This study focuses on the role of supplier's organizational learning capacity in creating the outcomes of technological innovation based on buyer-supplier collaboration. In doing so, the study is carried out through mediating effect analysis using 221 small and medium enterprises among Korean manufacturers. As a result of empirical tests, buyer's indirect supports(knowledge, know-how, value, information sharing) have significant and positive effects on the outcomes of technological innovation, whereas direct supports(technical staff support, machine tools and test equipments support, education for facility utilization) show no statistical significance. In addition, a further test for mediation effects reveals that a full mediation exists between supplier learning capacity and buyer's direct support, while there is a partial medication effect for buyer's indirect support. The findings suggest that buyer's indirect support can take on more important role to enhance the outcomes of supplier's technological innovation.

Abstract In this paper, we describe client/server puretone audiometer supporting video chat. Our system makes it possible for one audiometrist to concurrently assess multiple subjects. An audiometrist in remote place can monitor assessment procedure through video and/or result of each assessment step. This system also provides a video chat facility to lead audiometrist without a hitch whenever there occurs any problem during assessment. The one-to-many model of this system makes subjects to reduce not only expense but also waiting time.

It is urgent to have learning support for children with learning disability according to the survey made by the government educational organization. To this end, we developed a learning support system for children with learning disability. First, the system diagnoses the children with learning disability using a decision tree based on the pre-test results. Secondly, it supports for children with learning disability one of audio-, vision- and tactility-oriented learning types according to the results from the psychological learning style test. Thirdly, one-to-one study is supported for failed students at the achievement test. For the evaluation of the system, the children with disability were divided into an experimental group and a control group and the educational achievement was evaluated. We found that 10% on the average was improved in case that learning was made after the psychological test for learning styles.

This study is to notify differences of PITR reaction groups classified by industrial accident. This study aims to know reaction of stress, preparation plan, and psychological resources on industrial accident workers. The research was performed as below: First, Measuring and descriptive statistical analysis were performed. twenty workers who were hospitalized by industrial accidents and twenty patients who were hospitalized by common accidents. Data were collected from March to October in 2013. Then There were classified Two groups following subjects; 'industrial accident' and 'common accident'. Second, Questionaries assessing demographic and PITR(Person-In-The-Rain) by Heidi S. Lack. Third, statistical analysis was done by SPSS for Window 18.0. To Verify the reliability of the measures and correlations between two groups, and to find out the difference of the reaction of 'stress', 'preparation plan', and 'psychological resource', were used frequency analysis and T-test. The results of this is significant personality types of industrial accident are followings; Industrial accident workers' felt more stressful, less self esteem, and less psychological resource than common accident patients.

장기간의 원자력발전소 운영과정에서 가동전 중검사는 설비의 건전성을 확인하는 매우 중요한 점검과정이다. 가동전 중검사 결과 많은 양의 검사데이터가 생산되며 이러한 검사데이터는 과거 검사결과와 비교하여 결함지시의 성장여부 등이 검토될 수 있어야 하며 후속 검사를 위한 기초 데이터로 활용될 수 있어야 한다. 또한 검사에 사용되는 검사장비, 검사자, 검사절차서, 관련 도면, Codes & Standards 등 검사자원의 체계적인 관리가 필요하며 이를 위한 정보시스템의 지원이 필수적이다. 또한 수작업으로 작성되는 가동전 중검사계획(LTP 등) 작성업무의 자동화가 필요하며, 검사계약이 경쟁체제로 전환됨에 따라 검사업체의 변경 여부에 관계없이 검사결과의 연속성이 유지되어야 하며 검사절차나 양식 등의 표준화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 현안사항을 개선할 수 있는 데이터베이스 응용시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 그 개발 과정을 소개한다.

