It is known that to automate the quantity take-off process enables you to increase the productivity best among the construction business field. However, the limitation of 2D(Two-dimension) CAD System prevented a cost-estimating system which makes the great effects on the quantity take-off process from being developed. This study aims that you can automate both the itemized statements and the quantity take-off process by using commercially available object-oriented CAD system. The commercially available CAD system today does not give us entire satisfaction. This study shows the deduction of the old boundaries of the object-oriented CAD system and the solution of those problems. And it also studied about the quantity take-off process and the automated cost-estimating system that can be used in the simple and plain repair-maintenance work such as the execution drawing which doesn't need the complicated drawings.

국내 공작기계 시장은 일본 화낙사 컨트롤러를 사용하는 비중이 80[%] 전후이며 그 비중이 높다고 할 수 있다. 최근, 기계가공 분야에서도 IoT(Internet of Thins) 환경을 도입하여 공장의 스마트화가 이루어지고 있다. 대부분의 공작기계를 소유하고 있는 산업현장에선 공작기계에 관한 모니터링 시스템에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 있으며, 공작기계의 가동률 체크 뿐만 아니라 가공패턴 및 가공시간 등을 견적서 자료로 활용하려하고 하고 있다. 이러한 요구조건을 충족시키기 위하여 가공기계 분야에도 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)시스템을 도입하여 생산 공정관리의 기초 데이터로 활용하고 있다. 이러한 생산 현장을 감안하여 공작기계에 대한 공정 모니터링 기능 및 스마트화가 무엇보 다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 화낙(fanuc)에서 제공하는 FOCAS 라이브러리를 활용하여 공작기계 가동률에 대한 체크가 가능하도록 Wi-Fi 기반의 데이터 전송 모듈을 개발하여 공작기계 모니터링에 필요한 소형의 통신모듈을 제시하고자 한다.

In construction project, an error in quantity information immediately leads to an error in the quotation, highly reliable quantity calculation is required for successful performance of a project. But there is a difficulty in the current situation for the person in charge to review all calculation sheets for quantity review as the quotation work has to be performed in a short period of time. Accordingly, it is thought that a review plan is required to secure reliability on calculated results and the review plan should be able to be carried out within insufficient quotation periods. In the present paper, it is intended to present a plan that enables quantity to be reviewed with the minimum number of persons within the shortest period of time through an algorithm of calculating a verification quantity. The suggested algorithm allows the result of quantity calculation work carried out earlier based on 2-dimensional drawing to be compared, not with an accurate quantity, but within an error range.

The importance of construction waste reusing and recycling is becoming increasingly large because the demolition industry is in current trend to pursue for sustainable growth. As the considering situation of the domestic housing construction and existing house, a scale of demolition industry is expected to be increased continuously. But the related cost regulations that are used in tendering in the demolition industry are insufficient, also the computer system for estimating the demolition costs have not been developed yet. Therefore, in this study suggests man-hours of 21EA items which are utilized to estimate demolition cost and work rate of $1.0m^3$ breaker which is used mostly in domestic demolition industry after analyzing a case study for deconstruction works. The computer system is developed for the estimating demolition cost easily, which are including five modules such as a project information, a unit cost management, a standard unit cost table, a bill of quantity, and a reporting system. This computer system is possible to apply for estimating cost of both mechanical demolition and blasting demolition. The biggest advantage of this system is to estimate cost to utilize standard WBS which is linked with standard unit table and each DB. This can help unskilled users use easily for it.

This study examines the implementation process of landscaping projects in Japanese colonial era focusing on landscaping of Keijo Imperial University and draws conclusions as follows. First, landscaping of Keijo Imperial University in Japanese colonial era progressed based on Hoegyebeop and it provides important materials including the floor plan of the garden, detailed statement and other documents required for the construction. Second, it was all Japanese enterprises that took part in landscaping of Keijo Imperial University and the construction progressed under a private contract by lowest-price contract-awarding system after five enterprises' submitting estimates. Third, according to the floor plan for the landscaping, the garden had a shape of a quadrant and its boundaries were utilized as side gutters and connected to a drainage system. Fourth, though the floor plan doesn't clarify specific names of trees, detailed statement shows sorts of trees of the time. Trees of Chosun were plentifully introduced due to regional features and pines were the most expensive one when they were voluminous. This study has significance that it conducts an empirical research on main materials and techniques of landscaping projects in Japanese colonial era.

드루파 2004 이후 유럽의 인쇄 산업에서 우리는 기존 인쇄공정의 자동화와 새로운 디지털 인쇄공정으로 크게 2개의 발전 경향을 엿볼 수 있다. 기존 인쇄 공정의 자동화는 JDF(Job Definition Format) 포맷을 통해 가능해 졌다. JDF는 인쇄사에서 사용하는 있는 서로 다른 프로그램의 통합을 가능하도록 했다. 인터넷 등을 통하여 디지털 작업이 접수되면 견적 가격은 물론 서버에 저장된 데이터를 통하여 잡 티켓(Job Tickets)이 만들어지고 이러한 데이터는 프리프레스의 작업 공정과 연결은 물론 교정기(Proofer), CTP, 인쇄, 후가공으로 자동 전달, 사용하게 된다.
