OSC(Off-Site Construction) is regarded as a faster and more economical method in the construction industry, and the attention towards the OSC is growing. In the modular construction process, which is one type of OSC, accurate identification of a module is essential. Because the installation position and the MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) composition are distinct between modules, a defect in the finishing or junction area is likely to happen during the construction process. This study suggested the modular construction process by applying a beacon receiver using BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology on each module. Construction quality management would be improved using the location and assembly data, particularly for a different module in modular construction.

본고는 ‘인간환경의 탐구’라는 제목으로 일본 산업Design 연구소가 건축 및 환경관계잡지 ‘SD(Space Design)’ 지(72년10월)에 기고한 기사를 역편한 것이다. 최근 태두되고있는 인간환경의 재인식이라는 문제와 관병해 우리주변의 환경과 공간을 미적인식활동의 장병이라는 입장에서 고찰한 것인데, 건축학도는 물론 일반인에게도 새삼 환경이라는 의미를 되씹어 볼 수 있는 유익한 기회가 될 것이다.

After the outbreak of COVID-19, the construction industry, which has more contact between workers than other industries, needs to improve its environment through the technology development for automation of construction projects. This study conducted 5-point scale surveys of 39 candidate technologies on 54 workers in construction- related industries to derive priorities for technology development to improve the construction environment. The result of this survey shows the top 10 candidate technology priorities, and this analysis can be used as basic data for setting the direction for future construction development.

This study aimed for the scientific approach of Korean traditional house, so called Hanok, by analyses of structural elements and thermal environmental performance. Hanok is a very unique vernacular architectural style of the Middle East Asia that fits with climate conditions of the Korean Peninsular, designed to withstand high temperature and humidity in summer and cold and dry in winter seasons. In order to evaluate thermal environment of Hanok, its sectional structure such as floor, wall, roof structure and Ondol which is Korean traditional floor heating system, was built in 3D, as well as heat transfer mechanism of its composing elements was analyzed through 3 dimensional steady state analysis. The results of the thermal environmental performance of Hanok will be used as a basic datum of design guidelines for accomplishing ecologic housing fitted with local climate.

중국의 황금기를 이끈 당 태종 23년의 정치 토론 기록인 '정관정요'에는 '창업은 쉬우나 수성은 어렵다'는 구절이 나온다. 이는 원래 국가를 세우고 다스리는 법도에 관한 이야기지만, 기업에도 같은 원리가 적용된다. 시장의 수많은 경쟁자를 제치고 고객의 선택을 받기 위해서는 목표 고객의 니즈를 잘 만족시킬 수 있는 서비스를 제공하고 그것을 목표 고객의 마음속에 효과적으로 포지셔닝해야 한다. 게다가 시장에서 계속 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 차별화한 포지션을 유지하는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 경쟁력은 무엇이고, 과연 어떻게 운영을 해나가야 할까. 지난 12월 13일, '소규모 건축사사무소 운영자로서의 건축사'를 주제로 건축사 회관 국제회의실에서 좌담회가 열렸다. 홍성용 편집국장(건축사사무소 NCS lab)을 사회로 남기봉 건축사(남기봉 건축사사무소), 박우린 건축사(쿠쿠루쿠쿠 건축사사무소), 이관용 건축사(주.오픈스케일 건축사사무소), 이영재 건축사(주.건축사사무소 이인집단)가 참석한 가운데 올해 어려울 것으로 예상되는 기업환경에 대응하는 각자의 건축사사무소 경영전략에 대해 이야기를 나누는 자리가 마련됐다. 이날 중·소규모 건축사사무소의 제반 경영환경과 올해 어떠한 대비가 필요한지를 주제로, ▲비즈니스 마인드, 사업적 인식을 갖춘 건축사사무소 운영 방향 설정 ▲자기 어필, 흐름에 따른 전략적 마케팅의 필요성과 방법 등 올해 불확실한 경영환경을 맞아 사무소를 어떻게 운영할지에 대한 고민과 이야기를 나눴다.

Currently, the most used forms, such as euro form and aluminum form, has many problems. There are issues with noise of construction site because of existing forms' material and issues with safety because of heavy weight. To solve these problems, there are many researches on using plastic and composite materials on the formwork. However, plastic has lower tensile strength than the steel and aluminum and composite materials are expensive. Therefore, constructors are avoid to use the forms with new materials. The purpose of this study is to develop light-weight plastic form to solve these existing problems by using ABS with optimized design. To verify, the study measured the amount of deflection from developed form through a load test. The test result showed a deflection of 1.15mm when 1.4ton was loaded in the middle of form. The result of the study verified that the usage of ABS and optimized design effectively reduced the weight and noise. Also, it's performance was verified through the load test.