'바른 우리글 쓰기' 학습시스템은 우리말 작문 학습에 필요한 지식을 익히도록 하고자 만들었다. 이 논문의 궁극적인 목표는 한국어 철자/문법 검사기와 국어 학습시스템을 연계하여 학습자가 적극적으로 학습에 참여하도록 동기를 부여하는 능동적인 언어 학습 시스템의 구현이다. 흔히 웹에 기반한 학습시스템에서 학습자는 일방적으로 정보를 제공받거나 독립적인 위치에서 자율적인 학습을 해나가야 하므로 끊임없는 흥미와 관심이 없이는 효율적인 성과를 거두기 어렵다. 이와 같은 약점을 보완하려는 맥락에서 이 학습시스템은 학습자가 스스로 학습한 후 그 결과를 평가 문제나 한국어 철자/문법 검사기를 통해 즉각적으로 확인해 보고 부족한 내용을 공부할 수 있도록 한다.

XML이 표준화 제정될 당시 XML문서의 구조를 정의하기 위해 DTD를 사용하였다 DTD는 XML의 전신인 SGML에서부터 사용되어 왔으며 여러 훌륭한 기능을 지원하고있다. 그러나 DTD는 그 고유의 형식으로 이루어져있어 XML 개발자는 XML구문분석기 이외에 DTD 구문분석기를 별도로 개발하여야하고, DTD는 지원하는 데이터 형식에 제한이 있으며, 데이터 값의 범위 등을 설정할 수 없어 XML 문서의 유효성 검사에 제한이 많다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 W3C에서는 XMLSchema를 제정하였다. DTD의 구문을 XML Schema로 모델링하였고, XML 문서에서 XML스키마를 적용하기 위한 도구와 DTD의 XMLSchema변환을 효과적으로 생성할 수 있는 GUI기반 XMLSchema Tool을 설계, 구현하였다.

The purpose of this research was to develop Public Service Aptitude Test(PSAT) in order to select high performer in the public sector of the government. Based on both literature review and job analysis using the interview with job incumbents, the test which measured verbal ability, situational judgment ability, data interpretation ability, and knowledge on common sense was prepared. The items was administered in undergraduate students, job incumbents, and trainees of public service officers to obtain information about the goodness and appropriateness of items. Base on the results of the item analysis, new items were made and administered in another undergraduate students, job incumbents, and trainees of public service officers to select the final test items. The reliability and validity of the developed PSAT were acceptable level. Finally, the impact of the PSAT on potential applicants and future suggestions were discussed.

현재까지 많은 업체에서 사용되는 비구면 표현식의 단점을 해결하여 직관적이며 예측가능한 면을 표현할 수 있는 새로운 비구면 표현식, 일명 Q Polynomials (또는 Forbes Polynomials, Q-type Polynomials)을 소개한다. Q Polynomials은 기존 quadratic polynomial을 이용한 표현식과 달리 서로 영향을 미치지 않는 유일한 함수 Qm를 기본으로 하는 다항식으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 각 계수는 하나의 비구면에 대해 유일한 계수다. 각 항의 함수의 모양이 이미 정해져 있기 때문에 계수들의 크기를 살펴보면 비구면도, 측정 가능성, 가공 및 생산 가능성에 대한 예측이 가능하다. 따라서 비구면 설계 시점에서부터 시험/검사, 생산이 실질적으로 가능한 비구면 광학요소인지가 판정되므로 설계시부터 설계자, 시험/검사자, 생산자 사이의 합의가 이루어지는 것과 같다. 따라서 생산성과 간섭계 측정을 이용한 초정밀 비구면를 제조할 수 있는 결과에 이르게 된다. 이미 도입한 여러 업체에서 긍정적인 결과를 얻고 있다. Q polynomials은 기존에 현업에서 사용되고 있는 광학 설계 프로그램에도 적용되어 사용 가능하다.

Ubiquitous has spotlighted in the industry in these days, and automotive industry has tried to build ubiquitous environment like as 'intelligent driver assistance system' in BMW Inc. even though in shipbuilding industry. As the part of Ubiquitous Technology for visualization, Mixed Reality has been adopted in this paper. Augmented reality, a part of mixed reality, could show the mixed real world, overlapping virtual objects. Therefore, it is more realistic than virtual reality that all generated by computer and it is very useful for displaying information. For this reason, we tried to apply augmented reality to inspect marine structure and we developed the inspection assistance system based on mixed reality
