Detecting Software Similarity Using API Sequences on Static Major Paths (정적 주요 경로 API 시퀀스를 이용한 소프트웨어 유사성 검사)

  • Software birthmarks are used to detect software plagiarism. For binaries, however, only a few birthmarks have been developed. In this paper, we propose a static approach to generate API sequences along major paths, which are analyzed from control flow graphs of the binaries. Since our API sequences are extracted along the most plausible paths of the binary codes, they can represent actual API sequences produced from binary executions, but in a more concise form. Our similarity measures use the Smith-Waterman algorithm that is one of the popular sequence alignment algorithms for DNA sequence analysis. We evaluate our static path-based API sequence with multiple versions of five applications. Our experiment indicates that our proposed method provides a quite reliable similarity birthmark for binaries.

Calculation of a Diesel Vehicle's Carbon Dioxide Emissions during Haulage Operations in an Underground Mine using GIS (GIS를 이용한 지하광산 디젤 차량의 운반작업 시 탄소배출량 산정)

  • This study presents a method to calculate carbon dioxide emissions of diesel vehicles operated in an underground mine using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). An underground limestone mine in Korea was selected as the study area. A GIS database was constructed to represent the haulage roads as a 3D vector network. The speed of dump trucks at each haulage road was investigated to determine the carbon dioxide emission factor. The amount of carbon dioxide emissions related to the truck's haulage work could be calculated by considering the carbon dioxide emission factor at each haulage road and the haulage distance determined by GIS-based optimal route analysis. Because diesel vehicles are widely utilized in the mining industry, the method proposed in this study can be used and further improved to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide emissions in mining sites.

  • Due to the expansion of freeway networks in Korea, drivers have more routes to choose. Traffic information on various alternative roadway sections and routes may help drivers choose the optimal route that minimizes travel time or cost. Traffic information on roadways is, therefore, invaluable in sense that individual drivers could reduce their travel time or cost by selecting optimal routes, and furthermore total travel cost of the system could be lowered. However, consensus about the price of traffic information that drivers are willing to pay is not made yet. Current price of traffic information is decided according to the price of similar information such as stock, weather and so on. To investigate the value of traffic information, a survey was conducted at freeway rest areas near Seoul Megalopolis area including Kyunggi Province. Eight hundred drivers who had travelled on freeway within a year were randomly selected. Purposive Quota Sampling was used. A price-response function, a relationship between price and sales, was obtained based on the survey, followed by sensitivity analysis

  • 최근 지표수-지하수 혼합대 흐름은 하천의 지형학적 및 생태학적으로 그 중요성이 인지되고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 혼합대 흐름 특성에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요소들 중 하상형태 변화는 혼합대 흐름의 체류시간 및 이동경로에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 하상형태는 혼합대 흐름 특성 분석을 위한 수리학적 변수로 활용 될 수 있다. 일반적으로 다양한 지형측량 장비를 활용하여 종횡단으로 하상형태를 확인할 수 있으며, 최근 온도 센서를 활용하여 장기간 하상형태를 모니터링 하는 방법이 제시된 바 있다. 온도 센서를 이용하여 하상변화를 예측하는 방법은 하상변화 측정의 지속성 및 효율성을 고려한 적절한 측정 방법 중 하나이다. 온도 센서를 활용한 하상변화 예측 방법은 하상에 온도 분포 센서를 설치한 후 하상 온도 및 수온을 일정한 간격으로 장기간 측정하여 기존에 제시된 공식을 통해 시간에 따른 하상 변동고를 산정하는 방식이다. 이러한 온도 분포 센싱을 활용한 계측방법은 하천에서 발생하는 침식 및 퇴적의 시간적 변화를 모니터링 하는데 매우 경제적이며 효과적인 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서, 온도 분포 센서를 활용하여 시간에 따른 하상형태 변화를 계측하고, 측정 결과는 하상형태에 따른 혼합대 흐름체류시간 및 이동성 분석을 할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온도 센서를 활용하여 하상형태 예측 및 하상 변동고를 산정하기 위해 한국건설기술연구원 안동하천실험센터 급경사수로에 온도 센서를 설치하여 하상 온도와 수온을 약 72시간 측정하였고 유량을 공급하기 전과 후에 Total Station으로 지형 측량을 수행하였다. 온도센서로부터 측정된 결과로 하상 변동고를 산정하였고 이를 Total Station으로 측량한 결과와 비교분석하였다. 또한, 하상 온도와 수온의 시간에 따른 변화 패턴을 확인하였다.

Constitutive Equation for Clay in Overconsolidation State and Under Cyclic Loading (과압밀상태 및 반복하중을 받는 점토지반에 대한 구성모델)

  • A new model for describing the behavior of clay under monotonic and cyclic loading is proposed. This model uses the hyperbolic representation for the stress -strain relationship in overconsolidated state and it describes undrained effective stress path on the basis of the critical state theory. The developed constitutive model by using an energy dissipation equation can describe the behavior of clay in heavily overconsolidated state as u.ell as lightly overconsolidated state under monotonic loading. In order to extend the model for the behavior of clay under cyclic loading, a shift function of undrained stress spacing ratio is introduced in the constitutive model developed for monotonlc loading. A single additional parameter is required to represent the cyclic effect and it can be reasonably deter mined from the test results. The measured behavior in undrained cyclic triaxial tests has been easily and precisely predicted by the newly developed constitutive model.

