The future industry, intangible assets, like expertise, customer satisfaction, and employee's volition and capability, create more company value than any other components. The company's outcome mostly depends on managing these intangible knowledge assets. Construction industry is trying to adapt knowledge management system to manage their knowledge assets, but Hey do not build up knowledge assets definition and knowledge assets classification as much as other industries do. Most researches related knowledge assets classification are not concentrated on construction industry so it is need to define knowledge assets and establish knowledge assets classification of construction based on construction characteristics and informations. With this research result, construction knowledge assets classification can be the basis of knowledge asscts evaluation and knowledge map for knowledge management system.

After 1990s, the influence of construction industry has been decreased on national economy and construction business condition has been changed on economic recession and boom repeatedly. Larger fluctuation of business condition makes a forecast of it to be more difficult. Uncertainty in business prediction results in damages on construction companies and stakeholders. Therefore, study on forecasting a construction business is very important. This study suggests the Construction Industry Production Index(CIPI) to predict a construction business in consider of temperature effects. The results show that construction business is much influenced by temperature effects certainly and GDP. With the CBFM, this study examines CIPI for 2013 with two scenarios: 1)with GDP growth rate of 3.5% 2)with GDP growth rate of 2.4%. Thus, CIPI would be used as the economic state index to display the construction business conditions. Also, CIPI will be utilized as basic methodology in the impact of climate change in the construction industry.

건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 실태를 분석하고 그 대책을 제시하였다. 건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 재해원인은 언어소통의 문제에 따른 안전교육효과의 문제점에 기인하는 부분이 크다. 언어소통문제는 전체 외국인근로자중 조선족근로자를 제외한 약69%의 외국인근로자에 적용이 된다. 전체 외국인근로자중 불법체류외국인 비율은 약15%정도이나 일부국가의 경우에는 불법체류자의 약58%에 달한다. 건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 재해율은 전체 재해율의 약10%정도이며 건설업종사 내국인의 재해율과 비교하였을 때 내국인재해율 0.65%의 15배에 달한다. 외국인근로자중 건설업에 종사하는 외국인근로자의 재해율을 분석하고 건설업종사외국인근로자의 안전보건을 위한 산업안전보건법과 산업재해보상보험법의 적용성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 전체 산업중 건설업의 외국인근로자 안전관리실태를 분석하고 제시하였으며, 건설현장에서의 외국인근로자의 합리적인 관리방안과 지속적인 관리로 산업재해예방에 더욱 효과를 거둘 수 있는 방법을 개발하여 건설업종사 외국인근로자의 생명과 재산을 보호할 수 있는 방안을 수립하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.

The construction industry is very important to supply the facilities and infrastructure in Korea. However, the images of construction industry are negative in actual. In addition, the studies to improve the images of construction industry up to now have a limitation to research the images about that time. So, in this study, the authors examined and analyzed the peoples' trend changes of the images of construction industry with time. The results showed that the positive images of construction industry about the contribution to national economy and the future prospect are diminished. And it is revealed that the negative images of construction industry about the morality are decreased, too. The authors proposed the strategies to improve the images of construction industry by the based on these results.

This study explores the interrelationship between 'KRX Construction' and 'Business Survey Index'. KRX Construction is a leading economic indicator of construction industry, implying the potential interdependence with BSI Construction. Previous papers have investigated the relationship between the released stock price index and BSI. Using Granger causality tests, this study investigates how the BSI Construction is associated with the trend and noise-trading components of KRX Construction, respectively. The decomposition of KRX Construction of trend and noise-trading is based on the state-space model. The results document unilateral Granger causalities from released KRX Construction, trend component, noise-trading component to BSI Construction. In sum, this study demonstrates that construction company CEOs view stock price index as a leading economic indicator.

건설업 등록기준과 관련하여 건설산업기본법시행령 개정(2005년 5월 7일, 공포) 및 동법시행령 제16조 제1항의 규정에 근거한 건설업 등록기준의 특례 개정 고시(2005년 6월 3일)가 지난 6월 8일부터 시행되고 있으며, 동법 시행령 부칙 제4항의 규정에 의거 개정 규정에 의한 건설업의 등록기준에 미달하는 종전의 건설업자인 경우 2005년 12월 7일까지 개정된 등록기준을 구비하도록 유예기간을 부여한 바 있다. 이에 따라 2005년 12월 7일까지 강화된 건설업 등록기준을 구비하지 못한 때에는 동법 제83조 제2호의 규정에 의건 영업정지 등의 처벌을 받을 수 있으며, <국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률시행령> 제12조 제1항 제2호의 규정에 의거 공공 공사의 입찰참가에 제한을 받을 수 있다. 따라서, 대한설비건설협회 회원사는 강화된 등록기준을 보완하지 못하여 영업정지 등 불이익을 받는 사례가 없도록 미연에 방지하여야 한다.

We can agree that Quality Control in manufacturing industry have been improved successfully, but in construction industry, for example Sungsoo-Bridge broken out, Sampung Department store collapse, subway construction site explosion. and etc, it is difficult to be done. Because in manufacturing industry, they complete each other. If quality is not good. products aren't sold out. to sell more products they have to improve their products quality by themselves. However in construction industry they don't effort to improve quality if they get an order. Because if they get an order only completing their product is their job. There are engineering side, culturing side, and educational side to improve product quality. In this thesis I investigated evaluation system in construction industry. I am going to propose evaluation system by which they have effort to improve the quality even in construction industry.

건설업은 위험요소가 많은 업종 특성상 높은 재해발생율을 보이면서 정부에서도 많은 투자와 노력을 기울여 왔으나, 건설안전수준은 크게 향상되지 못하고 있다. 반면 선진국에서는, ISO에서 품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템을 도입한 이후, 안전경영시스템에 대한 논의가 활발히 추진되고 있으며 안전에 관한 국가규격을 제정하는 등 안전활동이 크게 발전해 있다. 우리나라에서도 금년 7월부터 KISCO 2000프로그램이 시행되었지만, 건설업은 적용에서 제외되었다. 따라서 건설업에서의 안전경영시스템 적용 모델 개발 및 보급은 서둘러야 할 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 건설업에 적용될 안전경영시스템 추진 모델을 개발하고 요건에 대응한 건설안전업무의 범위 및 문서화 체계작업, 그리고 추진과정을 제시하였다.

The construction industry has a structure in which information asymmetry problems are complexly scattered compared to other industries. Since the construction industry classification system serves as a guideline for entering the construction market and can provide as a standard for construction consumers to select a supplier who can provide appropriate services, when judging the operation purpose or purpose of the construction industry registration system, it is very important to set up the system by rationally reviewing it. The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of improvement in consideration of the risk factors related to the domestic construction industry registration industry classification system. To this end, we will conduct a case study on the construction industry classification system operated by overseas construction industry licenses or registration systems in Japan, the United States, and Australia, and compare it with the domestic industry classification system to derive implications and directions for improvement.
