The occurrence mechanisms of heatwave have been conventionally studied at a synoptic scale. However, the implications of precedent droughts on the following up heatwave occurrences have not been elucidated and are important to address the complex causal mechanisms of heatwaves. Therefore, this study evaluated the causality and implication of the seasonally antecedent droughts to summer heatwaves that occurred for 46 years since 1974 using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The resulting contribution of winter (spring and summer) droughts to summer heatwaves for Seoul-Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Chungcheong provinces were 37 % (29 % and 22 %), 21 % (18 % and 29 %), and 17 % (8 % and 38 %), respectively. This is due to the regional variability of seasonal drought impacts. Furthermore, Gangwon and Chungcheong provinces, which have a higher level of impacts of summer droughts to summer heatwaves, are more likely to be exposed to the compound drought-heatwave damages compared to Seoul-Gyeonggi province, which has relatively a low-level impact of summer drought.

한국건강관리협회 경기도지부가 경기도비의 지원을 받아도 보건과, 한양의대 예방의학교실과 함께 수원시 김포군을 비롯한 8개 지역 주민 5천명을 대상으로 각종 성인병, 자궁경부암, 위암 이동검진을 실시하고 있다. 지난 7월까지 3천7백여 명의 주민이 이검진에서 건강검사를 받았다. 지난 해7월 도비지원으로 국내 최초로 특수검진장비까지 장착된 이동검진버스를 도입함으로써 지역주민 건강검진에 큰 성과를 거둔 건협 경기지부는 이번 사업을 통해 우리나라의 체계적인 집단검진 실시에 새로운 계기를 마련했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 특히 이번 검진사업에서는, 결과를 토대로 지역주민 위암 발병률 조사와 이상자에 대한 관리대책 등도 수립될 계획이어서 앞으로 우리나라 위암 검진 및 관리에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of regional clusters of national 16 areas on the assembly & demonstration in 2010 and 2015. The results of this study were as follows by using hierarchical cluster analysis. First, the regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration in 2010 were divided into three clusters in the first step: (1) Gwangju, Chungnam, Incheon, Chungbuk, Gyeongbuk, Daegu, Gangwon, Jeju, Daejeon, (2) Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, Busan, Jeonbuk, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, (3) Seoul. Second, the regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration in 2015 were divided into three clusters in the first step: (1) Ulsan, Gangwon, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Incheon, Gyeongbuk, Jeonnam, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, Daejeon, (2) Busan, Jeonbuk, Gyeongnam, (3) Seoul, Gyunggi. Third, The regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration were Busan, Jeonbuk, Gyeongnam of 'assembly & demonstration management area(labor related)', and Seoul, Gyeonggi of 'assembly & demonstration frequency areas' in 2015. This suggests that policing policies related to assembly & demonstration can be established and implemented flexibly in consideration of the degree of increase and decrease in assembly & demonstration by districts. Furthermore, it will be helpful to manage assembly & demonstration based on the 'police for human rights'.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 위치 센서를 기반으로 경기도 긴급재난지원금의 사용처에 대한 정보를 사용자들에게 제공하는 '가치살림' 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 간소화 된 회원가입과 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 제공하여 접근성이 높인다. 또한 남녀노소 편리한 사용을 위하여 단순한 화면구현과 사용처 위치, 길 안내, 사용처 정보 제공, 내 위치 등의 필수 정보를 제공한다. 사용자는 즐겨 찾는 지역 또는 본인의 거주 지역, 현재 위치를 기반으로 긴급재난지원금 사용처의 정보를 알 수 있다. 경기도 각 시군의 지역화폐 가맹점 현황 정보는 경기도 데이터 드림의 지역화폐 가맹점 현황 Open API를 통해 가져온다. 또한, 긴급 재난 지원금의 사용처의 위치 정보와 사용자의 위치는 경기도 데이터 드림의 지역화폐 가맹점 현황 Open API에서 각 사용처별 위도와 경도 값과 Google Map을 통해 구현한다.

대한가족보건복지협회 경기도지회는 가족의 건강한 삶을 위한 보건의료사업, 청소년 성교육, 모자보건사업을 중점적으로 추진하기 위하여 1962년 설립되었으며, 경기도 내 39개 지역을 대상으로 하여 지회사업을 추진하고 있다. 경기도지회는 도민의 가족보건복지증진을 위해 다양한 사업을 끊임없이 개발하고 있으며 건전하고 행복한 생활을 위해서 노력하고 있다.

At the archaeological site, there are a variety of fired soil remains with which archaeomagnetic dating is measured, and there are also different kinds of kilns equipped with favorable plasticity conditions, so quality data can be gained. Among them, roof tile kilns indicate fairly great results of archaeomagnetic measuring. This should be associated with the properties of soil consisting of the kilns. With a lot of experimental results, it has been found that the fired soil samples of roof tile kilns have formed very stable residual magnetization. This author conducted archaeomagnetic research to present archaeomagnetic results of measuring about roof tile kilns from Goryeo in Gyeonggi. With the archaeomagnetic data of measuring 21 samples, this researcher tried to estimate the archaeomagnetic dating of roof tile kilns from Goryeo in Gyeonggi and divided them into three groups, group A (A.D.900~1150), group B (A.D.1150~1250), and group C (A.D.1300~1400) to figure out their relative order and arrange them in order. Through this kind of archaeomagnetic research, it will be possible to identify the dating of 21 roof tile kilns from Goryeo in Gyeonggi and also contribute considerably to chronological research on roof tile kilns from Goryeo. In the body, the remains and kilns belonging to each group are presented in detail.

지금까지의 벤처기업에 관한 연구에서는 어떤 산업에서 벤처기업의 창업이 활발한가에 관한 것이었다면, 최근의 관심은 산업이라기보다는 특정 전문직종이나 개인의 경제 사회적인 특징에 관한 것이다. 특별히 대학(교)이상의 학위를 가지고 있는 고급노동력의 인적자원들이 성공적인 벤처기업을 창업 및 운영하고 있다는 점이 주목받고 있으며, 이들의 공간적 특성과 관계성에 대한 연구는 의미를 갖는다. 벤처기업협회의 벤처기업입지에 관한 자료와 통계청에서 제공하는 지역별, 교육수준별 인구통계를 이용하여 그 관계성을 분석하였다. 우리나라의 지역들 중에서 경기도는 벤처기업이 가장 활발하게 창업되고 있는 지역으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 단순히 대학(교) 교육 이상을 받은 고급노동력이 경기도로 몰려오기 때문만은 아니다. 경기도로 오는 인적자원들은 실제로 기업가정신(entrepreneurship)이 왕성한 고급노동력들인 것이다. 이와 함께, 대전/충남지역 역시 그 지역의 고급노동력의 비율에 비해서 높은 비율로 벤처기업이 창업되고 있음이 발견되었다. 서울과 인천과 같은 수도권 지역 역시 벤처창업이 상대적으로 왕성함이 발견되었다. 반면에 수도권과 충청권을 제외한 지방지역에서는 각 지역들이 보유하고 있는 고급노동력에 비해서 벤처기업의 수가 상대적으로 낮게 나타나고 있다. 이에 대한 지방정부 차원에서의 노력이 요망되며, 특별히 연구개발기능의 유치와 지역대학의 연구기능 강화를 위한 대책이 마련되어야 한다.
