  • The domestic construction industry need to do productivity improvement through technology development than improvement of manpower control or system and develop competitive power through technology in international construction market. Upon this, government for elevation of technological level enacts and operates the advanced construction technology endorsement system but is not looking at effect as that the actual use-results also expected first. Therefore, in this paper, present improvement and direction for activation plan of construction new technology development through comparison with other connection system, literature investigation and questionnaire after grasp present condition of the advanced construction technology endorsement system with specialty construction company as the central figure which occupy most of appointed new technology.

  • The advanced construction technology endorsement system(ACTES) has used the improper evaluation criteria. Because of its insufficiency of quantitative evaluation, it is difficult to attain the objective and fairness. This study used a survey to investigate a actual condition of ACTES. The survey found that ACTES needed a evaluation criteria and a quantitative evaluation method. In addition, This study proposes the evaluation model that uses a discriminant function. The model process consists of several phases that are brain storming, t-test and discriminant function analysis.

  • The Construction New Excellent Technology was introduced to promote the development of domestic construction technology and enhance national competitiveness, by inspiring the development desire of technology developers in 1989. Domestic Construction New Excellent Technology is first introduced in 1989, the total 596 cases were assigned to the new technology and it was used the construction site. Also, it was achieved the quantitative performance of thirty-hundred applications and was effected to the domestic construction industry. However, the systematic analysis about the introduction effects of Construction New Excellent Technology are none. Therefore, the quantitative analysis of economic effects in construction industry have to a justification in according to operation of Construction New Excellent Technology system and verification of superiority. And then, the Construction New Excellent Technology system needs a developing base in the future. In this study, The Economic Impacts of Construction New Excellent Technology were analyzed in quantitatively such as a cost savings effects, the employment effects, the effects on Value-added, the import substitution effects due to use of Construction New Excellent Technology. This study will be used promotion of economics and superiority in the Construction New Excellent Technology.

  • The incorporation of innovative technology systems into domestic construction practices has catalyzed an organic evolution of the industry, significantly enhancing the level of domestic construction technology and intensifying competitiveness. In particular, the on-site implementation of these groundbreaking construction technologies has proven effective in diminishing construction costs and accelerating project timelines. Nevertheless, despite a period of 33 years since the inception of this new construction technology system, both the volume of designated construction technologies and their practical application on construction sites remain static. As a consequence, this study introduces a strategic plan to dissect and overcome the barriers faced in the adoption of new construction technology across a multitude of sectors. The chief outcomes encompass the inception of a new construction technology utilization surveillance system, an assessment of distinct technologies, refinement of the post-evaluation system, and the creation of a new technology market system. This systematic enhancement is anticipated to foster the practical application of new construction technologies within the industry.

Topic modeling and topic change trend analysis for advanced construction technologies (건설신기술에 대한 토픽 모델링 및 토픽 변화추이 분석)

  • Currently, the advanced construction technology endorsement system is being operated to promote the development of domestic construction technology. We tried to examine the implicit meanings inherent in advanced construction technologies by analyzing the relationship between emerging vocabularies with high importance in relation to the advanced construction technologies endorsed through this system. For this purpose, 918 cases of advanced construction technology information were collected. Based on the endorsed year and summary of the advanced construction technologies, the importance of the emerging vocabularies was measured for each advanced construction technology. And, based on the LDA model, the degree of influence between related vocabularies was evaluated for each of the four topic areas. Topics according to the technical application fields were analyzed. From 1990 to 2021, the trend of changes in highly influential vocabularies by each topic was inferred. In the future, changes in the degree of influence of the topics of environment, machinery, facilities, and maintenance and reinforcement of structures and related technology fields were predicted.

  • The Evaluation system of Excellent Construction Technology has been operated for 15 years from 1990 in Korea. 443 technologies have been certified as Excellent Construction Technology(ECT) and those ECTs are adapted over 20,000 times into the construction projects. As a result of investigation, new technology evaluation system became a stable stage because new technology evaluation system has assigned about 433 and also applied more than 20,000 times in construction sites in 2004. However, it was indicated to a large problem that there aren't still detail criteria of cost assessment for using ECTs. Therefore, we analyzed the status and problems of the cost of using ECTs and suggested some useful ideas which are reviewed by various aspects. Specially we suggested specified criteria for the cost assessment of using ECTs. It is based on the scheduled construction cost and determined the rate $({\bullet}{\cdot})$ of using ECTs. To adapt ECTs into construction projects nationwide not only it is very important to certify better new technologies but also it is required to make the criteria of cost assessment for using ECTs.

A Changes in China's Landscape Scenic Sites System and Suggestions for Application of Major Policies to Scenic Sites of Korea (중국 풍경명승구 제도의 변천과 주요정책의 국내 명승 적용 제언)

  • This study aims to distinguish what can be used in consideration of the national situation with Korea for Chinese Scenic and Historic Interest Areas, and the results are as follows; First, the Chinese Scenic and Historic Interest Areas expanded to the existing scenic cruise culture, travel, and tourism culture in the process of the influx of Western culture in the modern and contemporary era, and became popular as a travel destination. Accordingly, the Chinese government developed the tourism industry around the scenic sites, and thanks to the development of transportation and communication, the Scenic and Historic Interest Areas has become an important national heritage. This influenced the establishment of the system related to Scenic and Historic Interest Areas, and today, it is operated around the Scenic and Historic Interest Areas ordinance. Second, the designation of the Scenic and Historic Interest Areas is divided into the size of the site according to the area, and the process of selecting the Scenic and Historic Interest Areas classification, rating evaluation, and comprehensive value evaluation according to evaluation indicators and rating standards is carried out. Accordingly, according to the results of the classification, it is subdivided from the national level to the Scenic and Historic Interest Areas at the local level. Third, the central government is in charge of managing and supervising Scenic and Historic Interest Areas across the country, and the local government's construction department is in charge of supervising Scenic and Historic Interest Areas in the region. The management organization of Scenic and Historic Interest Areas established by local governments above the county level has a system that actually protects, utilizes, and manages Scenic and Historic Interest Areas. In addition, 14 detailed indicators are used to monitor Scenic and Historic Interest Areas. Based on these results, considering the application of the domestic scenic site policy, the method of developing the policy that has established the system from the perspective of the utilization of the people is worth considering. On the other hand, the evaluation of the designation and management system through the setting of various indicators has limitations in that it is difficult to secure objectivity in impressing or evaluating the landscape. Therefore, rather than blindly introducing quantified evaluation, it seems that guidance and promotion on how to expand consensus on scenic values and enjoy heritage should be prioritized.