QoS-aware Data Delivery Infrastructure for IoT Computing Environments (사물인터넷 컴퓨팅 환경에서 QoS를 고려한 데이터 전송 구조)

  • In this paper, we present a scalable data delivery infrastructure for such IoT computing environment where we need a common platform where data providers share their diverse sensing data and applications can easily access and receive such data from providers. For efficient data delivery, this paper proposes a new delivery path management technique that take advantage of diverse consumer QoS when building bandwidth-efficient delivery paths. We perform primitive experiments on the path construction and reconstruction which may be major overhead of the scalable infrastructure. The results show that the proposed infrastructure achieves a high level of scalability, and demonstrates that the management overhead is not significant.

  • Recently, Internet (IoT) and big data have been utilized in various fields such as medical, military and sports. Korea Nazarene University is a rehabilitation-welfare university with about 300 students with disabilities. This paper proposes a smart campus that provides the optimal path for the calculation of the route and risk avoidance using the BLE beacon and the 3-axis acceleration sensor when the students with disabilities move in the campus both indoors and outdoors. So we can manage the big data and sensor-based IoT technology for students with disabilities.

  • 하천의 유량 측정 자료는 수자원 개발 및 하천 방재의 중요한 기초 자료로 이용되며 정확한 유량 측정자료를 얻기 위해 많은 수자원 전문가들이 노력하고 있다. 그 결과 국내 하천 유량측정 기술들이 선진화되고 있으며 유량 측정 성과의 양적 측면에서의 개선이 이루어졌다. 하지만 유량 측정 결과에 대한 질적 평가 즉, 측정 불확도 평가에 대한 기준이 미흡하기 때문에 유량 측정 성과의 신뢰도 개선을 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 일반적인 홍수 시 하천 유량측정 방법으로 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 부자법의 경우 유량 측정 불확도 평가방법이 ISO 748:2007 지침에 제시되어 있다. 구체적으로 ISO 748:2007 지침에서는 측선 수에 대한 불확도, 하폭 측정의 불확도, 수심 측정의 불확도 그리고 부자 유속계수, 유하경로 이탈, 유하시간 측정 등으로 발생하는 평균유속 측정 불확도를 고려하여 부자를 이용한 유량 측정 불확도를 평가한다. 하지만, 부자유속계수의 불확도, 유하경로 이탈에 따른 불확도, 유하시간 측정의 불확도를 평가할 수 있는 방법이나 정량적인 불확도에 대한 기준이 포함되어 있지 않아 실무에서는 이와 같은 불확도 인자들의 표준불확도를 무시하고 유량 측정 불확도를 제시하고 있어 실제 발생할 수 있는 유량 측정 불확도 보다 작게 제시하고 있는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부자를 이용한 유량 측정 시 평균유속 불확도에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 기여도가 크다고 판단되는 부자 유속계수에 대한 표준불확도를 실규모 실험을 통해 산정하였으며, 이 결과는 향후 부자를 이용한 유량 측정 불확도 평가를 위한 기준 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Uncertainty Analysis of the Optical Smoke Density Measurement through the Doorway in a Compartment Fire (구획화재의 출입구를 통한 광학적 연기밀도 측정의 불확실성 해석)

  • The present study measured the light transmission to quantify the smoke density(smoke mass concentration) through the doorway in a compartment fire and performed the uncertainty analysis to evaluate the reliability of the measurement technique. The optical light extinction method based on Bourguer's law was applied to estimate the smoke density of doorway exhausting smoke flow in upper layer of a compartment for methane gas fires. The measurement uncertainty of the light extinction measurement was evaluated for the light transmittance, path length, and specific mass extinction coefficient and the expanded uncertainty was estimated about 20% with confidence level of 95%. The mean smoke density through the doorway for the methane fire was calculated for quasi-steady fire and the smoke density linearly increased as the GER increased.

Earthwork Plan Using the Precise 3D Topographic Data (3차원 정밀지형자료를 활용한 토공계획 개선)

  • In this study, an earth work design program which will improve the efficiency of earth work and enable to carry out the design using 3D Geospace-based earth work modelling in design stage was developed. Estimate of accurate earth work volume is achievable using 3D grid DEM, and based on this, a mass calculation chart was developed for movement of earth and equipment. In consideration for the resources for various construction equipments needed for civil engineering works, soil conversion and the passage is displayed. In addition, the result is restored in the form of open API-based KLM to make it possible for the users to identify the progress of the construction, thereby enhancing the intuitive understanding of three-dimensional visualization and making it easier to share the result of the analysis.
