  • 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따른 건설사 안전 관리 시스템 개선 방안을 제시한다. 연구방법: H 건설사에서 이행 중인 중대 재해처벌 법 대응 방안에 대한 안전보건관리체계를 안전보건진단을 통해 실무중심의 재해 예방활동의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 중대재해처벌법과 안전보건경영시스템의 연계로 재해율 감소 효과 및 안전보건경영 체계의 고도화 등이 분석되었고 중대재해처벌법 시행 전·후의 안전 활동 종합결과 분석을 통한 안전보건경영시스템 개선방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따른 사업주의 의식 개선, 재해예방을 위한 투자 확대, 재해예방활동의 정량화 등을 통한 실질적인 성과측정의 효과가 발현되었다.

  • 치수경제성분석, 투자우선순위 및 시설물 규모결정 등의 의사결정과정에서 실무에서는 다차원 홍수피해산정법(MD-FDA)을 현재까지 널리 사용 중이다. 2004년에 개발된 MD-FDA는 대상지역의 자산규모를 행정구역 경계 최소단위인 "읍면동"을 기준으로 계산하여 취합하고, 대상자산이 위치가능한 토지이용정보를 토지피복도로부터 확인하여, 읍면동내 토지이용공간면적을 기준으로 자산정보를 분배(분해)하는 방식으로 이루어진다. 그러나 읍면동 단위의 공간적인 범위는 상당한 면적의 공간적 경계이기 때문에, 이를 평균적인 밀도데이터로 분배 시 공간적인 자산분포에 대해 정밀도를 담보할 수 없다. 이에 본 연구는 행정구역경계인 "읍면동"과 비교할 때 평균적으로 1/30의 면적을 가지는 집계구 단위의 센서스 공간정보자료를 이용하여 방법론을 개선하였고, 이를 MD-FDA 분석체계를 근간으로 센서스자료와 관계된 자료들 간의 연계 및 전체적인 분석과정을 정립하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 경기도 동두천시를 대상으로 적용하여 기존 방법에 의한 피해액과 그 차이를 비교하였고, 도로명전자지도의 실제 건물객체 자료(.shp)를 기준으로 오차율을 확인한 결과, 기존 방식에 비해 정밀도가 월등히 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Project Informations Classification System (PICS) can be utilized as a springboard for advanced construction management techniques because it marries informations to networks and maintains a disciplined cost control. The present study attempts to develop a PICS which can be applied in construction management techniques. The frame work largely consists of the three parts such as: (i) development of the tentative Work Breakdown Structure with three divisions, facility calssifications, functional classifications and work classifications, covering the whole areas of civil works, (ii) development of the integrated informations system including the other informations in cost estimating and network scheduling, (iii) construction of relational database system for computer application. The system suggested in the study is found useful for the systematic and uniform management of construction works in the various stages.

  • The objective of establishing IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) is not the just making into on-1 me system of technical manuals such as specifications. It is to produce construction standard documents in an electronic manual system to turn technical contents such as construction methods in technical manuals into multimedia information. Also, it is to maximize real-time information delivery by using visual data of construction sites. IETM enables to check not only design standards in the design but also applied situation of a construction method based on proper design standards and historical construction data on a real time basis. This study suggests a modeling method of IETM applicable to design and construction phase. The study includes a framework and a scenario for developing design IETM for construction project.

  • BIM and AR technologies have been assessed as a means of enhancing productivity within the construction industry, through the provision of effortless access to critical data on site, achieved via the projection of 3D models and associated information onto actual structures. However, most of the previous researches for applying AR technology in construction quality management has been performed for construction projects in general, resulting in only overall on-site management solutions. Also, a few previous researches for the application of AR in the quality management of specific elements like reinforcements focused only on simple projection, so conducting specific quality inspection was impossible. Hence, this study aimed to develop a practically applicable BIM-based AR quality management system targeted for reinforcements. For the development of this system, the reinforcement inspection items on the quality checklist used at railway construction sites were analyzed, and four types of AR functions that can effectively address these items were developed and installed. The validation result of the system for the actual railway bridge showed a degradation of projection stability. This problem was solved through model simplification and enhancement of the AR device's hardware performance, and then the normal operation of the system was validated. Subsequently, the final developed reinforcement quality inspection system was evaluated for practical applicability by on-site quality experts, and the efficiency of inspection would significantly increase when using the AR system compared to the current inspection method for reinforcements.

