비교하는 실험을 통해 웹에서 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

Recently, there are requires for auction system by growing up internet. This paper says if the customers add wonted goods to wanted list, the system automatically announce information to the customer via Inter Web browsing, whenever the proper goods to register to the auction system by seller. The system provides registration customer information, registration goods, wanted goods. And the application program can be downloaded from the Web System. Especially, this paper provides us very convenience check up service using the mobile phone, we can check our wanted goods or auction lists without regarding to place or time, we can alse purchase the goods more rapidly and easily.

Recently, consumer who has a desire to spend less money want to buy a cheap and good product because of long economy recession. Secondhand trading is regarded as a good method which allows people to buy cheap and good product. Activation of secondhand trading reduces the psychological distance among customers. Especially, in the case of expensive books such as major books, each university has community only for used book trading. However, existing used book community is hard to find current real-time trading state at a look, and it is impossible to purchase reasonably because of a one-way pricing of the seller. In this paper, we design and implement a used book trading web service using an auction system which can help anyone to trade used book easily. It is designed web based system and it provides convenience to user through efficient book registration function and book search function.

The cloud computing service provides physical IT resources to VM instances to users using virtual technique and the users pay cost of VM instances to service provider. The auction model based on cloud computing provides available resources of service provider to users through auction mechanism. The users bid spot instances to process their a job until its deadline time. If the bidding price of users is higher than the spot price, the user will be provided the spot instances by service provider. In this paper, we propose a new bidding strategy to minimize the total cost for job completion. Typically, the users propose bidding price as high as possible to get the spot instances and the spot price get high. we lower the spot price using proposed strategy and minimize the total cost for job completion. To evaluate the performance of our strategy, we compare the spot price and the total cost for job completion with real workload data.

This case describes key development challenges and patterns as experienced by Internet Auction Company, Ltd. from the startup stage through IPO to the sale to eBay. Currently an eBay company, Internet Auction Co. continues to pursue new auction systems and substitute distribution systems for the future with a renewed entrepreneurial spirit. In 1997, Mr Hyuk Oh saw a business opportunity in the Internet allowing two-way communications. At that time, the success stories of eBay and Onsale in the United States were good stimuli to his startup of an auction site. He opened the Website in April 1, 1998 after four months of development efforts. Auction has merit more than other shopping malls. First, it brings about interesting and benefit. Second, it has interactive trade system. Third, customers will trade for reasonable price through direct own will of them. Fourth, Auction's model brings about multitude sale through aggressive sales. Even if Network Marketing has socially negative effect in case of inappropriate use, it is good mood for further business. In case E-Commerce use as useful purpose, it will have competitive priority revenue model.

The main goal of general Online games is that the game user gain a high level character. If you want to grow up your character so fast, you need to have proper items. But sometimes users get items in the game that are not fit for the character. For the reason, game's users exchange these items each other. But such a function that serviced in the game is very restricted. To improve dealing function, it is necessary to support various method in the game such as Internet item dealing sites. By providing various service like as auction system service not the general dealing method, it is convenient for game users to deal with their own items. In this paper, by analyzing both function of internet item dealing site and function of item dealing used some domestic on-line game, we are propose the design method of auction type e-commerce that has the each advantage. Using the our proposed method, users can get information rapidly who want to deal with their own items, and deal with items through various functions.