  • 본 연구는 사전준비 조사 부족 등의 사유로 인하여 당초 목표했던 효율성이 발휘되지 못하고 있는 지적도면 정보화의 문제점을 조사하고 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 서울시 기술분야 공무원을 대상으로 실무에서 가장 빈번하게 사용되고 있는 지도를 조사한 후, 종로구와 서대문구를 사례지역으로 정보화된 지적도면의 오류유형 분석 및 인터넷 토지정보 서비스 등 현재 활용되고 있는 업무를 조사하였다. 또한, 건설교통부ㆍ행정자치부를 비롯한 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체에서 개별적으로 추진하고 있는 지적도면 정보화 사업의 문제점을 조사하고 개선방향을 제시하였다. 따라서, 실무적인 차원에서 정보화가 완료된 지적행정시스템과 지적도면 정보화 자료를 연계하여 다양한 토지정보원으로의 기능 등을 담당할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있는 방향을 제시할 수 있었다.

  • Geotechnical information database, foundation of underground geographic information system in 2nd NGIS plan, had been developing by Ministry of Construction and Transportation since 2000. This database contains not only soil condition, such as depth, type and color of layer, and ground water level, but also engineering properties used for foundation design and construction, for instance, standard penetration test, compression test. But, it is difficult to apply this database for analyzing and designing geotechnical works, because report document is only offered. In this paper, we have developed web-based geospatial information system for the effective uses. First, underground cross-section model is generated by location, layer, and engineering properties of geotechnical information database at the realtime process. Second, earth volume, bearing capacity, and settlement is calculated and potentials of soft ground, liquefaction are evaluated through pre-defined empirical formula. This process is operated by web-based client. We wish to strengthen the application capacity through this system in construction planning and design works.

  • Interactive electronic technical manual(IETM) for construction projects means an electronic tool that regulations and specifications related to construction method or maintenance process ale described by electronic book type. It has a meaning of integrated information system that includes virtual reality(VR), 3D animation and image contents for representing real construction information so that user can easily understand the construction situation and maintenance process. The basic information and technical manuals of construction facilities are being written as paper documents in our construction industry. As the result, the information management in the maintenance phase of construction projects is inefficient, and maintenance cost is being increased. This study attempts to improve the lack of understanding about construction IETM through the analysis of necessity and unique function of construction IETM comparing with the IETMS in other industry, Finally, this study shows a scenario of construction IErM for mitigating natural disaster of construction facilities to verify applicability of IETM.

  • Recently domestic companies have been needed to securing competitive techniques due to increasing orders of plant industries in the oversea construction market. Although domestic engineering companies have been assessed competitive in the field of detail design, their high value-added basic design have evaluated uncompetitive. To manage efficiently various contents which occurred in works of design steps, the management method must be built. In this study, we have found the contents which required to management through the definition of main works and analysis of characteristics in the step of basic design. Then, we have suggested to Contents Classification System which reflected of work flows and relations among stakeholders. Proposed Contents Classification System will help us when requiring the proper documents, drawings, sheets and other information.

Method of Deriving Activity Relationship and Location Information from BIM Model for Construction Schedule Management (공정관리 활용을 위한 BIM모델의 공정별 수순 및 위치정보 추출방안)

  • The simulation function by the 4D system is a representative BIM function in the construction stage. For the 4D simulation, schedule information for each activity must be created and then linked with the 3D model. Since the 3D model created in the design stage does not consider schedule information, there are practical difficulties in the process of creating schedule information for application to the construction stage and linking the 3D model. In this study, after extracting the schedule information of the construction stage using the HDBSCAN algorithm from the 3D model in the design stage, authors propose a methodology for automatically generating schedule information by identifying precedence and sequencing relationships by applying the topological alignment algorithm. Since the generated schedule information is created based on the 3D model, it can be used as information that is automatically linked by the common parameters between the schedule and the 3D model in the 4D system, and the practical utility of the 4D system can be increased. The proposed methodology was applied to the four bridge projects to confirm the schedule information generation, and applied to the 4D system to confirm the simplification of the link process between schedule and 3D model.
